Although I made a successful deal on a new 2015 Micra - the overall experience would not enhance me to purchase again from this dealer - I found the 'sales' side to be very indifferent - since taking delvy have not heard from the dealership at all!!~ - this I find very surprising - sales follow up is so important to the Consumer.

My most favorable comments go to the Finance and Adminstration office, who although no 'finance' required - they were most helpful and obliging.

The good news is that the vehicle was ready on time and is a pleasure to own and drive.
I am looking forward to the 'Customers Night' December 10th with enthusisam.

I just purchased my second Rogue at Niagara Falls Nissan, working with salesman, Sean Fowler. Sean worked hard to put tougher a deal that worked within my budget and wish list.
Dealing with Sean was a pleasure, he is knowledgeable and is a "no pressure" kind of salesman.
He spent a lot of time making sure I was aware of all the features of my new 2020 Rogue.
The service department is great to deal with also. I had my 2015 Rogue serviced there all the time. I will continue with service there for my new vehicle.

Best experience ever. I was fortunate to have connected with Jon Trotter, GM Sales through an online search for a specific vehicle with low mileage. The transaction was unique, in that we live 3 hours from Niagara Falls Nissan, and the need for accurate information and vehicle condition important. Jon's communication with us was over the top! By the time we came to look at the car, everything was in order and true to the descriptive. The car was serviced, all work and inspections completed, paperwork ready. The deal was easily finalized and all that was left was for us to take the vehicle. Because we lived so far, we were unable to take the car at the time, and Jon took time a few days later to deliver the car to our home - a round trip for him of just under 7 hours! Took my car in for 2 recalls, airbag inflator and fuel filler neck. Got my car back with the filler neck full of dirt, now in the fuel tank. I couldn’t be more displeased. Now have to be without my car for another service to clean it out, but certainly not by Nissan. I love my Nissan cars and trucks but will stick with my trusted mechanic for all my services.

Bought my 2013 Nissan Rouge here 2 years ago. The buying experience was great, super friendly staff. I’m happy with my payments for financing, the warranty, and all that fun jazz.
The service department is also awesome and I’m always satisfied with the work.
Also the Rouge in general is a great vehicle! I’ve had 0 major issues, only the upkeep ( like filters, bulbs, oil ) and look forward to vehicle shopping here again when my time with the Rouge comes to an end.

I received a notice from Nissan Canada that my vehicle was part of a recall and was advised to contact a dealership to make the necessary improvements. When contacting Niagara Falls Nissan I was given the option of appointments that suited my schedule.
Greetings were very pleasant (Sheri) when I arrived for my appointment and I was informed that short wait would be required. While asked if they could assist with other service needs at the time I did not feel pressured to commit to anything else at that time.
True to their word the fix was taken care of in the time that they advised it would.
I was thanked by the service consultant and advised that my car would be waiting for me outside. The service manager also thanked me on the way out (using my first name to boot)
All the employees were courteous and professional. They even washed my car for me too. WOW! That has never happened to me anywhere else.

I must also highlight something that I witnessed in the customer waiting area. The service consultant, (Sheri) was assisting another customer with options and suggestions on how to deal with her service needs. I was not eavesdropping but couldn't help but overhear in the small customer service area. I was impressed by her understanding and compassion when dealing with this customer.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Niagara Falls Nissan (and their product) to any and everyone.

The Service Department is top notch. I'm not from the area but I needed to have my car serviced. I brought it to Niagara Falls Nissan and I have to say, this by far has been the best service experience I've had in years.
The service staff were all so friendly and welcoming. The Service Advisor was great and treated me like I was their top priority. I was absolutely impressed that the Service Manager Jon Misir came out to talk with me and make sure I was being taken care of and let me know he was available if I had any questions or concerns. I have to say this is the first time I've had a Service Manager come out to say hello and make me feel welcome. The service technician who worked on my car did a great job fixing my car. As I was leaving the Service Manager came out again and wished me well. If you want your car serviced and feel like you are a customer who really matters, I recommend Niagara Falls Nissan. This is one of the worst (potential) sales experience I've had. Yesterday my husband and I went to look at a specific vehicle they had listed on their website, as well as it was on their "For sale" board in the showroom. After about 20 minutes of them searching, we were told the vehicle was not on the lot (a customer had it?) and it would be back on the weekend, but would show us the base model. We said that's fine but weren't interested in the base. After seeing that vehicle we went inside to discuss options. We advised that our current Nissan lease was up in the fall but wanted to see what kind of deal we could possibly get now. We went through some basic questions about our vehicle, and then they asked for the keys so they could confirm the mileage. They then took our car for a test drive without asking our permission to do so. After that the sales person talked to the manager and they came up with a price that was agreeable to us, but then when I asked them to estimate what the kilometers would be upon the return of the vehicle we thought we were getting a price for (the listing stated it had only 12km) he said the most there would be is 16,000 or it couldn't be used as a dealer/customer use vehicle anymore. I said that doesn't sound like the vehicle we were asking/talking about at all. When I again showed him the vehicle on the website, he checked again with the sales manager and then told us that vehicle on the website had been sold, and the price they were giving us was on the base model that we clearly stated we were not interested in. So essentially it was a very frustrating experience and a waste of 90+minutes of our time. And now today, they updated the website to show that the car that a “customer had out” was in fact the same vehicle that we were inquiring about, but now their site says it’s a “demo” and has over 5,000 kms on it. So again, no clue what they were talking about as they told us that vehicle was sold. Totally not impressed. We have been loyal Nissan customers for almost 20 years, but after this fiasco, we will be rethinking our choice of vehicle.

They used to offer walk-in services without the need of booking an appointment and I just had a walk-in service last month before which the receptionist told me no appointment required when I called in. Recently before I walked in for tire change I called in to make sure that the walk-in services still hold because I don't want to carry a set of tires around but am unable to make the change. The lady on the phone told me I could walk in to make the change; yet when I got up in very early morning, packed all tires up and showed up, the guy told me, very arrogantly, that I had to go home to make an appointment!!! I then called a Buffalo dealer who was so polite and told me that if I don't mind waiting for 1 hour I could come up, which was what I did.

It seems to me that this place can't have more than three customers at the same time and they'll kick out the 4th in case you show up as that unfortunate one. When they didn't have enough business they were so nice to you. But once you give them lots of businesses they'll screw things up and treat you badly.

All being said, a sales guy was very nice to me but anyway I will never come back to this place. BTW, stop sending me the junk mails soliciting to buy my car that I have just bought.

Bought it yesterday and drove it home. The boys (Joey and Chandler greyhound brothers) love it and fit comfortably in the back with seats folded down. Nissan Micra Red Alert. The people at Niagara Falls Nissan were great. They took my nerves and replaced them with a fun and exciting experience. A special shout out to my sales girl Mary Morrison.
