Absolutely horrible experience. Total scam artists who just try to get more and more money out of the little guy. I am still having issues with them.Went to trade in my lease for a new one and now they are trying to make me pay for the remainder of the lease when they were the ones that offered an early trade in. They did not look up the details of my account, just rushed through to make a sale. Then they try to tell me I was the one that made the mistake. Then they just say "don't worry, don't worry, we'll give you a solution" (which is to keep paying money for a car they took back). They don't call you back, or keep phone appointments and are late for in person appointments.
Additionally, they mixed up my financial records with someone else's, causing me to have to check my credit rating -I thought someone was committing fraud with my identity. So stressful!
Cherry on top, whenever I go for service, they don't listen. Typical sexist service department. My husband always has to bring the vehicles back to have items corrected. We had to bring a car back 4 times in one instance just get an issue solved.
This dealership needs a serious audit as to how they conduct their business, keep records, treat their customers and follow legal procedures. Almost 2 weeks and they don't even have the professional courtesy to make a meeting and get this issue solved. I've never heard of having these issues before with a car lease. It's like living a nightmare.

I bought a 2017 Nissan Rogue from Village Nissan. The salesman, David McGarry responded to my email request promptly and followed up regularly. David showed me the SUV that I was interested and explained all features in detail before and during the test drive. He helped me to work out the deal. The whole purchase process was completed in 2 hours and it was a pleasant experience . David also made sure the SUV was delivered on time with all accessories installed. He continued to follow up to ensure everything was alright after the vehicle was delivered. I would recommend David if you want to buy a Nissan vehicle.

As I walked off the street without an appointment, I was surprised by the level of respect I was treated with, a test car was provided for me in minutes, The sales rep Andrew was nice, professional and accommodating. The place itself was clean spotless, and everyone wore masks and kept their distance.
The financial manager named Jason was diligent in explaining different financial options in a nice atmosphere without providing any unnecessary pressure.
On the pick up day Andrew went above and beyond to make a sign and pick-up experience as pleasant, and carefree as possible.
Overall it was the nicest experience of buying a car I ever had, I will definitely recommend buying here specific four hassle free experience.

When I picked up the car the regenerative brakes were not working.
I took the car to Markham Infiniti the

And they did an extraordinary job on the car. After 6 hours of diagnosis they were able to correct many issues with
The repairs. No parts were installed
And they charged me for 5 hours Labour only. When I picked up the car
Everything was perfect and the brakes

Since then, I can say that their employees were consistently admirable and efficient to deliver a prompt service to my vehicle. I had a road hazard warranty I had to replace a tire I was in Montreal the Nissan Gabriel did not respect my warranty when I claim the warranty from the dealer I got it from Nissan Village they call me and they said it's been 2 month already we can not help u.

I suggest that u never get or service your vehicle at this location ever
I ll be calling Nissan headquarters and let them know they perform and know that dealer are privatly owed and operated but Nissan Canada should overlook their work.

I was on the way to get a newer Nissan vehicle but now I m disappointed.

I received an email offer sent by Village Nissan for oil change special.
I went there earlier this week on my scheduled appointment. The guy at the service counter told me this offer only applied to 0W30 oil and my car use 5W30 which I need to pay regular price.
I was very disappointed with this trip going there and I did not do the service.
The email offer was sent specifically for my car model and I did double check with them when I made the appointment on the phone.

Professional, courteous, organized, relaxed from start to finish. Deal was considerably better than what Windsor location was offering. Would recommend to anyone - at a minimum to obtain competitive pricing to compare to other offers received. This is now the 3rd Murano we have owned. Frankly a better vehicle than our Mercedes or Audi.

We had leased a car from this dealership and had a very hard time trying to return the car at the end of the lease. Multiple times we called to confirm if we can return on Saturday's and if we needed to come to this specific dealership and were assured that we could. When we show up, the leasing manager tells us that no Nissan dealership does returns on Saturdays, which isn't true as we returned the car to a different dealership the same day.

Walked in Village Nissan not knowing exactly what we wanted. One of the sales reps came to greet us and identified himself as Riley. He walked us through the selection of cars they offered including some of the used ones. We went on some test drives where he carefully explained the features of each car. We were so happy with the customer experience, we ended up buying two cars from him. Clerical errors with some of the paperwork, but nothing that couldn't be fixed in a couple of days. Super friendly staff; all were helpful. Would definitely recommend to friends and family! Ask for 'Riley Huang' by name. And tell him I sent you. You won't be disappointed!

Not sure where JOHN C gets his information but Village Nissan opened on Hwy 7 in Unionville in 1983 (30 years ago), as Markville Nissan and changed it's name to Village Nissan shortly thereafter. The present management took ownership in 1991 (22 years ago) and continues to operate at the new location on South Unionville Ave., at Kennedy Rd. since January, 2011. Far in excess of "10 or 11 years ago".

March 2014 - In response to Ray M, I would like to set the record straight. At no time did I disguise myself as a customer nor did I "come out swinging". My agenda was to correct the erroneous information published in the previous review. I believe our loyal customers have a right to accurate information concerning our dealership. I had major problems with Barrie Nissan, they could not repair my 370Z correctly, and based on a recommendation I brought my car to Village Nissan described what Barrie Nissan did to Todd Turner, he took my car in and repaired it correctly in 45 minutes! Barrie Nissan had my car for over 30 days and could not do the repairs correctly.

Outstanding Service Experience...Always

I've purchased all my cars and had them serviced at Village Nissan for over 20 years, but never written a review.

My experience today and the free access to village wifi compelled me to write my first review ever. I was returning home early Monday morning and my Nissan Quest was having a problem that would not let it exceed 80 kph.

I arrived at the service bay at 6:30 am, 30 min before opening. Todd, the Shop Forman, was going through his opening routine and took the time to greet me, instructed me into the drive-thru service bay and immediately asked for the vehicle problem information. I watched the vehicle going into the technician repair bay while I drank a complimentary fresh coffee. All this without an appointment and before 7am.

Chris Campbell, one of the owners, saw me in the waiting area and took the time to say hello and followed up with his staff. All was taken care of and it was nice to get confirmation. I have always found him to be professional, fair and considerate. Just some of the reasons why I keep coming back.

The technician found the problem and reported it to Kasim, the Service Advisor. He came into the waiting area and clearly communicated the problem while we sat comfortably in the waiting area. It would take 2 hours to repair and he offered me a free shuttle to the nearby mall, but I did not accept it. I was quite comfortable reading the paper and chatting with the familiar friendly faces, like Salesman Steve Gogas. He's always joking and in a great mood.

I'm going into the showroom now to have a look at the new Murano. Steve, I'll need to see some numbers so sharpen your pencil.
