Over the course of the last 7-10 days I have been talking, texting and emailing with Aaron regarding a vehicle that I found online. In my opinion Aaron went above and beyond as I first noticed the vehicle after hours and I sent a message late at night. To my surprise Aaron responded late at night and even offered to run down to the dealership to do a walk a round video of the vehicle. I immediately told him no that it could wait until the morning.

I never made it down to the dealership as I am in Okotoks and could not make it to the dealership until the following weekend. Aaron was very responsive to everything and checked in with me daily. It was not pushy or overly aggressive, it was the perfect amount of follow-up.

Although I did not purchase a vehicle from him, as I found a different unit locally that I just couldn't pass on, I would not hesitate to recommend Aaron to a friend or family member.

The only thing that caught me by surprise and it had nothing to do with Aaron, was that when I had received the quote the numbers didn't add up. There were a couple of fees built into the quote that was not discussed prior. When I questioned Aaron that the total amount and b/w payment was different than what I self calculated he gave me the information. At which point the numbers added up.

If there would have been even a $1000 worth of wiggle room I would have easily made the drive to Medicine Hat to finalize the purchase.

I initially brought my Nissan Pathfinder in to have the coolant cross over gaskets replaced because they are a common problem on these pathfinders and it requires taking the top half of the engine off. About 2 weeks after having the job completed my vehicle started leaking coolant a bit worse than before so I called to make another appointment. After diagnosing again they concluded the parts where faulty gaskets and they agreed to do the job again for no cost to me and they where very good about it. They gave me a date the parts would be in and when I dropped my vehicle off they drove me to work. They called later in the day to tell me the cross over manifold itself was actually warped and that was causing the leaking. They had to order the parts so they provided me a comparable car to drive for almost a week and when it came time to pick up there was a bill with almost $ 2,000 and they didn’t charge me for a thing this is the most reputable shop ever! If you drive any vehicle even non Nissan and your looking for a good honest reliable shop go see the people in service they will take care of you thank you so much!

I just got the winterize package from this dealership and i am impressed.

I came in the drive through and the service advisor was immediately there to help me. Rhonda was so professional and informative, she also asked right away if i needed a ride. (Which i did)

The shuttle driver was so funny and kind and he gave me his number and when i needed my ride back he told me he would be 10 min and he was at my house in 8!

The servicer manager Andrew was around too, which surprised me. He was there to make sure that i was happy and he was a very nice young man.

Overall i am very impressed with this dealership, and i will be coming back more.

We have been using Medicine Hat Nissan since they bought Sun Country.

We have used other quick oil change places before, and are more expensive, and are always trying to upsell.

I brought my 2014 titan in for an oil change today. Excellent customer service.

Andrew asked if he could swap out our Sun Country Nissan plate holder for a Medicine Hat Nissan holder. I said yes, and then they washed my truck no charge.

This is 100% value. Will always use them.

The owner of Medicine Hat Nissan is one of the worst people to deal with! He got pushed out of previous dealerships for the way he deals with things. Even let us know they are changing the name due to the bad perception. Well let me recommend that no one should ever buy a vehicle from Medicine Hat Nissan. If something goes wrong they won’t fix it to your satisfaction. They send you to Nissan Canada and say make a claim. When Nissan Canada calls they lie and make stuff up and so it looks like a game they like to play! Very very very poor service! Please safe yourself the trouble and shop somewhere else!

It was a really bad experience from the day 1 staff was so bullying. And putting you into a negative side kind of thir selling tricks. And i still bought a brand new rouge with in firat month there was a sound coming from the rear end all the technician and service managers worked on it and agrred that there is a sound but can not resolve it as they can not figure it out from where it comes. I had to replace a steering wheel .then they said i have to replace steering column. And with in six month i had to replace my radio system. And now 2 years after i bought the vehicle 48000 km on and it lost its transmission. Still the sound exists in the rear end.which they changed ton of parts but can not solve the concern has an open work order from 2017. And when i approched theowner and general manager. He said me to contact nissan canada because he has nothing to do with it he doesn't care if i post it on scocial media or anything. When i contacted nissan canada they asked me to go back to the dealership and they both gave me a run around on this. Any way i am really upset on this issue. And i was not given any customer care insted he was on his business side.

Please be careful when you choose a nissan brand from this nissan showroom

When you hear jokes/ negative comments about "car salesmen", I bet they started here.
I stopped to consider trading up my 2013 SL Rogue with 53,,000kms, with additional 100Km warrenty ($2700) roof rack($400) and add on remote start ($650)
After seeing what they called "low Km vehichle - also a 2013 S (lower trim model) and over 100,000 kms at $14998, I had in my mind what i needed for my trade on a new $39,000 car.
I was offered $12,000, to which I laughed at them and walked out. A Nissan rep from Calgary requested a text confirming the warrenty.
A few days later, he called from Calgary and asked "what I had in mind". Our difference was $6000, and he said if i wanted, come back in, and we could meet halfway. My warrenty wasnt transferrable, but i could cancel it for a refund of $1000.
I took the time to go back, they did up the offer, and their "meeting halfway" was the $1000 of my own warrenty. Also, while i was sitting there, Id ignored 2 calls from a BC number I didnt recognize. I said "not interested in dealing" and left. They renaged on their verbal offer, and wasted my time. I had a message from the BC number, so returned the call, and it was a rep from the extended warrenty company, apologizing for being cut off 2 times, and if i wanted to go ahead with canceling my warrenty. I informed him it wasnt me who called, and asked what the refund was worth. Its actually $1196.00. Great customer service eh!!! Raise the offer on a trade with your own money, then short change you on top of it all !
Also, on the side of "stupid salesmanship" they tell me theres lots of Rogues, and its 6 years old blah blah blah, but they are trying to sell me the same damn car! If they dont hold their value, why the Hell would I want another one??
This place is farthest from customer service. Do your homework and shop around. No sense dealing where the buzzards are perched

I have gotten to know Danilo and Jeff from having done countless business to business transactions so when it came to purchase a new vehicle for my wife, I knew just where to go. Within hours Jeff had my financing dealt with, Danilo and I had picked a vehicle, and I am sitting in a hotel room a 5 hour drive from Medicine Hat! The guys just made it so simple and painless! Poor service, and given attitude every time I have been into the dealership or a phonecall, felt very unwelcome. I've had my car in to have it reprogrammed, they took way longer then was quoted and they did not focus on what the issue was. As a vehicle I would recommend Nissan/Infiniti to people. I love my car. I bought my Nissan Versa Note in Calgary and it wasn't until I was coming home that I realized there was a heavy vibration when breaking at highway speeds. Upon realizing this had happened, Mazda provided excuses, where as Nissan provided results.
They took my car in as soon as possible and from the moment I got there, they were very kind. Ernie, one of the managers there, was quick to reply to my email, and was kind enough to shuttle me over to work afterwords. A very very very kind and friendly person!! He is definitely a reason to go to Nissan.
Another special thanks to Terry and the mechanic who worked on my car. It was discovered that not only was my brake rotor warped by a wheel bearing on the vehicle was broken.
The car now drives so much better. There is no issue. They took all the stress out of this situation thanks to their great customer service and efficient work!
