Bought a car from these guys and got my tires changed this year they called me frantically recommending a brake and rotor change so I did and they were butchered right from the start sounded terrible and didn’t work well even though they charged me for premium brakes and rotors 2 months later I called upset about the situation brought it in they drove my car around the parking lot and made me wait in the lobby for 45 mins before telling me everything was fine - I’ve now brought it to an independent mechanic and he said they put on after market brakes and rotors and charged me for premiums just because I’m young and don’t know much about cars but probably the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with in my life now had to get everything replaced about 4 months after I had them work on it DO NOT trust these guys crooks if you ask me.

This is the first good experience I have had with a dealership. I recently brought in my older Nissan for some recall work. They ended up bringing me in a week earlier than initially scheduled and completed the work on time. There was no pressure to do additional work and the Service Advisor (John) was friendly and professional. All in all, this dealership seems pretty good. If I were the kind of person to buy a new car, I'd probably do it here.

I was looking to trade-in a 2016 Murano for a 2020. I called Myers Barrhaven Nissan and low and behold the sales manager Luis Castillo answered the call. Well, the entire negotiation took less than 5 minutes total (2 phone calls) and the price reached was $1800 cheaper than the other 3 dealerships I had spoken with. Absolutely amazing! This was by far the best sales/purchase experience. No haggling, no fuss, no BS! The very best!
It sure helps dealing with the right person and Luis had control of the bottom line and delivered. I'll be looking forward to dealing with Luis on my next purchase!

This is a dealer that up sells unnecessary repairs. Had simple repairs done and had to return for problems with their work. The last three visits I have had to return because they had not done the job properly. They have recommended repairs that were not necessary and tried to make me spend money i did not have to. After my last service I ended up bringing it to another dealer to be told the repair recommended were not necessary. I will not return to Barrhaven Nissan and can not recommend it to others

Blown away by the incredible service here at Myers Barrhaven Nissan. Dealership mechanics tend to be called "stealerships", because they tend to rip you off up-selling things you don't need. That is definitely not the case here. This place listens to your needs, calls you with the issues, then advises and guides you through fixing your car. At no point do they try to sell you anything you don't need and they are incredibly compassionate and understanding as they go through the issues with your car. Specifically, I was tremendously impressed with the service manager, Jamie, as he took great care of me and my car, and then took time from his day to talk to me about my car and possible future cars (my car is older and we opted not to put the necessary money into repairing it). I am leaning towards buying another Nissan now solely for the unbelievable car service offered at this dealership. I don't know of any other dealership that does this. Incredible service and incredible staff. Don't hesitate to come here for all your car needs.

Well, it’s tire season once again and I wanted to share the amazing experience I had this week with the service department at Meyers Nissan in Barrhaven. I dropped my car off at 7:30am and John who was the intake advisor was on time and great. I know what you’re thinking why are you going out during this time of social distancing. I get it and the precautions taken by the service department was impeccable. My car was wiped down before the service tech got in, they had hand sanitizer everywhere and signs posted everywhere and individual pens for people to use and before I got back into my car, another disinfectant wipe down. I also took the shuttle, disinfectant wipes and seat covers were all available, the efforts to keep their staff and clients safe was very clear. Kudos to the team for that. Now back to my service, tire change, new brakes and an oil change, my Sentra is ready for the spring! Upon leaving the lot, I had an issue with one of my tires and went right back. Jamie (service manager) and Claudio (service tech) went above and beyond to find the issue, to no avail, with a temporary solution home I went. The next day Jamie and Mo (service tech) came to my house to support changing out the tire, they came to me! How amazing are they!? This service team definitely went above and beyond to support me through this service appointment. If you are looking for an amazing experience at a dealership, I highly recommend this team, they are efficient and have the customer experience at the forefront of their minds and service. Thank you Jamie, John, Claudio and Mo, your dedication to customers and doing what’s right is greatly appreciated!

This Nissan Service Center is the best service in the entire Ottawa area I give this place 5 Thumps UP Thanks to Alex the salesman and is team and is financing manger they got me out of a sticky predicament my 2016 Dodge Ram 2016 (Recal\BigHorn was full of Recall even the dodge service center told me to get ride of it. but they would help one bit, we add 3 motor and one full fuel system vehicle installed and this truck add more recalls Alex and his team worked real hard and I know they did they get us into a new vehicle Alex was persistent he kept calling me to come in I was worried about jumping into a new vehicle we did we go the Nissan Frontier brand new great price they worked hard to get us the financing and we got a great truck add it 2 weeks best investment we even made and the ease of mind that come with warranties' and insurances I know my truck will last me and ill be able to use the way a truck should be used, as for my dodge big horn I could do anything it was always broke at the garage check engine once a month

Recently I purchased a Used Nissan Murano from Alex and Ali. I have always driven a Honda vehicle and this would be my first Nissan. We had been looking for several months and finally found the car we wanted and they definitely made it very easy for us. We were in a situation but with their help we were able to get the vehicle. This dealership took me in right away, service manager was friendly and the mechanic took amazing care of my vehicle. By the time I finished enjoying the complimentary espresso, my car was done. I had bad experience Myers Nissan in Bell’s Corners for service on my vehicle, so I decided to try Barrhaven Nissan .First visit experience very friendly excellent service .Second visit not so much.. brought in my vehicle for simple old change few days after oil change started to noticed a oil leak underneath my vehicle and getting worse. On way home from work I stopped by MR lube they found oil drain plug loose just about to fall off the vehicle .. very lucky drain plug didn’t fall off could of been worse in fact lost engine .I am Sorry but I completely lost trust Myers group never will purchase or service my vehicles from this company anymore.

I would personally stay away from any new dealership whatsoever, but there was a lot of incentive (gas card, win a micra, etc.) to come in to see their vehicles and give them a shot. The advertised deal was not upheld and we had to come back for 1 gift gas card between me and my girlfriend. I wouldn't waste your time, even though we really liked the Rogue. I would recommend RendezVOUS Nissan, who delivered (quite literally to my door) a spectacular Versa Note at under $100 biweekly financed.
