After deciding this was the weekend to purchase the Porsche, visiting this dealership was certainly a letdown. Not one of the sales people acknowledged us as they were all far too busy assisting the young lady purchasing her vehicle. No big deal though as we were able to find the vehicle we wanted elsewhere, along with exemplary customer service. Don't judge a book by its cover. You may end up with a surprise - zero commission.
Purchased a used vehicle from this dealership. I have never seen such a simple and quick process at any dealership. During these Covid times, they accommodated and ensured everyone stayed safe. We are 3 hours away, paperwork and approvals were completed before we showed up, the car was ready to go. Mike was fantastic to get all the information and photos we asked for. BEWARE..Sold a vehicle out from under me as I had signed a contract and put a deposit down. Was told the vehicle was sold to me several times through text and email as the camera was apparently being fixed. After a week they told me.. whoops the vehicle is needed back by the previous owner so you are out of luck. Not the first review saying this, so not sure I believe the story of the previous owner, but either way it has costed my family a ton of headache and have not really been helped out after what happened. Thought by going to a Porsche dealership we wouldn't feel treated unfairly as a consumer but 2 weeks later and nothing has gotten done. Will notify AMVIC who I'm hoping will protect consumers who do not deal in the buying and selling of cars daily like the professionals at a place like Porsche.
Slow service with bad communication. Techs do great work but sometimes your vehicle will be here for weeks with no heads up and then bam a $2000 bill

I had a great experience buying a Macan from here last month. Randy is my sales rep, he was very kind, passionate and customer- oriented. On a rainy Saturday, me and my wife decided to go to Porsche to check out an used vehicle we are interested in. Mike Tennese is our salesman, he is very knowledgeable, pulled the car inside the service shop so me and my wife can have a close look at the vehicle. He did a walk around and explained all the features this vehicle has then we went for a test drive.
After the test drive, we went over numbers and Mike worked very hard to get to the number we like to be. The whole process was stress free. We walked out of the dealership 2 hours later purchased a vehicle from the time we arrived.

Bought an Audi at this location last week. Ethan was the sales manager I dealt with. I had a great experience right from test drive to the car delivery. He was very patient answering all questions and made sure I was comfortable before closing the deal. Will be coming back for when my husband needs to change his car.
We dealt with Ethan yesterday looking at a couple used vehicles at this dealership. When we arrived, Ethan had the vehicles we were interested in parked out front ready to view. He was very knowledgeable in all aspects of questions we answered and was extremely pleasant to work with. Although we did not purchase at this time, I would 100% work with Ethan if the right vehicle came into their inventory. Highly recommend!
Amongst the worst service encountered in the auto industry. I get that during this pandemic we’re all working with reduced service capacity. But I have not had a call returned from the service department in 2 weeks while trying to book an appointment.
Really bad dealer. They do not know how to make customer happy. My friend referred me to purchase Macan here. They did not give a cent discount but also charged extra extra money...Garbage dealer. Better to learn how to earn business first then selling cars

I bought an used 2016 Infiniti from Porsche! Josh has helped me from the very beginning to the end of making this deal happen last week! Since I am living in Calgary and I had to make arrangements in advance to travel up to Edmonton to do test drive and take a look at the car, the process is a bit of complicated than normal, especially in such a holiday season! He made this process so easy and smooth and very responsive to my queries, was able to make his time fitting into my schedule. He also ensured that his mechanic team and detailing team finished the car inspection and detailing before I got there. He is a true professional with knowledge of the car and patience and properly addresses his customers' needs. I highly recommend this dealership in Edmonton. I bought and paid for a used cayenne online, sight unseen from Porsche Edmonton from Joshua Couch. This is the type of purchase you can rely on. The price was in line with private sellers and smaller resellers, the pre-inspections Porsche does is second to none, the condition analysis was completely accurate. When I arrived the car was better than I expected even with all of the information and videos sent. The process was made easy, really well handled on their end, and high quality service from beginning to end, including a ride from the airport.
This is the second Porsche I have bought online, and am confident doing so when a Porsche inspection and dealership is involved. Their standards are very high.

I purchased a relatively cheap Porsche Cayman S from Porsche Centre Edmonton, and I really wasn't sure what kind of customer service I would receive. However, there absolutely no need to be concerned. From the initial inquiry, to actually delivery of the car, and more importantly, the after sales service, was absolutely second to none - the best! Joshua Couch was extremely attentive and professional. He would answer all my questions and concerns, regardless of the time of day. This was particularly helpful seeing as I live in BC. Having received the car, there was a small issue, which saw Joshua work hard to resolve in a quick and efficient manner. Needless to say, I am an extremely happy customer of Porsche Centre Edmonton, and work certainly return to purchase another car in the near future.

The customer service I received from Josh was exceptional from the beginning with our initial emails, and continued all the way to my visit to the dealership. Despite being a luxury vehicle dealership, I never felt any pressure to make a quick or impulsive decision. Josh followed up with me after a couple days, and although I decided not to go with the car I test drove, he was still very appreciative and understanding. I would not hesitate to come back here next time I'm in the market for a new or used vehicle.
Bought used Mercedes recently. Car had only one key fob which is a $500 item....this was discussed and we still went ahead with the purchase. After the sale Phil tracked down the original owner and after a week or so they found the other fob and couriered it up from Calgary for me. This is the first review I have left for a dealership, but Phil at Porsche is outstanding to deal with and extremely knowledgeable.

I recently bought a used Porsche Cayman from Mark. He was great to deal with and I was treated very well even thought I wasn't buying a brand new high end Porsche. The whole staff was very friendly and great to deal with. I would defiantly call Mark again for my next purchase. Staff are super friendly, the vehicles are beautiful and the establishment is very clean. That being said don't trust the 3M jobs being done. They are done in house by Go-Auto, yes this is a Go-Auto dealership, and it is the worst 3M I have seen. I spent over $200,000 on a 911 and asked for the 3M to be fixed before I even picked it up. Upon picking it up the 3M was worse than when I first saw it. Dozens of pieces of dust under the 3M along with a piece of hair even. Under the hood is rippled, not completed and will go bad given enough time. I tried going the route of having it done by an independent shop that I know does great job and I was met with "Let us try to correct it" It's been done twice and it's still bad. I don't see them correcting it a third time. Their in house 3M installer obviously either doesn't know what he is doing or doesn't care. I reached out to Porsche themselves and was met with resistance and no resolution. Enclosed are the emails as well as pictures within them showing all the spots where dust was under the 3M.
Watch the 3M before you purchase here as they will not be able to correct it in house with the level of workmanship they put out. Ensure that you incorporate a new 3M job into the total when you purchase.

Sales staff can’t be bothered to greet you or even smile. The Service staff however is excellent.
