I purchased a 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee L Summit Reserve, and after driving it 200 km, I started experiencing issues with it not starting. I took it to the dealership, and they claimed the batteries were faulty, so they replaced them. However, the next day, the same issue occurred with different warning lights, and the car still wouldn’t start. I returned to the dealership, and they said the problem was a faulty switch, but they didn’t know when the part would arrive. It's been a week now, and the car is still at the dealership, unable to start, with no solution provided. I'm considering giving a zero rating if possible.

Absolutely terrible experience with my brand-new 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee L Summit Reserve. After just 200 km, the car wouldn't start. The dealership claimed it was a bad battery and replaced it. The very next day, the same issue happened—different warning lights came on, and the car refused to start again.

Back to the dealership, and now they say a switch needs to be replaced, but they have no idea when the part will arrive. It’s been sitting in their shop for over a week, completely undrivable, and they still don’t have the tools or the solution to fix it.

This is absolutely unacceptable for a brand-new vehicle. Jeep and the dealership are offering zero accountability and no solution. I wouldn’t recommend this car or dealership to anyone.

I had an outstanding experience at the Country Hill branch, thanks to Rishab's exceptional service. From the very beginning, he was professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated to helping me find the perfect vehicle. He made the entire process seamless and stress-free, patiently answering all my questions and walking me through every detail. Thanks to Rishab’s hard work and expertise, I was able to drive away with my dream car – the 2024 jeep wrangler. I couldn’t be happier with both the service and the car itself. If you're looking for a great experience and expert guidance, I highly recommend visiting this branch and working with whole team. Wholeheartedly thanks to everyone who worked for us.

I have been dealing with country hills since they were Varsity when I bought my Jeep back in 2017.I always deal with Andy Nguyen and he is fantastic. He is always upfront about what needs to be done and calls to discuss it in detail and gives me all the options. I live on the other end of the city and will always choose to come here. I recommend them to everyone as the service and staff is excellent.

My car battery died right before Christmas and threw my computer completely out of whack. I called the dealership and talked to a fantastic girl named Lisa. She was very helpful and set things up for when I bought my car into them. Lisa got me in contact with another helpful lady named Morgan who went above and beyond to help me out. Once my car was in the shop, Amber, from the service dept. kept me informed of the progress they were making and arranged for the shuttle to come and bring me to pick up my car. All three of these lady's made my whole experience very bearable considering the situation. Thank you to Country Hills Chrysler, and especially Lisa, Morgan and Amber for demonstrating what customer service is.

I purchased a used 2016 Jeep Cherokee from Country Hills Jeep in 2023 for $23,000 for my kid. As a single mom, I trusted that buying from a dealership would mean I didn’t have to second-guess their integrity. They assured me the vehicle was in great condition, but when I recently decided to sell it, I pulled a Carfax report for the listing and discovered it had a previous accident—something they never disclosed at the time of purchase.

If I had known about this accident, I would have chosen a different vehicle entirely. I feel taken advantage of, and it’s disappointing that I had to find this out after the fact. When I confronted them, they claimed they had shown me the Carfax report, but I don’t believe that ever happened unless it was buried in their sales pitch.

To make matters worse, when I called to speak with a manager, I was promised a callback, but no one ever followed up. This lack of transparency and accountability is completely unacceptable.

If you’re considering buying from this dealership, be prepared to do all the homework yourself, including pulling your own Carfax report. I thought I could trust a dealership to be upfront, but Country Hills Jeep has proven to be unethical and untrustworthy. I will never do business with them again.

I came to this dealership after I had issues with another dealership. To my surprise, they were totally different than my previous experience. They did try to work an appointment for me because my truck was almost out of warranty. On top of that, they found more stuff that was covered by warranty that I had no idea about the issues it had. Amber, the service coordinator was really helpful and nice. Thanks I’ll be back again.

Worst dealership I ever encountered! from Sales, Service, Finance you name it! Even the cashier at the parts center. The only good thing here is they made me realize how shitty Dodge is! They can't fix my vehicle and charge me on things that aren't even supposed to be replaced. Telling me I need to spend more dollars for them to check and try for them to know what's wrong. From that point, I know what's wrong, it's their incompetent and money grabber mentality. After all said and done I decided to pull out my vehicle and let me sign that it's still faulty cause they can't fix it and I refuse to play with their game.

After taking to a mechanic not far form them, they found that Throttle body needs some cleaning. I spend thousands for nothing and only to find out it's needs some cleaning. I cannot fathom their so called mechanic knowing it's a Dodge in a Dodge Dealership. Maybe this basic issue is too much for them to handle.

Trust no one in this dealership.

I don't normally write google reviews, but I feel that the service department at this dealership is so poorly run that I would be amiss not to write something. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I have taken my vehicle multiple times for service, and every time my vehicle leaves in a worse condition than I dropped it off in.

This last appointment was routine maintenance for a full vehicle inspection and a oil change. Upon initial inspection of the vehicle I noticed the engine oil life percentage wasn't reset. Leading me to question if the oil change was actually even completed. The next day when I turned the heat on, and increased the fan I could hear a whistling noise coming from the glove compartment. I phoned the dealership and left a message for the service advisor to get back me to me, there was no response. I waited 24hrs to phone back and, again - no response and left a message. So I took it upon myself to diagnose the issue and very quickly with minimal effort was able to figure out issue by removing the glove box to expose the cabin filter. An upon inspection I found that the cabin filter wasn't inserted properly, the cover was upside down and not properly clipped in. Which in turn led to the whistling noise when the fan was turn on. This very simple mistake demonstrates how careless and absentminded the service technicians at this dealership are. Very very simple things are constantly being overlooked and missed. I wouldn't recommend anyone brings their vehicle here for service. I have had significantly better experiences at the other dealerships in the city.

I recently brought my 2015 Dodge Ram 1500 to have it inspected for small coolant leak. Morgan accommodated me professionally and have addressed the issue , even getting me a scheduled appointment once they have a loaner. Very much appreciated!

I went with my friend to this dealership, and it was honestly one of the most frustrating and stressful experiences I’ve ever witnessed. My friend was already hesitant about car shopping because the last dealership they went to had completely screwed her over. This time, we just went in to look at some options, but the dealership had no vehicles in stock to show, which was sketchy from the start.

They made my friend put down a $500 deposit just to “get a car from storage,” and when my friend changed her mind, the real nightmare began. She was ignored for TWO days when she tried to get the deposit back. It was unbelievable. I saw firsthand how stressed and anxious my friend was got to the point they were physically sick before we had to go back and demand the money in person.

Watching how this place treated her was awful—no one should have to go through that when buying a car. I wouldn’t trust this dealership at all. If they treat people like this before a sale, I can’t imagine how bad things would be afterward. Avoid this place!

I had a horrible experience at this dealership. I came in just to explore my options because my last car-buying experience elsewhere was a disaster, and I was hoping for something better. Well, this place was even worse.

First of all, they had no cars in stock to even show me—none! I was told they could get one from storage, but only if I put down a $500 deposit. I was hesitant, but I figured it would be worth it. Then I changed my mind after thinking it over, and that’s when things got even shadier.

They ghosted me for TWO days when I tried to get my deposit back. No return calls, no emails, nothing. I had to chase them down just to get my own money back. It was a frustrating and stressful experience that left me feeling like they just didn’t care once I decided not to buy. Avoid this place if you value your time, money, and sanity.

I had the displeasure of visiting this dealership, and it has been one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. While sales associate Inder was great, everything fell apart once the process reached the finance team. The entire experience was filled with disrespect and disregard for customers. The sales manager was the worst, he is pushy and clearly more focused on squeezing money from me than actually helping.

To them, you're just another transaction, and the sales manager made that blatantly obvious. They rush you through the process, provide incomplete information, and become condescending and dismissive when you ask questions. Their lack of care for customer satisfaction and basic decency is shocking.

The attitude of this money-hungry sales manager made the entire experience feel like I was begging to give them my hard-earned money. It's outrageous to be treated like trash when you're making such an important purchase.

Save yourself the trouble and avoid this dealership at all costs. There are plenty of places where customers are treated with respect—this is definitely not one of them.

Money hungry dealership will charge you for everything they can , went here to get help with the spare tire as it has a key plug they had the master set with the correct key but would t just remove it they wanted me to order a new key or pay them for shop time to remove it on their “hoist” when it didn’t need anything but to unscrewed the plug they had every there in front of me to remove it but no that’s to easy. Just out for money just another greedy dealership.

The worst dealership possibly in history. Sales department; incompetent. Why? I bought a used car from them and it took them a week to get me my vehicle registration which if I'm not mistaken I shouldn't have left the dealership without.
Service department; incompetent. Why? When they were varsity dodge it took 5 service apts for them to replace a missing screw that took me taping a giant green tape arrow towards the issue for them to fix. Which the best part is they claimed they fixed the screw everytime 🤔 so what did they add screws to?
Parts department; incompetent. Why? The used vehicle I purchased from this business, I had the dealership add new tires to. The two drivers side tires 50% blew within a month on the road. So I take it to them to get it fixed. They don't have tires.
If you ever have the same undue misfortune that I have with this awful terrible no good business hopefully it doesn't drive you to drink with some good ole suicidal thoughts from the anxiety dealing with this company has given me.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I recently brought my 2021 Chrysler Grand Caravan in for maintenance at Country Hills Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Amber and Andy provided excellent customer service, ensuring I was assisted and taken care of throughout the entire process. They clearly prioritize making sure their customers leave happy and satisfied.

They went above and beyond by offering me a ride home and picking me up when my van was ready. Jesse drove us home and Philip was the one who picked me up. Both of them were very accommodating and provided excellent service too. To top it all off, they even cleaned my van before handing it back to me. The attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction at Country Hills Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is truly impressive. I highly recommend them for all your automotive needs!

My sales fella was Ryan Uminga at country hills Chrysler. I was looking at trading out a mustang for a challenger-Ryan made it easy to love the deal, my new car is beautiful and I felt taken care of through the entire process without any helicopter sales types or pushy folk. Car was ready the day they said it would be, and I was offered more than I had planned for on my trade. Solid group all around, 10/10 that’s how it should be done!

My family I were in the Calgary area for a vacation and we rented a Dodge Caravan during our time there. Not sure what happened but we were at our hotel and the car wouldn't start. It was too early in the morning for the rental office to be open so I googled the closest Dodge dealership and Varsity popped up. I clicked to call them and got a receptionist who helped out immediately. The general manager, Steve Kindred, was in the dealership that morning and got involved as well. He called the roadside assistance for me, drove to my hotel and picked me up and brought me back to the dealership. I can't believe how far they went to make sure my experience was great. I wish Steve and his team were in Pennsylvania so I could do all my service work there!

I bought my 2013 Chrysler 300C a few days ago, and just excited! Varsity Chrysler has the best selection (there was only one such full-loaded 300C in Calgary) and offers the lowest prices in Calgary. Cody Bates is most enthusiastic car sales manager I have ever met. Very friendly and helpful! Thank you Cody for my awesome 300C! It was pleasure to meet you
