Honestly you guys are good at what you do. Which is con people out of whatever money you can. One of your employees told me verbatim that if anything changed on his end he would let me know. You guys knew someone else had put a deposit down on the car I was coming to view the day before my viewing. That doesn't warrant letting me know of any changes? That was a five hour drive for me and six hours of both of our time wasted. I knew I wouldn't get that deposit back, even though I was told I would. I would also like you to try and explain to me how you went from selling the $23000 car I came to view and purchase originally to being extremely misleading towards me and trying to sell me basically a $50000 car. Oh it's "platinum" and "we're so sorry the other car got sold" I almost bought a car that I couldn't afford, and that I said I couldn't afford and I didn't want to begin with. If I had gone in there by myself I guarantee you guys could have seriously screwed me over. I used to have severe panic attacks and I haven't had one in years. This entire situation was so stressful that it sent me into a full blown panic attack. The sales manager Kyle Wright was literally still trying to sell me a car while I sat across from him having a panic attack. There was no "I'm sorry for pushing so hard" or anything. I wasn't going to even write a review. But you literally tried to finesse a 20 year old girl out of close to $50000. Keep the deposit. If this can deter a single person from going to you then that's fine with me. Also let's not forget to mention the other car that you showed me that your employee said was "squeaky clean" and there was an oil leak, the a/c and heat didn't work, and there was also severe damage underneath the car and to the rims. Do your mechanics even look into your trade ins? I seriously should have read reviews. Also "we're not just about making sales" THAT IS LITERALLY YOUR JOB. You guys are a joke.

I had the pleasure of working with Mary in sales for the purchase of my new-to-me vehicle. Mary was incredibly patient with us through the buying process and went to bat for us through the negotiations as well. On the day we picked up the vehicle she so kindly programmed our address into the home setting on the navigation system, helped me connect my phone to the bluetooth and had the car warmed up and ready to go when we were ready to leave the dealership.

I dealt with Cory in financing and, while we had to wait 30 minutes past our scheduled time to be picking up the vehicle to start the initial meeting, he was pleasant to deal with and took the time to explain our options for extended warranties and protection packages.

We had no issues with getting our deposit returned and, all in all, are very satisfied with the experience we had. The sales manager took the time to chat with us on the day we came in to test drive the vehicle, and one of the other salesmen recognized us on our pick-up day from the day we had come in to test drive the vehicle and told some jokes and shared some stories while we waited to meet with finance.

Would definitely recommend Mary for a next vehicle purchase!

I had to fight for every promise that was made to me after I signed my contract so make sure you get your conditions in writing. Luckily I have text messages proving our agreement and will be reporting them to the BBB. They seem to have an answer for everything but even if this helps one person I'm happy. There are ZERO incentives when buying from Nissan; no free oil changes, trip or cash back like other dealers offer. My request was I would buy the vehicle if they could reimburse me the $200 I was charged for my last car payment. I was told it would be deposited into my account, this did not happen. Then words were twisted and it turns out I will not get this money. I do not blame my salesman. I blame finance. Its really sad when a company is willing to lose a clients loyalty over a measly $200. On Saturday I went to the GO Nissan South in Edmonton, Alberta for certain issues that I experienced as of late with my vehicle. Subsequent to doing some exploration I arrived at this resolution that there may be a review on a portion of the issues and it ought to deal with once I visit the Nissan Dealership. On my approach to Nissan I caused a call to ensure they too can take a shot at my vehicle as I needed to drop it off and return to work. I was guaranteed that it will take care off while transport can drop me off to my work place which was 5 min away. I addressed Nick and educated him concerning the issues I experienced and he concurred this is for sure a recall and it will be fixed without spending a dime, there were different issues too and they will be analyzed it and will call me before they fix any of it. He made me sign some administrative work and I left the vehicle with them. After we hours they send me an email evaluating the expense over $3000 to fix the issues. I won't and disclosed to them I will come to get my vehicle and inquired as to whether they at any rate fixed review one. Scratch revealed to me that I need to pay $321 for them to analyzed the vehicle and send me a receipt. We had a contention and afterward he undermines me about marking the papers and would not discharge the vehicle. My sibling called Nick as a client and got some information about the analyze charges and he was told $90.00, my significant other called from US and he was told something very similar, and once they notice about my vehicle they were shouted at and hang up the telephone not once but rather multiple times. I picked the vehicle and present them with my worries and were told they utilized the parts and work to fixed the review issues. On the off chance that it's a review than for what reason do I need to pay and besides if the diagnostics are $90 than for what reason am I being charge $321 for?. I was advised to contact the workplace on Monday and profess to cry and furthermore referenced that I am monetarily needy and couldn’t take care of the tab so please discount the cash back to me. Am I managing or living in an underdeveloped nation where I need to experience this to get equity? I am sending this to the headquarter of Nissan just as nearby news to check whether I have directly in this issue and concerning NICK who is undermine me that I have marked the paper and there is nothing I can do about this, than I won't engaging this brawniness will converse with my legal advisory seeing this also.

I am attaching all the invoices I have receive from them with this email, FYI all the issues they supposedly fixed, has return again as this email also marks as an evidence that none of the recalled issues have been fixed.

Poor customer service skills, don’t know how to take care of the customers.
The people here just want to get rid of the vehicle on the lot. You as a customer will be dealing with 4 persons from each of their department. Don’t forget to get in written what they say they will do. They promise you one thing before and later when you ask they pretend they never promised. Soon after you sign for your vehicle, get ready for the hide and seek game from the people that work there. You are not being guided properly. Your time is not valued here. A customer goes to the dealership trusting and ready to make one of the big purchases and the customer is not valued here. I did not expect this from gonissan. Their service was a disappointment.

My sister went to this dealership August 21st (2 1/2 weeks ago). She found the sales associates- specifically Abhi- to be extremely insistent and pressured her into things she didn’t want. She felt like she couldn’t leave without putting down a deposit. She did put down a $500 deposit, and it took nearly 3 weeks to get that deposit back after she decided to go with another dealership. They were extremely vague about giving her money back. And claimed more than once that the accounting department was closed, with no further information. She was originally told she wouldn’t have to go back into the store to receive her deposit. But after multiple phone calls to the dealership she was told she had to go in to the store get her $500 back. When she was trying to get her $500 back there was multiple instances of the dealership not calling her back or putting her on hold for long periods of time. This has been her worst experience with Go-auto. I would no suggest committing to this dealership or giving them your money.

2016 - My wife and I looked at a lot of dealerships and found that Naz over at Go Nissan South was hands down the best salesman in every respect. Not your typical salesman which was very refreshing. I would recommend dealing with him and his manager Shaun when your in the market for a new vehicle.

2019 - I found myself in need of a new truck and was able to call and negotiate the entire deal with Manny. The process was smooth and painless just like before with my wife’s Pathfinder. All I did was show up early the next morning get through the paperwork which was very quick and easy and I was on my way for the August long weekend. From the salesman, manager to the finance department I’ve found all parts of the dealership to be very friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks again for a enjoyable purchase.

Worst Customer Service I have ever received. One would assume if you had never been a client before, the effort of communication would be present to create a returning customer. One might assume the understanding that one does not plan for a vehicle to breakdown...so to hear "your vehicle that was towed in (three days ago) won't be looked at immediately, we save our time for our customers who made appointments, we're booked until thursday" Valuable information I could have been given in the am when I called to enquire of my circumstances or perhaps before it was towed there? Then being treated as an inconvenience for asking for an answer! Wow! The star is for the polite professional receptionist.

I bought a 2013 pathfinder few years ago. It's new1 not used. When I hit little over 60 000 all the maintenance start breaking down. Every time roll down Driver side windows, it's giving clickin sounds makes me so freaked out. Today I came to Nissan and ask them to fix it but service guy said no. He don't wanna work for free.

wow. That's how they running businesses?? I got vw GTI bmw 335. Bmw and vw they alway look after little over warranty. and mention this. "Several thousand km is not a big deals under warranty because you bought a new car from us".

Nissan? Business can't be always win. Some time u can be lose or try to save little lose makes more lose.

Whoever planning to purchase Nissan, you may consider more. What's if u hit the warranty out of town? this place ll not gonna recover you. My window clicking sound starting 64000k ish or might be before. At that time I was in Vancouver. Now I'm on 65000.

Later on other Nissan managers called me few times, told them my situation but they repeating same answers as what the south Nissan told me..
