Purchased a vehicle from the team at Knight Nissan, it was an out of province purchase on a vehicle that was being sold on consignment. Things started of super, Olivia Brownlee and the team was quick to respond and helpful in many ways. They made the process seam smooth and trustworthy for me to take the leap and fly out to pick up the vehicle.

Once we got to Knight Nissan there was one final document that needed signing. Due to the complexity of purchasing this vehicle from a dealership and then moving it to another province, I wanted to ensure all the tax payment due would be in order so I would not get double charged when licensing the vehicle in Ontario. The final document that needed signing was the sales receipt for the total purchase price of the vehicle including the required taxes. Being slightly unsure of all the details that were made present on this document, I simply said to Olivia, "as long as this is the agreed price plus the applicable taxes, I am good to sign", and Olivia said "yes", so I signed the document and started on my journey back home to Ontario.

Now home I took a closer look into the document as I was getting things in order to have the vehicle licensed under my name here in Ontario, where I noticed I was over charged for the purchase of the vehicle, I thought to myself, no big deal, mistakes can happen, especially considering the uniqueness of the situation. I emailed a message off the Olivia Brownlee explaining what I had found, where I was told that the price they had charged me was the agreed upon number, which it definitely was not. I explained that the number they charged me was wrong and that I had a receipt of the 10% down payment Olivia initially asked for to clarify that. Now to follow I got no response from Olivia, so after a couple of days I sent an email off to James Bull the financial manager at Knight Nissan, to explain again the same thing I had noted to Olivia. James was quick to respond and kindly asked if we could get in contact over the phone and left me a contact number. I called the number provided only to get a voicemail, so left a brief message explaining who was calling and looking forward to a call back. I believe i did get a return call that i unfortunately missed, and quickly returned that call as soon as i noticed that i had missed it, only to again get a voicemail. I again left a voicemail and also dropped an email explaining that i had called hoping to chat about and settle this miscommunication. With no reply to my voicemail or to my email I decided to send off yet another email in hopes to get some response to once and for all close this problem. It has been some time now and still no one has reached out to get in touch with me.

In hindsight I should have noticed the error before signing the document, which was my own error. Just very disappointed in the sketchy communication with the team. I'm leaving a two-star review as I was very impressed initially by the team but it declined very quick.

All the dealership's iv delt with the night auto family always leaves much to be desired. You always feel like you half to be on guard to not get screwed. Shopping for a new or used vehicle should be fun not uncomfortable and that the staff are talking about you behind your back.

Exceeds our Expectations!

I went in expecting to trade and purchase a used Car. I didn't even want to consider a SUV thinking it was out of my price range. David took the time to give me all of my options and was never pushy. I ended up getting a 2015 full option Red Colour Nissan Pathfinder that I LOVE and can afford. He even took the time to make sure I knew how everything worked and was set up properly as far as connecting the blue tooth with my phone, etc. I highly recommend Swift current Knight Nissan. It was worth the hour drive to get there.

We want to personally thank Terry (Service Manager) and the Knight Nissan team for their true excellence in outstanding customer service. We are from Ontario and had purchased a brand new 2016 Forest River Travel Trailer. On our return trip from Western Canada the trailer started falling apart. For safety reasons we needed a professional to inspect and make sure our trailer was safe to travel home to Ontario. Terry did not brush off he was concerned for safety and took time out of busy schedule to inspect and patch up the underneath protective tarp from coming apart.
If you need a car or repairs, RV, RV repairs and are in the Swift Current area. I would encourage you to deal with Knight Nissan they are truly a company that cares.
They were highly recommended by campers that had bought from Knight Nissan and also a Regina RV dealer had dealt with them.

I saw a car online that my wife and I were interested in. We called this dealership and spoke to James. He was really courteous and answered my questions. We arranged to meet the following Saturday. During that week I must have called him four or five times to check things out, he again answered all my questions and assured me that I wasn't bugging him. When we met him he was every bit of what he represented on the phone, professional, courteous and a general nice guy that we felt we could trust. We were introduced to just about everybody at the dealership and from one end to the other we received good old fashioned customer service.The drive from Saskatoon to Swift Current was well worth it. We bought the car a month ago and right up to now we are still receiving great customer service. When we are ready to buy another car we will be heading back to Swift Current to Knight Nissan and to our sales rep. James. Can't recommend this Dealership enough.
