At the beginning of June we bought the SL Nissan Rogue. I had come in with the whole family and our experience was nothing but excellent.
Ali was able to give us a very good rate and patiently explained the financing to us. At that point, we did want to settle on purchasing but explained we wanted to look around.
We went to other dealers in close proximity but were compelled to return to Brampton North Nissan. Sales Associate, Ali was able to dedicate his time and effort in giving us the best possible deal including some accessories that were thrown in.
The day after purchasing the car, I had a concern and left a voice mail message for Ali. He was able to call me back even on his day off.
The day of pick up, Ali was diligent in explaining all the features of the car and answered all our questions to the best of his ability.
We are extremely happy with the car. It drives very smoothly and most importantly the girls are very happy with ample room in the back.
We have made the right decision in picking the car and having a wonder sales associate to deal with.

After buying the car we noticed a few issues at the time of pickup and they were more than willing to help us out with repairs at no extra cost. They also seem to have to lowest prices for Nissan's which is why we decided to come here and in the end we found ourself having a very stress free and enjoyable purchase.

Positive: Prices are really low
Negative: can’t trust them on professionalism and courtesy. They would schedule appointment with you to come and pay deposit for the car you selected, when you reach after driving an hour they would say “The car is already sold”. Thats very poor salesmanship Basem, you did not have courtesy to even call and repurpose the appointment or cancel it or give opportunity to someone who has already done the deal with you and coming in as per telephonic agreement to pay. This is a big market and there are many other choices available for a customer, but it reflects poorly on you.
Manager has either no clue how to respond to the situation except to be indifferent and rude or maybe behaves nicely selectively in discriminatory manner to only certain clients. Most organization would require Client facing managers to go attend training to learn how to respond to Clients issues even in adverse situation and try to materialize opportunities. No opportunity is small.
Definitely there are other nice people here who are running the show and keeping this place running well overall but need luck to meet and deal with them.

And it was not a BIG discount offer. It was part of negotiation and salesman agreed to that additional $200 reduction in price and scheduled the appointment.
I understand Business and know you are free to sell it if you get a better deal.

Tried to book an appointment for service. Called at 7:34 am this morning. Was put on hold for about 3 minutes plus. I hung up, called back, was placed on hold for another 3 plus minutes. Again I hung up, called back and this time I was tranferred to the "Service Manager's" voice mail. I left a detailed message including my name/number. I'm still waiting for a call back. Very unprofessional! Totally lacking Customer Service skills! An absolute disappointment! When I had my Escape, I got the best service from Planet Ford just across from the Nissan Dealership! Planet Ford was welcoming, VERY professional! Friendly, courteous, experienced and their waiting lounge is MOST comfortable! Gonna service my Rogue at Planet Ford!
Just sharing my experience with you guys. Bought a Nissan Rouge in October last.. Very bad experience in the paper procedures, car was delivered uncleaned.. had to take appointments to get the car clean again.. delivered again to me without removing the rapping glue which was all over the car.. had to go back to them after 4 months to get it those glue removed...
Mr ALI was the salesperson who received me today.. had a chat of my bad experienced with them, he solved my problem in a professional way despite he was not the salesperson at time of purchase and get my car cleaned in less than an hour without me taking any another appointments. Hats off
So I would like to thanks him for today's customer service I received. It was a great one. I would give him a 4 stars.
However my overall appreciation for Nissan Brampton will still remain POOR as we customer we expect the best when we trust a company/Brand while taking a decision in buying a car. we always expect them to WOW their customers so that we can built trust to spread it out to other customers and for us to come back again to their showroom in few years time for another purchase.
Hope my reviews will be taken in a positive way for the management to improve in their customer service for future client not to bare the same bad experiences.

I am so happy we came into Nissan this month after hearing great reviews from my mom. She always receives amazing customer service when she comes in and my husband and I got to experience that first hand ourselves. We were provided with exceptional service from Ali. Not only did he hear what we were saying in terms of the type of vehicle we wanted and our budget but he also made the entire process seem less. He was very informative and you could tell he was very passionate about his work. As a first time Nissan owner we couldn't be happier. The minute we walked thru the front doors @ Brampton Nissan we were approached by a very pleasant salesman Sunny Singh, who I like to refer to as the man with 2 happy names! The dealership was busy on a Sat afternoon but Sunny treated us as if we were the only ones there. He didn't rush us, took his time in explaining the features of the Rogue and answered every question we threw at him (and there were many) with complete confidence. There was a sense of happiness & honesty not only with Sunny but the entire dealership, you could just feel it in the air! Once we rec'd the vehicle, Sunny spent a good half hour going over the features making sure we were comfortable. We gotta say, we were very impressed with the amazing customer service we rec'd not only in finding the right vehicle but also in his help buying our old car.
