So I bought myself a lemon....or should I say 2011 Nissan Rogue.
Brought it back within 30 days of purchase to complain about the weather cracked tires and bent rim that they had told me before purchase they would take care of. Except, they never did. Very disappointed having bought a Nissan from a Nissan dealer
and they actually had no issues with me driving this piece off their lot. I paid for a brake cleaning that also should have been done before it left the lot and then had a mechanic tell me there is no way they even did it because the bolts were seized on in a couple of spots. After several visits and several managers, several service managers and several broken promises...I finally find out the ones involved in the purchase of my vehicle have all been fired. Well that's great news for new buyers but me...too bad! I have had the vehicle for almost 3 years now and the warranty ends shortly (too bad again for me because it was used a great deal). BUYERS BEWARE
If you really have your heart set on a Nissan I highly recommend a different dealership. I have to look for the silver lining and I guess that would be that I have learned a lot about buying used.

I recently bought a 2018 Murano from Woodstock Nissan and I have to say the experience was unlike any other car purchase. These are exceptionally friendly people and the purchase didn't leave me with the feeling that I had been duped or taken advantage of. Most of my previous experiences have been fairly negative with lots of waiting around "sales manager approval" and insertion of undercoating and fabric protection etc. after an initial price was negotiated. These guys were completely straight forward with an honest price upfront and no hidden fees at the back end. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to family and friends.

Took advantage of a recent sale event at Nissan in Woodstock. Justin Hawes helped me find the perfect match and set me up with a 2021 Nissan Rogue. From start to finish, Justin was available to answer any questions, explain the steps and find the answers if he didn't know. He went above and beyond to work with the team at Nissan to have me driving away in exactly what I asked for. After sale, Justin continued to be available for any questions and also did a courtesy check-in to see how I was enjoying my new ride. He's friendly, personable, knows his job and has a good sense of humour that makes the whole experience positive. They never get back to you when you have an issue. I have had 3 requests of them since I picked up my car in Nov. 2020 and received NO replies, even when I called and e-mailed. It is not hard, just pick up the phone and call, even if I don’t like the news!!!
Overall I had a great experience with the purchase of my first car at this dealership. Kevin was incredibly helpful and explained everything that I did not know or understand, and was very nice and patient. I also got to meet Dale, and she was great as well. She was very helpful, genuinely kind and always quick to respond. Justin showed me the car and helped me understand the controls and the tech behind everything. He also installed the mats for the car for me and he was quick to respond too anytime of day, and was extremely friendly and helpful. Service department has been great. The initial sale was great. However, I repeatedly get calls and texts that they want to buy my SUV and they'll pay a premium and all this other wonderful sounding stuff...until I talk to them and tell them I was hit in a parking lot resulting in $17,000 worth of damage. I've told them this several times and have asked just as many times to stop contacting me, yet they still do. When I am ready to buy again, I will. I don't need to be pressured into it. One sales guy tried to use a scare tactic stating my SUV is not safe any longer after an accident that bad. Meanwhile, it was all genuine Nissan parts that were used to fix it. Should I be worried that my SUV isn't safe all around then?!

I'm still happy with the Rogue I bought here, however I've had nothing but disappointment from their service department. I was told that the bumper to bumper warranty I paid extra for would cover everything except normal wear and tear but everytime something breaks, it's not covered.
They even called me to asked if I was satisfied with their service, I said, "no, not at all. " their response was, "I'm happy to hear that. " They obviously don't actually listen to their customers.
I had a wonderful experience. I was in luck to be taken such good care of by this young fella named Justin. He was quite helpful! He listened to all of my requirements and helped me locate the perfect automobile for me! Thank you Nissan and even more thank you Justin!! Great service!
I had an emergency situation with my Qashqai last week while away on vacation and was towed to Woodstock Nissan. I personally had a bad experience here with my husbands Nissan. The sales person at the service desk tried to push a service on me I didn't want OR need - but this was a long time ago.
That said- I think I need to include my recent experience with Woodstock Nissan in regards to buying my own vehicle. I went into the store just to look at my options regarding a "new to me" vehicle. I was very firm with the sales person and asked the salesman to please not sell me on something as I was just looking. To my surprise I was told " Not a problem! Let me show you what we have". I didn't end up test driving or buying a car until a month or so later when my current vehicle completely died on me. But, when it came time to buy a vehicle, the salesman was readily available and willing to help me out and remembered my needs from our previous conversation.
Throughout the car buying process Travis was respectful of what I wanted, respectful of my budget, and didn't judge me for being a bit curt when we first met. After we got to talking I made sure I explained to him that I had just had a bad experience previously but that I also had been having bad experiences with the other dealerships in town - so I really just wanted to ask questions and see my options. He completely understood and met me where I needed him to. I realize that all sales associates have a job to do but he never made me feel like he was "selling" me. The whole process was very smooth. When I did buy the "New to me" car I still never felt like he was selling me or that I was pressured into buying something I didn't need. I really appreciate all the work he did for me and I would 100% recommend anyone go in and talk to Travis for their needs.

Wish I could go 0 stars.. dont waste your time. "we will take care of you" is something they throw around to make a sale. they said it when I first purchased and then when trying to get a sale from one of my family members they said they would "take care of" a problem for me.... was told people would be in contact with me over the problem and then had to contact them 3 weeks later to get terrible service and called "little girl" I'm just over it. never. again. I love my car but will not go to Woodstock Nissan again. if this was a one time problem I wouldn't even be writing this. I just dont want to waste anymore time on them.
We searched for a long time and Woodstock Nissan gave us all the features we wanted for much less then their competitors on similar models. Friendly servive staff keep us coming back

This Nissan dealership has got to be the best Nissan dealership in Ontario. If not Canada. Terry, the sales manager, will bend over backwards to ensure you get the vehicle that meets your needs and desires. And it does not end here. From financing to the service team...all a class act. knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. Hands down the best dealership we've ever dealt with.

I have personally dealt with Woodstock Nissan since it opened. Anyone who is complaining about their service did not try to rectify the problem that occurred. No dealer you deal with will ever be perfect. The thing that separates Nissan Woodstock from the rest was their ability to rectify the issue as well as going above and beyond my expectations.
You will not find a vendor that you agree with 100% of the time, but I can tell you that my experience with their service department has been the best I have ever dealt with.
My Titan has had a few issues with it since I purchased it (which is not their issue) but they have always fixed the problems and looked at the truck to ensure I have not missed any. Name me a car dealer in town that will look over your vehicle and mention to you additional issues that are happening that should be put through warranty. It never happens and I have owned many different brand of vehicles.
If you are considering a vehicle or service, please consider Woodstock Nissan. You will be extremely happy with their service and Nissan has a great selection of vehicles.
Both my wife and I used to drive Chevrolet's, we have both switch to Nissan's. I have a Titan and she drives a Rogue. We are extremely happy with the vehicles.
