This is the first experience I have had financing a car and it was not without it's hiccups but the staff were accommodating to my unique situation and after a few days I had my financing approval. There were a few cosmetic issues to be fixed up with the vehicle which the team did and then delivered the car to my home after a few days. Sanjay was great to deal with as was Jay in finance. Daniel, the sales manager was great at answering my many questions and at the end of the day I feel I got a great deal on a new to me car. Thanks to all involved.

We drove in from London to buy a used 2019 Sentra (best price in Ontario!) Sales rep Bobby looked after us from the minute my wife and I arrived. We felt safe at Oakville Nissan (not something we take lightly. Being retired) We were there to buy and after two quick test drives (on our own) Bobby tied up the paperwork efficiently and we were on our way. After picking up the car at the time agreed and getting it home I realized that there was no manual. Phoned in and Bobby was off that day so I emailed Randy in finance. He replied and Bobby phoned from his cell to fix me up with a manual. Well done. Highly recommended.

Sent in an email from autotrader for a Pathfinder and within minutes I had received a call email and text from Paulo. We spoke briefly and my wife and I met him at the dealership. He was a pleasure to deal with no pressure test drove the car and after some negotiation we received everything we asked for from our trade in and purchase price of the vehicle. What really impressed us about this young man was when we came to pick up the vehicle he treated us like VIPs he had prepared the car walked us through a tutorial of the features. The dealership certified the car and he updated us with full disclosure of all the requirements to certify the car. The GM kept to his word and everything we asked for was done. Amazing experience Nissan is blessed to have a Paulo advocating their products and services. Overall a wonderful experience.

Terrible customer service! Endangered my life with their incompetent diagnosis of the car!
First they said the battery was not "clamped in correctly". Charged us 175$ for the diagnosis and putting in a screw for the battery. Told us everything should be fine. Had me drive it on the highway to the states. Had the EXACT SAME issue as soon as I got there. Took it to another Nissan, which were equally incompetent, and they said everything was fine!! Well, guess what, the car stalled on me in the middle of nowhere and I had it towed on my own expense. I was this close to getting in a car accident. What if it stalled in the middle of the highway with a truck driving behind me?
I was later told it was a transmission problem. How could TWO dealerships miss such a major and common problem??
Second, new service manager is rude and unprofessional. She promised us she would cooperate with the costs of repairs. Had us tow the car all the way from Michigan just for her to go back on her word, saying it would cost 4.7k to repair, not deducting any of the costs she promised she would cut. She also threw the keys back at us telling us to "take [our] car".
All in all, their first misdiagnosis cost us +900$ in towing and diagnosis services. And they are refusing to acknowledge that this is their fault.
This is while having bought TWO cars and negotiating buying a third one from their dealership. If this is how they treated us, imagine how they would treat you.

Best Nissan dealership I’ve been into!

I’ve tried Nissan Downtown and Nissan Burlington in the past. I was not very satisfied after some experiences with them and decided to try Nissan Oakville for my Nissan service. Since I first brought my vehicle here I was gladly satisfied with their service. I was helped by Kevin the first time. He was very helpful and attentive. I was able to even do some work while I waited since they offer free WIFI and even have some free coffee.

Recently I brought my vehicle because I needed help purchasing and installing winter tires and checking the brakes. I was helped by Jeff. I initially contacted him by email and told about my needs. He was able to provide me with an approximate budget so I could have some idea before coming to their office. After bringing my vehicle and did some initial checks, they detected some additional work was needed (covered by manufacturer’s warranty fortunately!) so the car needed to stay overnight. Jeff and Nicola arranged to provide me with another vehicle while they did their work which was awesome since I had some family plans already! Jeff and one of their mechanics (didn’t get his name) also helped me removing and carrying my two child car seats which was very kind of them. I was expecting the work to be completed in a few days. However, early next day I got their call that car was ready! I went to pick up the vehicle that same night. They have extended hours (until 8pm I believe) to drop or pick up a vehicle which is very convenient for those of us who work far. After arriving, the staff which received me was very kind and attentive. The checkout was fast and easy. When getting to my car I had an amazing SURPRISE! They had cleaned up the car interior which was a complete mess (those with kids know how it is). The car looked amazing with the new tires and all clean and tidy inside.

I was very happy and satisfied with the whole experience and will definitively consider this dealership for my future service needs. I gladly recommend this place.

I was in for service and having a smoke and i notice the girl that brings the cars around drives really fast .she almost caused a accident in parking lot . Also slamming the doors of cars .Someone like this should not be allowed to drive customer cars .very carless and she was rude when another lady asked about her car just to see if it was ready . Staff like that should be changed. And staff that respect the customer cars should be working there .

I tried to take car to my mechanic to show him but The salesman ( Raj ) said we are a great company that doing this job and you can’t take this car to your mechanic and told me like if there is any major problem in 36 days like transmission or engine we are gonna take care of it and fix it. And 7 days after buying car , I realized there is a transmission problem. And i took the car to Nissan Oakville and showed them and mechanic guy said IT HAS A TRANSMISSION PROBLEM. Service department told me we are gonna call you back tomorrow and nobody called me. Even though I tried to reach them many times and to ask what is happening , but they said Michelle ( responsible person ) is not here or busy or something and I have been waiting for their response 10 days still no answer. Eventually, I understood that THEY ARE TRYING TO PASS 36 SAFETY DAYS. And I AM STILL WAITING !!

I want to share my experience at Oakville Nissan. While washing my car one day I noticed a nail in my tire. I made an appointment right away at Oakville Nissan to have the tire checked. I received a call from the service department stating that the nail had punctured the sidewall and I would need a new tire. I asked if they had tried to remove the nail and they said no because the tire would deflate. Oakville Nissan quoted me $250 for 1 new tire. I decided to pick up the vehicle and shop around for a better priced tire. I then took the car to a tire shop in Oakville for a second opinion and I am sure glad I did. It turns out the nail did not even puncture the tire and it wasn't even near the sidewall. The nail was removed in 10 seconds free of charge. Oakville Nissan didn't even inspect the tire and I am truly disappointed in the service I received there. I will never return to Oakville Nissan and I warn others about their schemes.

I never recommend servicing at Oakville Nissan. They could not find the issue and charged me for diagnostics ($150). I escalated and this time they asked me to come when they are "Equipped" . They could find the issue and fix it. Charged me again. Horrible customer service. Not equipped and they charge for diagnostic. They will find ways to charge you and not fix the Car.
