I bought a new car two years ago from here I love the car the sales man was awesome But I had to come in for my oil change and the customer service desk for repair department was rude and treat me like a new nothing about my car I was not very happy with how I was treated the customer service need s to be better just because I am a lady dies not mean I don't know stuff about cars

My wife and I recently bought a new Murano from McDonald Nissan. This is the fourth Nissan we have purchased from them and we cant imagine going anywhere else. Everyone is so personable that it feels like a family when you walk in the doors. The sales staff ( Rob and Archie) bent over backwards, but not pressured, ensuring we were happy and got the best possible trade in value for our old Murano. Dean not only made the financing an easy transaction for us, but went above and beyond for my son on a personal level that was unrelated to our purchase. We have never been more comfortable at any other dealership, and can not think of a reason why we would ever go anywhere else. Highly recommended!

Picked up our new beautiful blue Kicks yesterday. We love it!! Tacy, Dean & Norm made buying a new vehicle so comfortable. It is nerve-racking shopping for cars. They were very helpful, not pushy, answered our questions and gave us a very fair price. The Nissan incentives of extra winter tires, mats, & great financing were icing on the cake. This is our first Nissan and we are impressed. We would highly recommend McDonald Nissan and a Kicks too.
My brother got an alignment done and within a week had to bring to another shop and had to replace upper and lower ball joints, swing arm bushings and tie rod ends. They told him there was no way a proper alignment could have been done. Bring the truck in for an airbag recall and within an hour the airbag light came on. He brings it in and is told the problem is unrelated to the recall and it will be $1100 to take care of it. 5 vehicles have been purchased here by him over the years and he's always been happy however I know he won't be back after the last 2 experiences. I know I certainly won't be shopping for a nissan based on his experiences.

Brought my truck in to put new tires on and balance them. Shortly after I got a call that their mechanic broke a wheel stud. I figured that seems pretty hard to do but it happens. Was not happy when I was told I would get charged at full rate to fix his mistake. I took off tires by hand and torque to 110ft/lbs a couple days before and had no issues. I ended up paying for half after talking to the supervisor but I should not have to argue do this. Overall just because it's a dealership does not mean your getting better service.
Kelly Blais sold me a 2019 Nissan Kicks recently. He was easy to deal with and I truly believe he gave me the best deal he possibly could.....the sales manager drives a hard bargain compared to other dealerships I've dealt with in the past but overall, I'm very happy with my purchase! Thanks guys.
My experience was so easy. I contacted them, told them what I was looking for, they got back to me the next day with options and I picked the one that will work best for me. I really appreciate them taking the time to go through all of the features of the vehicle very thoroughly so I know how to set everything up the way I want it. Nice to know they also can bring in and install accessories like ladder racks, rubber floor mats, and tons of other things you might want or need.

Buying a car at McDonald Nissan was a wonderful experience. Keith took the time to answer questions and show me many options that were available! Dean was helpful with the financing side of things! This was a great experience in buying a new car. Everyone should experience the great service at McDonald Nissan!
I’ve been stewing about this for a while. I bought a used car “privately” from a man who is the service manager at Nissan. He told me his daughter had driven the car for the past four years with no problems. He doesn’t know it but his mechanic at Nissan let the cat out of the bag by telling me the car was just previously on their lot. Bottom line I assume he bought the car from the dealer because they didn’t want it. The lesson here is for the dealer, do not allow your employees to buy your unwanted used cars. Because the guy who sold it to me was the service manager at Nissan I assumed the car was mechanically sound (surely he wouldn’t let his daughter drive a bad car). As far as I see it I was misled and lied to by him using his position at Nissan to influence me in taking a bad car off his hands. My fault in trusting him.

I shopped for a little over 2 months looking for the perfect deal on a used car. Looking for a good range of features, but didn't want to buy something out of my price range. Other dealerships kept pushing me into a brand new vehicles to get the features I wanted, and most were absolutely painful to get any numbers from. Amy was quick, honest, straightforward. Gave me the price sheet, didn't feed me scripted lines, and didn't ever hassle me when I needed some time to think about it.
It was a great buying experience and I hope I get to buy my next car from her.

I just Bought 2017 Honda Pilot from these guys and it was an awesome experience for me as I never saw the car before as I live in Calgary and there are in Lethbridge. I was scared at first since I never bought car from dealerships before, but they met my all expectations.

Be aware that you’ll likely be paying a higher interest rate than what they will initially quote you. I didn’t buy a car from them so I can’t speak to the quality of the final sale but I don’t like the potential shadiness or the lack of being upfront from the beginning.
This was over a year ago but I thought I should share. After checking the vin of my vehicle they saw that my vehicle was rebuilt status. The guy just started talking about how he would never buy a rebuilt and asking me why I even bought a rebuilt, making me really uncomfortable infront of everyone. I've not had a major issue with my vehicle even though it's rebuilt. It was just very unpleasant and unprofessional. Never going there for service again.
This is my 4 the vehicle from them. The Murano has an excellent history and compared to other like products wins hands down. Perhaps the best part of McDonalds is there friendly and genuine service to the public. They understand that our vehicles are necessary and when not working we would like the "fix" yesterday! Well done.
