Although I did not end up buying a Nissan I will say, Superior Nissan rates highly as a dealership to consider for a new vehicle purchase . They spent the necessary time during the sales process to go over the vehicle I was interested in and answered all my questions . Their approach was refreshing when compared to some of the other dealerships I visited. Superior Nissan is worth a visit if your looking for a new Nissan.

I bought my car from here and have been getting it serviced every 6 months for the past 10 years. (oil change which includes an inspection) So I asked about the filters in the car because I assumed they would be checked and they said oh yeah we will let you know when they need to be changed. That’s strange because not once in the 10 years I’ve been bringing it in have you mentioned anything about the filters. Not once. I checked and changed them myself because the air filter was black. (assuming since it had been under warranty for 7 years they would’ve changed it) these guys are awful. I don’t even know why I still trust them with an oil change honestly they usually take 4 hours to do it and then I still end up waiting when I get there.

Super disappointed in the service. Decided to take a chance on this Nissan dealership after previously having a bad experience at another one. Booked an appointment for an oil change and after sitting in the waiting room for an hour and twenty minutes I saw my car outside. When I went to ask the service desk if it was done I was told it hasn't even been taken into the shop yet. It's been 2 hours since I have arrived with my car for a scheduled oil change and i am still sitting in the waiting room. I am officially done having my car serviced at Nissan. Will only be returning to a dealership for warranty fixes. Truly not worth your time coming here!! Go somewhere else!

Absolutely BRUTAL service from the Service department to head of operations. Brought my Rogue in which I bought from them to be serviced for a faulty censor on the dashboard. My appointment was for 10am waited til 11:20am and went to ask how much longer it would be only to see it hadn't even been moved into the shop yet. So they wasted an hour & 20 minutes of my time for nothing. Then called to complain and was met with ignorance and was denied the ability to speak to the Manager. Do yourselves a favor and if possible DO NOT waste your $ and time with these people. They don't care. They seem to think everyone has nothing better to do with their day but sit & wait for them. This is the 3rd time I have had total garbage service from them. The best part of this experience was that I didn't have to give these crooks another dollar of my hard earned money. Totally brutal!!

Love the sales team but the service department needs a minimum of 1.5 hrs to do an oil change. Was told to come first thing in the morning, took time off work, drove for 45 mins, got gere at 8.01am. Surprise! Was told its still 1.5 hrs. Worst decision we ever made to prepay for these oil changes.

They didn't even know that Nissan was back to making versas Instead of just being nissan note.

Got the name wrong and someone else was approved.

Took almost a month and didn't respond when asked If there was any news.

yeah, and my credit score Is 672... making good money at a job I have been at for over a year and have other lenders were giving me pre-approvals. So, yeah.. I'll take my business there that already know about the car. Incompetent Is the best word to say It.

Terrible customer service. Don’t provide quotes. When I went in there, was told I have full comprehensive warranty as per the papers from Steeltown. Things were a go. Afterwards, they do some work to the car, which is still having some problems, I get told that the year steeltown had on the the paperwork for the comprehensive warranty was a year off so I was left being expected to pay the $150. Completely blindsided really. Ended up going to steeltown and they gave me a cheque for their big mistake on their part. However, I’ll be bringing my Qashqai else where for services. Thanks and have a great day.

Not sure what ever happened to the service at Nissan but today was the worst experience I have ever had. Even a one star rating is too high. I have bought four expensive sports cars from them. Then I decided to sell my last car and in the mean time while I was deciding what to buy they sold me a used car. Then because I didn't rush into buying a new car right away the service spiralled downwards and I was no longer given the same respect or service. Today the service was atrocious and incompetent from both the service desk and diagnosis & repair shop. Sad to see a business go so far downhill from what it use to be.

Terrible in regards to staff attitude. I found the staff frustrating to deal with. First of all, you do not get frustrated or angry with a customer for trying to get a better deal on a used vehicle. I walked from the deal because I refuse to buy a vehicle from arrogant people who don't understand that some consumers aren't willing to blindly pay high end market price for something that the dealer is making such a huge profit margin.
