I purchased my new vehicle near end of August 2019. All of the incentives I was told about and offered-still waiting for! They refuse to call back, make excuses and say they will call back. Mark is the definition of a sleazy car salesman that people warn you about. Free gas for a year signage all over the dealership, he explains it to me, says my cheque for it will be mailed out at the end of the month, this was aug 24th, so supposed to be mailed out aug 31st. Didn’t receive it, started calling him in mid September, he kept telling my husband and I he would get back to us, his manager wasn’t in. He never called us back. Finally got ahold of the manager, Andy. He said he has no record of these offers, the free gas for a year, $150 service gift card and the roadside kit. Says that salesman Mark “misplaced” the offer sheet so I have no record of it. Told me that free gas for a year promotion wasn’t on in August only in October and if Mark told us that and we are pursuing it then he would have to fire Mark. I said the signage was all over the dealership, and he explained it to me and we both signed the offer sheet that Andy also signed so yes, I want what I agreed to. He had to talk to his boss. He called me back and said he was sending out my cheque for $2100 the next day along with the roadside kit and the $150 will be on my account to spend whenever I came in. A week later I called back. Andy no longer works there. My husband asked to speak to someone in charge. Salesman Mark gets on the phone. Says the cheque is still there and he will send it out next day. Two weeks later and still no cheque. Last Thursday, called and talked to finance guy, Glen. He says cheque is still there. He will send it out in the morning. That was a week ago. Still nothing. Called him tonight and receptionist says he’s busy and will call me back. Never heard back from him.

I bought a used platinum titan xd from these guys from out of town. I asked. "Had it been smoked in or accidents". No no no. Clean as can be. "Can I buy extended warranty for it?" "Sorry nothing for this truck"(which goes directly against nissan certified pre owned). Fly up to buy it and it wasn't ready. I than should've looked closer before leaving as, as soon as I get home I notice burn marks and etc inside. Fix a few things and move on only to notice a few months later cracks all over in the frame from a impact on the front. Phone up the general manager to be hung up on. Than call Nissan Canada to seek help. To only have them side with the dealer and say im on my own and that I bought a "as is truck" and a "fixer upper". Which i sure as F* did not.. ive owned 4 nissan trucks and will never own another. Love the truck. But would never support this dealer or nissan again.

Bought a used Toyota Rav 4 from Nissan and had a really good sales guy named Mark. Very personable and knowledgeable. So far really enjoying the vehicle. One thing that upsets me is I just found out that someone I know bought a new vehicle and received a gift to go along with it as a thank you. So from what I gather is as long as you buy brand new they will treat you but if you buy used it is not appreciated. In the end it is all in how you treat your customers if they will be back or not.

Bought my first Nissan in January, Owen was fantastic salesman to work with. Here went above and beyond during the process. Service department was absolutely amazing. I had one minor issue with the hatch door, stopped there with no appointment and they got me in right away fixed the issue an I was in and out in few minutes and on my way.

So Owen can’t even phone customers back?? After you give Nissan all your personal info. They can’t even come back with a phone call. This dealer is by far the worst dealer ever. Went to dodge and walked out with a 2020 ram 2500 the same day.
Highly don’t recommend this company for giving personal information to.

To beet I’ve seen reviews saying Owen doesn’t call people back. I’ll keep posting Reviews everywhere so the lame excuse of a salesman Owen should get fired.

Some people should remember though, you come in asking for a diagnostic and a calibration, it doesn't matter if the calibration worked, you still have to pay the service charge. This is not Russia.. the car does not fix you.

Severely poor service since the purchase of our car. The sales man was great, but everything past that point has been a disappointment. Still waiting for service to get car in to replace parts that have failed on it within 8,000 km of use. So far it is coming up to 2 months and not a single notice via email or phone number. "New nissan" or old...still bad experience. Avoid this location.

So today's a bittersweet day. I had to say goodbye to my yellow beauty because of some mechanical issuee. Unfortunately I ended up getting a lemon (literally). But I am happy to say I will be upgrading to the 2020 370z, although I wish it was the heritage edition or in some way unique, the black one will do. I do have Bose speakers in this one and a small spoiler so there are little extras that are nice, for no extra cost. Thank you so so so much Nissan Lloydminster for taking care of me. The new management clearly knows how to take care of their customers. With all my heart, thank you.
