Tried to negotiate a car sale with this dealership the salesperson flip-flopped on his price so goddamn much my head was spinning and then when I told him I was done speaking with him he repeatedly message me back. Phoned to speak to the sales manager told them that I had a bank draft ready to go and the sales manager hung up on me apparently he is not in the business of selling cars or customer service do yourself a favour and buy a vehicle elsewhere.

Both Jordan the salesperson and Shawn the sales manager wouldn't make a deal over $500 this just goes to show that these are not in the business of selling vehicles they're in the business of screwing customers

Never purchase through them, as what ever they promised you even on email ...after the keys handed over, everything they forgot and do forge documnents ...there GM Roy, Finance Manager Nick, Sales Person Doug, Service person name Paul ....all try to proof that we have cancel our contract ....which they cannot provide a proof. Never trust or buy anything.

The people who work here are really good. They have really good prices that beat expectations! There was no sales man rush or push and they found answers to every question possible. The lounge area is beautiful and very well furnished with lots of fun ways to make a wait feel like a mini vacation. The way I was treated here was second to none. They really go out of their way to make you feel relaxed and comfortable around them. I am usually really shy but here? I really felt like I could be myself and that rarely happens. Let alone in a car dealership! Truly a five star experience.

WOW what a ride. Our experience with BRENNAN QUINTIN began the night we called to asked about a Nissan Roque. Brennan was extremely professional and answered every question. He went above and beyond and sent us a video of the car, since we live 2 hours away. When we arrived for our appointment a couple of days later we were greeted by Brennan and the car buying process began. The day was a balmy -36 and Brennan had the car warmed and ready to go. During the test drive Brennan showed his superior knowledge of the Nissan product. Brennan was answering questions we had before we even asked. Upon returning to the dealership we were offered coffee, tea and donuts while we discussed our purchase. The atmosphere was relaxed with no pressure while we were exchanging price and trade-in values. Anthony (the sales manager) was very courteous to us with every offer we proposed to Brennan. Both parties including ourselves, came to a mutual agreement for the purchase of our vehicle. Brennan made the car buying experience rewarding with his HONESTY, INTEGRITY, and KNOWLEDGE.

Nissan Frontier had a cracked radiator, which was a known issue with their trucks. Was never informed about this issue and was never notified that i should be replacing the thing. Called to see if they would honor the extended warranty, but was a few months over the extension. I would understand if they wouldn't cover all the cost for replacement, but feel like they should still be buying me a new radiator even if i had to cover the cost of labor. I'll never buy a Nissan again

I helped my youngest son purchase a new Nissan Rogue a few months back. The sales experience at West End Nissan was excellent.

When we arrive we were greeted by a manager, Ali. This was probably just a timing thing, but we explained that we were there doing research and to take a test drive, and that we would not be making a purchase for 2 or 3 months yet. The manager asked his salesman, Mark Bartsch to assist us.

Mark asked us a few questions and talked a little about Nissan and ownership of these vehicles. I asked some detailed questions and I don't recall a single question about the vehicle that Mark could not answer. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and took us out for a test drive in the model we were looking at.

After we left Mark contacted my son 2 or 3 times over the next few months. My son confirmed when he was still planning to make his purchase and Mark kept him up to date on the current special offers from Nissan. My son said that at no time did he fell any pressure from Mark to make an immediate purchase.

Overall Mark was an excellent person to deal with. He was knowledgeable, courteous and respectful at all times. He was the epitome of a sales professional and I would highly recommend him as the person to see if you are looking to purchase a new Nissan in the Edmonton area.

After visiting several dealerships in the city and not having a great experience at any of those dealerships, I ended up at West End Nissan.  Bought my 1st Nissan ever because of my experience at this dealership!!  Jordan provided the BEST customer service I have ever experienced. Brennan was very thorough in explaining options, booking my first oil change, going through features on the Rogue and just being a very patient and personable salesperson.  I was also very impressed with the Sales Manager, Anthony, who actually come out of his office and sat down with me to make this deal. No endless going back and forth was necessary.  I have only good things to say about my experience at West End Nissan.  All the other Nissan dealerships in Edmonton could take a few lessons from West End on how to treat customers the right way.

My wife and I began shopping for a new SUV in September and after visiting a number of different dealerships across Edmonton, we stuck our head in at West End Nissan. The difference in approach and quality of service we received here from Jordan Kortbeek was exceptional. Jordan easily walked us through all of the engine, safety, tech and feature details of the two models (and 4 different trimlines) we were considering and highlighted the differences between each, as well as answered all of our specific (and repetitive) questions about our trade-in, finance rates, retention value and maintenance costs.
Most importantly, at least for us, it was a zero pressure conversation with a genuinely friendly and knowledgeable salesman without any of the anxiety-inducing sales tactics we experienced at other dealerships.

Salesman Todd was great but there were some issues with financing and time invested by me to sort things out. Finance department didn’t send payout in a timely fashion and a payment came out of my account which messed with some other things I had to do.

Purchased a used vehicle via trade in. Detailing of car at first looked good but it was not good at all.

Had been told they may need to replace some tires due to sidewalk cracking but they said they were done in the end. One leaky tire and a whole lot of hassle to fix (again more time from me) and I need to go through the hoops. Hoping it’s covered as I upon calling the tire insurance company that the dealership was aware of the problem presale. There is more to the story but too much to get into.

Made a deal to not replace my windshield on my GmC truck for the trade in and that I would deal with bubbling of rear window tint. Unfortunately it will be a lot of money to do as if old tint isn’t removed properly I may need a whole new window due to the rear window defrost. I was under the impression it would be a couple hundred dollars but not so easy.

Again my salesperson was good but I wasn’t happy with how the overall transaction happened and unfortunately was my least favorable car purchase I have made. I can only recommend if they can fix inter department issues and possible attempts to save money by the service department.

Hopefully they learn from it to help others out but I’m not satisfied. I waited quite a while to post this as well due to my frustration and looking for some easier resolution.

I purchased my pathfinder truck from west end Nissan few years ago and I've been servicing it at that location, I came to their new location at stony plain road this afternoon like usual I wanted an oil change , I was surprised they dont have that drive through oil change like most of the dealers have right now and the attendant told me it will be an hour and a half for oil change which I use to do within half an hour.
I told the the guy I am very disappointed for this service it suppose to get better in the new location and not worse, I told him you lost me as a customer for good ,he answered me (sorry it's your choice now ) and I had to drive away to Mr Lube

The only reason I’m not rating 5 stars is because I would have appreciated better communication from the finance side of the house. The finance manager I dealt with left out some very important instructions for the final signing resulting in unnecessary stress and inconvenience, which really took away from the excitement of picking up my new car. For such a major purchase, I expected more thorough communication with written follow up after. I ended up getting passed on to another finance manager named Nick who I liked way better. They did not get the ball rolling on fixing my vehicle. Again my needs were not met and I nearly traded my vehicle into Ford. I to complain directly to Nissan Canada. I bought a 2012 Versa at this location about 2 years ago. My tail light just went out on me so I phoned the parts department asking for the part number. The mans response was "We're not here to give out part numbers, we're here to give out quote numbers". That's not really a good way to treat a customer that has purchased a vehicle from your store.

Whoa. rough reviews. Ok, my experience. Went in on a whim about 15 mins to close. Looking for an alternative to our Highlander. Treated like gold - guys were willing to stay late, etc. Met a guy named Lance - look for him.
Things in finance weren't smooth - some miscommunications happened, but that happens with every kind of dealing. The important thing is that we were able to talk it out - and that there was genuine effort on both sides. Got free oil changes and a detailing, some perks.
I show up for the detailing, they say that they need the car for 8 hours. Way too long. But worse, it is on a Saturday, so there isn't even a shuttle. My saleman Lance hears about it, says - to hell with the rules - and gets me a demo. That kind of thing matters to me and makes me happy; when people go around the bureaucracy to get things done.

I was very hesitant about trying different places other than my regular go-to auto dealer, but after my car broke down I needed a new one ASAP and my wife chose this place randomly. Worked with a fellow named Tony Michetti who was easy to talk to, but a straight-shooter that was reasonable to deal with. Picked up a 2007 model and as part of their deal, they made the necessary aesthetic repairs on it after I was already handed the keys. Its still running beautifully and they stayed true to their word. Had my father-in-law talk to Tony M. when he wanted a brand-new vehicle and he got a great deal on a 2014 Pathfinder, whereas the nearby Mayfield Toyota couldn't even be bothered to speak with us. Highly recommend considering this place and talking to Tony if you're looking for a good deal on a car with no B.S. and upselling.
