Sina suggested the 2017 Nissan Rouge and said it would be the right fit for me and my family. I was happy to make the deal with him that day. Loving my new car. Terrible customer service, they do not have enough experience , for time scheduling, they kept me 2 hourse for an oil change, and even did not ask what kind of oil I would prefer for my car , they chose wrong oil product for my Nissan Rogue, the personnel behavior are not professional , they do not have any plan for compensation.
After wasting my money and time there, I could not trust them anymore, I took my car to another service shop to do the proper maintenance.

I leased a Nissan rogue on Nov/13/2019. Mr. Ali Reza Khademi product advisor, provided deal details for us. He was professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He gave me the best service. When I received the car found out the windshield has distortion but the sales and service manager were not agree with me. Writer wrote a review for the company. After a few days and some negotiations they accepted to show that to the glass technician. The glass technician confirmed my problem and service manager Mr. John Lim accepted to replace that at no extra charge. Throughout this process the sales advisor Mr. Khademi was in contact with me many times to solve my problem. He was very helpful.

I returned a car, leased for 5 years, in excellent condition, documents signed; no damages. After 4 months of not accepting offers to take another car from them I received phone calls from a collection agency saying I have a past due for damages in the car. They said they sent a mail 3 months ago but they never did! They don't care about the harm they could cause to your credit score, despite being a good customer. I didn't have a problem paying, they just didn't ask me before sending it to their partner - the collection agency.

Lack of communication amongst the staff.
I put down deposit for a car and after a couple of days someone sent me an email asking me if I wanted to buy the car and offered a gas card as well.
When i bought the car they didnt give me that offer and then when I asked for the same offer they denied.

Also my car's safety took more than a week to get done which ended up the closing time to two weeks after I confirmed the purchase.

I DO NOT recommend anybody coming or buying from this dealership. They have the worst service ever. They don't care about their customer. They just want to sell and take money from you. Last weekend, I was interested in buying a car with them, so I made a $1000 deposit. BUT, before I even signed the paper agreement, I asked the sales person, Taylor DeYoung, "If I change my mind, will I get my money back." He stated that, "Yes, I will get my money back. A couple of days later, I decided I didn't want the car anymore. So I called them and they said, that the money I deposited is "non-refundable." I am baffled. I have spoken to the manager, and they can't do anything about it because I signed the paper. I feel like the sales person ripped or tricked me. He didn't care for explaining what the policy agreement was about. He even denied saying, "Yes, you will get your money back." If he had told me or explained that the money is non-refundable, then I wouldn't have made the deposit and sign the paper. All I can say is, if you're naive as me, make sure you do your research, ask lots of questions and/or have somebody there with you that can talk for you. Overall, this is NOT a dealership I would recommend.

As a customer, purchasing 40'000$ product from them, I'm very dissatisfied!
They promise you something, but they do not do it!! This happened twice to me! They mind only about their sales revenue, not their clients!
First time they promised me that the plates are ready. When I was in the way from far Ontario, they called me "Come next week, please, it's not ready."!
Second time they promised me that at an agreed time, a "part" will be ready. At that time, that section was closed!
The "show room" staff even do not know the working hours of the "parts sales" section!!
Also, please be careful about signing anything there, otherwise if you want change anything after that, you'll see their other face and you'll be in trouble!

Amazing customer service! I requested CarFax for a used 2018 Nissan Leaf via Auto Trader and got a very quick follow up email from Marc Atienza. Considering I live pretty far, my correspondence was mostly through emails and calls, all of which were addressed to very quickly. I can tell Marc worked really hard to get me the best deal possible. Marshall was very accommodating during the process of leasing a new vehicle. I have driven eight generations of nissan and have found the vehicles the best value for money. I made a service appointment about a week ago for today (Saturday). When I made an appointment, I clearly stated I experienced noise issue from rear passenger side wheel. Today, I got a call from Willowdale Nissan just 30 minutes before my appointment time (while I was on my way to the dealership), and the representative from Willowdale Nissan told me they had to cancel my appointment because there is no technician available on Saturday. They should’ve told me at the time I made an appointment or at least notified me a day before. I wasted my time because of them. Not reliable dealership at all.

They are BIG BIG BIG LIARS. I had a very bad experience with this dealer. This was my dealer and I had been tasking my car to this dealer for all maintenance and repairs, but beginning of summer 2017 I noticed that my AC was not working, so I took my car to this dealer to fix it and after charging me for all the fees for inspection, they came up saying that the low pressure hose of AC has a leak, so I said I want to pay and fix it but the part was sold out and even Nissan Canada confirmed that they have to place an order and it would take 4 to 6 weeks, so I could not fix my AC and had a terrible summer without AC and my family was suffering in entire summer. Next year I took my car to a different Nissan dealer and I told them what the issue was with AC, so they did the inspection and charged me again for fees but they came up saying there is no leak on the hose and the only issue is that there is no gas in there.
I went back and talked to a person that introduced himself as service manager and I showed him the report they gave me and the report from another dealer he came back to me saying that we can not do anything the person who did the inspection retired and is not working here anymore.
This is what they had done to me even the manager was not respectful even after realizing that their service team did that to a customer.

A service that should have taken 40 minutes instead took a good two and a half hours inspite of having taken an appointment. We were cautious after reading negative reviews, but our experience was generally good. We got here the best price and their location is very convenient for us.
Salesman Al Moorani was very friendly and helped us a with all issues, even when I was supposed to talk only to service department.
The reasons I give 4 stars instead of 5. We got our deposit back after two weeks and too many reminders. Rare bumper deflector, we purchased, was crookedly installed, but it was fixed when we asked. I was told to wait half an hour for this job (I believe it can be done in 5 minutes). After an hour(!) of waiting I asked what was going on, and my car was found near the entrance. Ready. Nobody bothered to tell me.
And the last one. I don't want to blame the dealership for that, but the fact is that drivers window opened with a squeak from the fist day. After a week I had to come back to fix it. I'm not an expert, but a new brand car shouldn't have a "loose bolt" in window lifting mechanism.
