I had taken my Cayenne to a European car specialty shop. They suggested about $4000 in work. I took it to Porsche for a second opinion and they gave my vehicle a clean bill of health. Before booking an appointment for an inspection on a used Cayman I was looking at I had confirmed with at least two different people there what the price would be (about $500). Yes this is expensive compared to other dealerships but I figured why not take it to the manufacturer experts right? The advisor I had charged me an additional 10% ($50) for shop materials when it was done.....I questioned this as what shop materials are being used...besides none. He wouldn't budge. I didn't end up buying that car but did end up having the next two inspected at other non-porsche dealerships who did just as good and inricate a job and charged less than half the price, and yes, without bs shop materials on an inspection. I've had my Porsche for two seasons, going on 3 and I have all my work done elsewhere and am happy to do so. Yes it's a late review, but hopefully helpful.

Shop fees are indeed added at every dealership, but of the other few times I have had a vehicle inspection, they were not, and this is because it's an inspection and no materials are used. only Porsche charged this for an inspection, and it's not like fluids were topped or any maintenance was performed whatsoever. And, if this is a common practice for inspections, it should have been included or relayed in the pricing I received over the phone when I called and spoke with the service department employees prior. I'm my opinion, it's just a dishonest cash grab.
Been here a few times to look at the beautiful automotive eye candy. Colton was the first person i spoke with. He was very helpful and courteous. Unfortunately, I didn’t purchase a car, but i do recommend Colton and the team of Porsche Centre Calgary. I need to win the lottery.
Went in Saturday , dealer was not busy at all only 1 other couple looking at cars. Receptionist came to tell us and advised sales person would come see us ASAP , 10 minutes later no one shows we were ready to make a $200k purchase on a 2020 911. But won’t be going back. Instead are picking one up from Vancouver.
This was the worst dealership I have dealt with in my life.
I put down a deposit for a car during my first visit to Porsche Centre Calgary because I knew exactly what I had wanted, regardless of the fact that the sales person was very rude and looked down on me because I was a student and a newcomer to Canada. The salesperson was impatient with answering my inquiries and also mocked my English abilities. I had explained my dissatisfaction of the service I received to the manager at the time, however there was no follow-up after my visit. Not an apology, or thank you email for my deposit, or anything. After careful consideration, I decided that the car was not worth the frustration of dealing with the business so I went to get my deposit back. On the day that I got my deposit back, the salesperson went on to blame another colleague for lack of communication — this was not the first time. I felt like the employees there were quick to point fingers at their colleagues with no one taking responsibility.
Perhaps it is because of the fact that Porsche Calgary Centre is the only authorized dealer in all of Calgary area that the employees feel like they can treat their customers however they wish.. They know that customers have no other choices in where they can order a Porsche so that they feel like they do not have to offer good customer service. I was extremely stressed about this situation and asked many people about their experiences when ordering their Porsche (people in the Porsche Club Wild Rose Region and my close friends who recently bought cars from different Porsche Centres in Canada). They were also shocked to hear about the service that I received and all said that they had received excellent service at the other Porsche centres.
I will never recommend Porsche Centre Calgary to anyone from now on. I would rather recommend them to order from Vancouver, where I personally had a far better service experience or to Toronto, where all my friends are very satisfied with their exceptional Porsche service. Thanks to the extremely poor customer service at Calgary Porsche, I had to get my deposit back, which was very hard decision for me because I had been a Porsche fan for many years. I will never consider buying Porsche again as long as I live in Calgary from this dealership.

We had a chance to spend some time looking at a Porsche Macan with Miles Mcewing on New Years Eve. Miles took the time to explain all the features of the car and the options that can be custom ordered. After chatting with Miles we realized how proud he was of the brand Porsche and it's heritage. We also chatted with Andy with regards to customizing a Macan. They both are very professional and knowledgeable.
All though we ended up not ordering a new one from Porsche Calgary this time, we will definitely buy from here in the future as I am interested in a 911 turbo soon.
The experience of meeting a few team members of Porsche Calgary was very exceptional. At no time during the visit were we pressured to purchase a vehicle. Great visit with no obligation.
The Porsche brand and it's team are very professional and I highly recommend this dealer.

Just picked up new Porsche from Calgary Porsche using Andy Hayter as our sales rep. The Calgary Porsche centre does an excellent job helping customers find the vehicle of their dreams. Always courteous, professional and knowledgeable regarding their products and services. They order in spec vehicles with the right options which made our recent purchase an easy decision.
Me and my husband came into Porsche a couple days ago and the young receptionist up front was so rude and talked down to us that we decided to leave and head down to Land Rover to buy our next vehicle. We would have gladly bought a new cayenne as our next vehicle because it was our first choice but the experience we had with her was so unpleasant we decided to get a Range Rover instead.

I had my bumper of my Mercedes GLE 63S wrapped a couple years ago here. Jed and Evan was awesome! Evan was very knowledgeable and explained to me the quality of film that was going to be used was top notch! Ben and Zahir did a great job wrapping I’ve been to other places and had issues major bubbling and scratches.I am extremely picky, but I was impressed by the results! I'm a Tesla owner but had the pleasure of being referred to come see Jed Bouscal in the Detailing department to get some Paint Protection Film and Ceramic Coating services done for my brand new Model 3 last week. Jed was very easy to communicate with and was able to accommodate me on short notice. He answered all my questions and concerns about PPF and Ceramic Coating services and was able to provide me with the right package tailored to my protection needs. I had PPF applied on my Model 3's full frontal, rocker panels and wheel wells, and Ceramic Coating applied to my entire car's exterior and the interior's synthetic-leather for a total price of $3,737.85 which was a great value for what I was getting. The services were extremely professionally done within two days with no issues so far and I was really impressed with the cleanliness and openness of the shop downstairs. I'd definitely recommend anyone to come see Jed if you want the peace of mind of having your vehicle protected!

Me and my wife have owned Mercedes-Benz,Audi and Nissan as our previous vehicles but our recent purchase of new Macan at Porsche Centre Calgary ousted all our previous experiences.
A big thank you to Hugh Bullen who helped us personalize our new Macan 2019. With in depth knowledge of each and every single component of car he guided us to shape the car which fits our expectations. After our deal he kept us informed in regards to progress of manufacturing process.
Scott, who helped us with all financial paperwork and registration made sure that everything went seamlessly. He made us familiar with Porsche connect and My Porsche app as well.
Finally We met Zach who spent more than 4 hours during delivery of vehicle. All the executives who helped us were very knowledgable and passionate about Porsche.
This is our fourth new vehicle and all our previous experiences were positive but level of service and enthusiasm were exceptional at Porsche Centre Calgary.
I recently had the opportunity of buying a pre-owned car from Porsche Calgary. I cannot say enough good things about the whole experience. Colton made the whole experience extremely pain free and Scott was very knowledgeable/kind. The best part I liked was how every member on the team from the front staff to people handing over the car were all aware of what was going on and there were no confusions/hiccups. I had a small issue come up post purchase and Colton went above and beyond what was required to deal with the issue effectively/definitively. Again, I want to thank Colton, Scott and all of Porsche Calgary for their kindness and professionalism. I would highly recommend going in and having a chat with them even if you are looking for a preowned car.

Edit Jul 2019- After originally being told my defective door cards would be replaced under warranty and that the new parts had been ordered, I have now been informed they will not be. I've also found this dealer to be tremendously difficult to contact. I have emailed and called several times over the past few months to try and solve these issues + book in for maintenance services.
I have come to the conclusion that the service department at this dealership is only interested in customers who do not wish to do their homework.
I still wish to say the parts department is nice to deal with, but I will not, under any circumstance, have my car serviced here again. They just do not seem to have any interest in looking after me and I suspect this is because I purchased my 911 pre-owned from out of province.
Thank you to the parts & service team for going above and beyond today. Even though I didn't buy my car here in Calgary, they have been very accommodating on helping me through warranty issues. To top it off, I needed to replace a few missing rubber grommets. They literally found the required parts and we fixed it all up right in the drive-through service check-in area, without any charge to me - near closing, on a Friday, to top it off. They didn't have to do that, but it was a very nice gesture on their part.
From the first time we entered the dealership, Hugh Bullen was a total pro, no pressure and extremely informative from product selection to final purchase. On delivery Zach was knowledgable and patient in demonstrating all the features of the car, thank-you to the entire team at Porsche Center Calgary!

Top marks to Andy Hayter for getting me in my second Porsche. I contacted Andy on Wednesday and by Saturday I drove down to Calgary from Edmonton to pick up my Cayman. From start to finish my wife and I received first class treatment. At the dealership we were greeted by a friendly, helpful receptionist, had professional and friendly service from Scott Chapman (the business manager) and were made to feel like valued customers. We fully intend to buy our next Porsche at Porsche Calgary! Service commensurate with the Porsche brand!
I asked for an appointment regarding a car and it was great. The follow up questions, to actually buy a car from them has been non-existent, even disrespectful. I can't get a quote to buy a car, and not a cheap one.
Too bad, Porsche has been my dream car brand since ever but it seems I'll have to spend my money elsewhere.

I would just like to share my experience with other reviewers. First of all- if you need someone to talk cars with- Lawrence is your man. It is amazing how much knowledge he has and he is very patient with someone who asks a lot of questions (like me).
