Horrible dealership, does not stand behind their products, refuses to list aftermarket upgrades to their inspections. Bought a 2 year old truck for them, turns out it has a small lift kit (that they knowingly refused to put on inspection report) and the sway bars were installed incorrectly. They refused to stand behind their product and fix the problem. Will never darken their doorway again.... Stereotypical used car salesman.

Terrible experience with this Nissan branch, I brought an Infiniti in for repair due to engine troubles. Not only did they charge $300 for a repair that didn't fix anything, both the air intake hoses were stolen from our vehicle. Without the air intake hoses the vehicle doesn't run and we drove it there on day 1 to get serviced.

We talked to the manager, Rick, and he told us that he isn't liable for any damages or lost parts while it was there and threatened to tow our vehicle away if we didn't pick it up.

We paid $120 for towing, even though we drove it to the dealership. $300 for a useless repair, and now $300 for air intake hoses they say disappeared.

I would not recommend anyone go there for repairs. Unknowledgeable and run by crooks.

I visited Ericksen Nissan after visiting Northside Nissan as part of shopping around. The whole idea was trading in my 2019 Rogue for a 2020 Rogue same trim level and lowering the interest rate to almost half. Eric was the sales executive assigned to me. We discussed the numbers, vehicle availabilities and other things. Though Eric and Noel (Finance officer) took 3 to 4 days to work out everything, they were able to approve me and hook me up on to a 2020 Rogue but with the highest level trim in contrary to the one that was discussed. Lowering the interest rate helped me a lot and the biweekly payments looked almost same. The negative equity on the trade in did not bother me much because of the new lower interest rate. I had to put some money down, however, the deal was very good. Later, I received a call from Northside Nissan saying they were not able to approve me.

Their service department is consistently incompetent: don't check for maintenance plans prior to services, they blamed damage to the wheel lock key on "someone else" when they were the only ones who had used it, and routinely "lost" the loaner requests because I worked outside their pickup/dropoff range.
Now they've decided to cancel the lifetime oil change agreements made under "previous owners" - and didn't tell me it wasn't covered anymore until after completing the work.

Shockingly poor service from a "service" department. And this is on top of the lack of attention to detail when originally buying the vehicle.

Do not recommend doing business with this dealership.

I thought at first Ericksen Nissan was awesome but not any more!!! I financed with them since 2013 but now my vehicle that I currently have the motor is gone on it and now they can't or won't help me anymore!!! So now I am stuck with a vehicle that don't even run!!! I kept up with all of my oil changes and even checked my oil after 2 weeks of having an oil change!!! Almost all the vehicles (3) I received from them there was something always wrong with them. Not a good place to purchase used vehicles.

It was first time going to this location, the staff were friendly at first. However when we declined their recommended service (because they would charge us for it even though our car is still under warranty) We said we’ll take it back to the dealership we bought it from to discuss with them what needs to be done. The service tech clearly was offended and didn’t wash the car (as they are supposed to do that complimentary) also parked it in a horrible way to get out of their location.

We wouldn’t recommend going to this location. Totally disappointed with this poor service!!

Wanted to share my fabulous recent experience at Erickson Nissan. Eric our salesperson is a true gentleman who worked to find a low mileage vehicle within my price range. The vehicle options that he gave me were all immaculate with low mileage just like I asked. His personal commitment to customer service is the best I have ever experienced! His quick and prompt follow ups were appreciated, and when a minor issue arose Eric and Erickson Nissan took ownership of the issue and made it right! The experience that I had is one that everyone should have, but unfortunately very rarely experienced when buying a used vehicle. Bought a used Mini Van at Ericksen. Didn't get a warn fuzzy feeling from them. Knew the van needed about $1500 in repairs. Was ok with that for the price I was paying. Took it to my local trusted shop. Van needs about $4000 worth of repairs. No so sure Ericksen is 100% honest. Wasnt expecting a perfect used vehicle but at least honesty in what was being sold. Would recommend getting your own inspection if you buy from them.

I stopped by Nissan Ericksen a couple weeks ago with a nail in my tire at around 5pm. Despite that my car was neither a Nissan nor bought from this location, I was assisted because my vehicle was a Go Auto purchase and because of the extra coverage I bought. Duncan and Thon both stayed and assisted me and worked on my car past the 5:30 pm closing time for the service department and patched the tire. I'm very grateful to them both, and the patch is holding up well!

This is an update review I have purchased my car at this dealer my experience was good so after 2 years I had to go for service and check up this was brand new car with 10 km on it when I called to book the appointment for some noise at front the dealership told my warranty was expired car was 2 years old and had 55000 km should be under warranty according to Nissan Canada they sold me a car that they put in service 7 months earlier in service I guess to make up sales numbers so after talking to the manager he covered the visit check up for that time I send in the car they check for that noise they didn’t find anything wrong after few days the noise is still there they repaired my tire that was leaking air a bit and charged me for that the next day tire was leaking again so another vitro the dealership now they told me that tire needs to be replaced it can’t be repaired so very disappointed and frustrated with Nissan as car brand I own 2 Nissan vehicles this kind of service will make me choose different brand .

Update: after I had the vehicle for 3 months the check engine light came on. I stopped driving the vehicle until I could afford to have it diagnosed. Over $13,000 for engine repairs. After further inspection air intake was unhooked and camshaft position sensor was unplugged. Obviously the mechanic lied on the mechanical assessment. Ericksen Nissan were not willing to help at all with repairs or take vehicle back.
I now owe $14,000 on a $8000 car that needs $13,000 in repairs. Thank you Ericksen Nissan!!!

The vehicle I bought from this dealer didn't have one so I called the sales manager, he said the bottle of touch up paint should have been negotiated. ??? - how cheap he is considering the profit made from selling the vehicle. I am sure the owner(s) of the dealership wouldn't be that way.

Two months later I notice my vehicle is missing a tow hook (which can be crewed into a slot at the front bumper for towing). I contacted the salesman who I bought the vehicle from. He is now just avoiding me...

Again the owner(s) of this dealership wouldn't be that short sighted like the sales manager or the salesman. It's because for such small items but they don't know how to make customers happy? They don't know that they would lose thousands of dollars in after sales service because unhappy customers don't come back. Get this you sales people, the owner(s) needs you to be courteous during and AFTER the sales for the benefits of the service department too!

I'm from out of town but had contacted them over email and was put in touch with Homan. He was easy to deal with and helpful with questions. They were willing to negotiate a little on the price and actually delivered it to Calgary for me.
