I decided to pull the trigger on a purchasing a vehicle here at Stadium Nissan and I am so glad I did! All the staff I encountered were absolutely wonderful. They made the all the non fun logistics of a purchasing a vehicle, dare I say it.. Fun? The entire experience from start to finish was seamless. Worse experience ever! If I could, I would give this place no stars. Don’t get your car serviced here. The mechanics are inexperienced. We had asked them to reprogram a couple of fob keys and they ended up breaking the push button to start my car and couldn’t even get the fob keys to work. I only had found out after taking it to another mechanic shop.
They insisted it was the ignition steering lock that gave up and wanted more money from us $1000 and more. They couldn’t even give us the exact cost. Only trying to make more money out of customers with inaccurate information. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. The mechanic and receptionist were also rude. Save your money and go somewhere else!
In the market for an SUV. Told a friend that I was interested in a Nissan and was going to Stadium Nissan to test drive a few vehicles. I was warned not to go there as they did not have a good experience. I did not listen as I believe that we all have different experiences, plus they are located close to my home.
I should have listened to my friend! When I asked to test drive the vehicle I was interested in, the salesman said "if you test the drive the vehicle and you like it, are you prepared to buy it today?". When I said "no, not today" he then proceeded to politely get me out of the dealership by telling me to look into my options to have my current car taken back by the dealership it belonged to (my current car is not a Nissan). I was then told to come back tomorrow for a test drive if I am still interested. He then gave me his card, but didn't even take my name or phone number down.
This dealership lost a guaranteed sale. I will not recommend this dealership to anyone.
We cannot recommend this dealership enough! Vehicle shopping is not something we typically enjoy, but dealing with Jason at Stadium Nissan has changed that for the better. After working with extremely pushy salesmen at other dealerships, we were so glad to work with Jason who was able to get us into an amazing SUV. He never made us feel pressured, rushed, and certainly did not try to talk us into something that was out of our budget. We came in to look at a used vehicle, which was already spoken for once we arrived. After noticing a different car in the lot, he was sure to warn us that it was priced higher than what we had originally came in to see. We did end up purchasing this vehicle, but only because we felt it was the right move. We respected his approach to let us know it was more expensive before falling in love with the car. Jason did a great job of talking us through financial options, and let us come to the decision of purchasing without pushing. It was nice to know that his original price offer on this car remained the same, there were no price drops if we had decided to walk away. His light, comedic attitude along with his dog, Mr. O'Mally helped seal the deal! This is our first Nissan, but we will be back for more! Also, a shout-out to Lewis who helped us do the walk through on the car when we picked it up! The entire dealership had such a positive attitude! (And their coffee is great!)
awesome experience with Jason, Lewis and Selena with finance. They changed my perception of dealerships ( there is still hope out there). We leased a Rogue recently and are really pleased with the vehicle. The sales experience was what set it apart. Jason was awesome and pro-active and helped me out with a lease end Subaru to make it as seamless as possible and we got fair trade in value for it too. Everything went smoothly and there was no pressure all along the way, just an intent listening ear and honest up-front advice. You guys make a great team!

I normally dont write reviews, but I'd like to share the excellent customer service that I received from Lewis Byron; even thought, Nissan may not my final choice(as I am still exploring my options with different brands.)
Trust me when I say this(I have dealt with many salesmen in past), I am confident to say if you are planning to visit this location and looking for a professional, honest, patient and diffident salesperson who goes an extra mile to make their customer happy, just ask for him.

I really appreciate Jason and Lewis, these two guys are very patience, knowledgeable, kind and helpful. Especially, Jason is very patience to answer me all the questions no matter what kind, helps out all the calculations on the paper, and erases my hesitation every time immediately.
Purchase a new vehicle can be very stressful, tough and always worried about how those sales people gonna set a trick on your purchase. However, Jason never let our transaction go to the stage. He offered me the best deal in town and no one sales believes that. I have been several dealerships before I make a deal with Jason.

This dealership only has 3 people operated now, but they did more than other dealership does which makes you feel luxurious, being care, and respectful. In general, Jason covered everything with the best offer, I gave him 5 stars because he deserves more than this!
I'm always a little reluctant to go to a dealer for services I can find elsewhere, as they usually cost a good bit more, and usually for no good reason. That said, I took my vehicle in for an oil change and visual inspection before making a lengthy drive to BC. I'm older and will be carrying some very expensive electronic equipment, so being confident my car would not experience problems on the road was important. The folks at Stadium were thorough and did not charge me extra for several additional things I asked them to check, even though I said I would be happy to pay for them. Couldn't be happier and the slightly-higher-than-elsewhere price was worth every penny. Thanks Stadium. :)

On September 28th, I bought Nissan Rogue from that dealership and was really satisfied from what I got . Servicing is good here but stay away from sales! Asked to bring in vehicle for evaluation as they would like to make me an offer, then low balled me and wasted my time trying to upsell me a new vehicle. Avoid Nissan leases and Stadium sales if you can! I was so annoyed I ended up trading elsewhere and moving to a different brand! Great job Nissan on a loyal 5 years plus customer!

Amazing service team! I took my 370z in after another dealer advised me I could continue driving and they discovered a issue with my fuel pressure regulator. Pleased to say the car drives like new now, and they went above and beyond to provide an amazing experience for me. Big thank you to Adam as well for providing me with quick updates on my vehicle.
I live in British Columbia and I just bought my third car from them. Each time I have had the best service. Andy helped me sort out permits and transfers for the vehicle because I was driving back to BC. The sales lady (Rose, I think) was very knowledgeable too and the guy running the place (Jason or James? ) made it really easy.
I can confidently say that stadium Nissan provided the worst customer service I have encountered when it comes to servicing a vehicle. I called 3 times to book an appt for an oil change. The first call was ignored by the service department. The second call I was abruptly transferred to the service desk after being told that someone MUST be there, however wasn’t. And the third phone call I was transferred to “Nicole’s voicemail” at which my message was not returned. I called back the next day and managed to go in for a simple oil change. I picked up my vehicle and upon arriving home discovered a dirty filter (not sure if it was an air filter or engine air filter) that was left in my car. I called the service department and they were unsure what it was as they hadn’t replaced or changed any filters. They requested I drive back to the dealership to have it fixed or they would be able to meet me somewhere close to my work to fix it. The entire process of getting an oil change ended up being more of a hassle then it needed to be. 2/5 only because the service desk staff were nice and offered a solution to the issue.
Will not be returning!
i called Stadium Nissan for just inquiry about the car only but the dealer Rose who answer my call she was so nice to convince people to visit this Place. I went to visit Stadium Nissan but at the end Rose gave me good deal which i couldn't refuse and accept that. they guys keep the car for me at least for a month which none of the other dealership can do. i really appreciate her work and i would suggest my friends to go their and buy a new car from Rose.

Though I "only went in for a test drive", I just recently bought a new vehicle from Stadium Nissan and was more than impressed with them. The entire process - from meeting with Anthony to discuss my requirements, to the test drive, to talking numbers and signing the paperwork, to picking up my car - was super fast and efficient. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly, and even though I technically live closer to another Nissan dealership, I will most definitely be back to Stadium for future service appointments.
I would give Rose Vazifehkhah 10 stars if I could, she is great! She finds the best choices for you, she is the best product advisor ever. I would definitely recommend her if you are a first buyer, she explains everything step by step, reviews all the options to find the best one. overall a great experience.
Best dealership ever! I bought my vehicle in September 2017. The process was honest, quick, and informative. Since then, the service team has always been fantastic. They’re not out to make you pay for unnecessary services or try to make you buy more than you need. And they’re always patient with me when I ask a million questions about my vehicle to ensure that I keep it in good condition. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS! Absolutely ridiculous. I was brought in with the assumption of trading a vehicle (mine is newer with 100,000 LESS km) for an older but sportier car.
Black book value my car is worth 10,500 the car I wanted was black book (9,800). Super easy trade... Right? Wrong. These crooks tried to come up with anything and basically valued my car at 3,500... Yup! That's right! $3,500 for a 2011 never been in an accident no claims, 86,000 kms on it.
The office guys are absolute crooks and I would warn everyone away from purchasing here because they will break down the math just to show you how they only care about themselves and not you as the customer. STAY AWAY!!!

Jason has done such a wonderful job during the sale. Obviously dealership is there to sell the cars to customers but there is a difference in making a customer and making someone a loyal customer. Certainly it happens with the excellence of service. I have dealt before with TnT Honda and Toyota's financing departments and I still have honda accord for my son. In Feb. 2013 I bought first car from Stadium Nissan and Jason helped me to get it financed. Now Altima is my second car through him. I can say beyond doubt that there are few finance people who keep delicate balance between requirements of financing and customer needs. Jason is surly one of them. This act of kindness makes me to promise myself to buy next car from Stadium Nissan and through Jason.
I am very happy to report a positive experience via Paul, in service. There was an emergency with my Murano one morning, and I just made it to the dealership. I had called my regular mechanics at Brasso Nissan for help, and advice, but got neither, as they would not see me for a full week! As I was on the North Hill at that time I just drove to Stadium Nissan. They were happy to attend to me, gave me a loaner, and the very next day my car was ready...only one hundred dollars for a twisted air-intake hose, and a loose clamp! Obviously, I was really lucky that they were honest, and got to my car in good time. I will now be visiting Peter in service for my car needs in the future.
