Honestly , i did'nt feel comfortable at the dealership. They were not ready to talk numbers unless i was ready to book the car right then and there.
I eventually bought the car from Brampton north Nissan , where they gave me all the details about the mortgage, payments, offers /discounts without expecting to sign the booking that day.
We were taken care of by Sohail Sheikh when we purchased our Mazda 3 Hatchback last Fri. Dec. 13th. He was very helpful, nothing was too much trouble and it was a most pleasant experience. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly as well. We are very pleased and picked up our new vehicle today!
My parents purchased a new Nissan Qashqai 2019 today. We picked up the car this morning and our sales consultant Sohail Sheikh spent a good hour with my parents on the electronics and adjustments of the car. My father is 81 years old and he did a fantastic job today. He even drove a new car to the house as they were not sure if it would fit. They took a year to make the final decision and Sohail was there all the way. Also the team at Nissan did a great job going over the warranty and paper work for the insurance and set up a first oil change appointment for 2020. Alta Nissan is total ripoff. I was kept in dark regarding the problem of my 2008 Nissan Quest. I was told it will be 2 hours of labor charge. At the end of the day the job that was a maximum of 2 hours. I was charged 7 hours for a pathetic Catalytic converter installation. total RIPOFF.

My salesman, Sunny was super fantastic. From the initial phone call to the end when I decided to purchase. He was knowledgeable, had tremendous amount of patience, courteous, and easy to work with.
He checked all the boxes for me. For my experience he scored an A+.
However, my elation ended there.
Beware that a salesman is only half of your experience. Keith Li enters to try and upsell you with high pressure tactics and nearly lost the sale for Sunny. He turned a fun experience to one I was regretting. It took every fiber of my body not to walk away from the deal.
Keith needs to learn the difference between a soft sell and a hard sell and he needs to learn to respect the people who are handing over thousands of dollars.
I have my beautiful vehicle home now but I just can't shake off the nasty, unprofessional, rudeness of Mr.Li and it keeps going over and over in my mind.
Spending 30K on a car should make you proud to own it. Instead I feel like I made a huge mistake. I need to fall in love all over again with my car, the way I felt when Sunny and I were working together. I hope I get that feeling back.

Peter is still fantastic, and the service team here is the best. They're open on Saturday's, and they've been amazing at serving customers through Covid, with solid preparation and planning. Alta Nissan is the gold standard.
2016: Peter Di Domenico is truly a breath of fresh air. From the moment I met Peter in 2009, he's been a great resource, a trusted advisor, and someone I rely on in all my car purchasing/leasing decisions. I went through two Altimas, which I never had one problem with, and now I'm on to a fully loaded 2016 Rogue, which I'm really loving; it was time for a change. Not only is Peter helpful, but he put me in the best vehicle for where I'm at, and what I need it for. He's just an honest guy, and someone you can trust.

Overall, I had a great experience at Alta Nissan buying my first car, a 2020 Nissan Kicks.
