had a terrible customer experience at this dealer, an appointment was made for a mechanical fitness report which I was told 1 to 1.5hrs wait for a report. got to the dealer 1 hr ahead of time and booked the car in, after 2 hrs in, I checked with the service advisor and was told they are still working on the car and mechanical have NO idea when it will be ready. I said this is NOT acceptable and needs to talk to the service manager Mark Sutherland, I was told he is busy at the moment and will be out shortly. 1 hr. later Tobias Paul came out and said, the test failed and needed $2000.00 to replace the front exhaust pipe which is now 4hrs into the waite time, I told him I couldn't fix it today as I needed to pick my son up at 4:30 in Rexdale. Tobias Paul needs some customer handling training when dealing with front-end customer problems, paid the $203.00 dollars and left very dissatisfied with this guy attitude, I took the car to a local shop and got the pipe and catalytic converter change, oil, lube filter is done, and mechanical certified issued and now passed for the total of $934.89 tax included. not sure where Tobias Paul came up with $2000.00 just for the front pipe replacement, I felt I was being RIPPED OFF. 3 times more dollars just for the front pipe replacement, I been using this dealer since 2008 and never taught their prices were so high over other shops, I WILL not use or recommend this service dept. to anyone. Dealership allows customers to take a test drive without the salesperson accompanying. This is a good feature of the dealership. No pressure while trying the vehicle out. No pressure to buy when the test drive was complete. Salesperson reviewed pricing options and followed up with a phone call a few days later. Overall a good experience even though I did not purchase a vehicle from them.
Have had no issues with Midway. Sales and service have been what one would wish for. No pressure but lots of info. Was even told by a salesman not to rush to buy new as my vehicle would hold its value pretty much as it is now for another year. You test drive without the sales guy.

Was led to Midway through the Nissan Canada website. We wanted to look at and test drive the 2022 Nissan Pathfinder. Unfortunately they didn't have one available at that time but Connor from the sales team was able to answer all my questions through email and when one did come in we did get a chance to take it out.
Would give a 5 star review but they really didn't have any inventory which isn't their fault entirely. I guess they could hold a couple back for customers to see and drive.
