To be fair, Yannick, the sales associate was very professional, but the sales manager was very unprofessional & rude to the point where he was actually mocking me, which made me cancel a done deal. Never will I ever come back to them because of his improper attitude.

Horrible experience. I bought my first new to me car at this dealership. I was sold a car that was undrivable 1 hour after purchase.(major transmission issues due to an undisclosed recall and class action lawsuit.) Extremely hard to contact after I was sold the car and the issues began. One day before the official purchase date i was told to hurry up because they had someone else they had approved and that I should go in and sign the paperwork. I was given the ring around and told to take it to other dealerships to fix it. It has been sitting collecting dust in between numerous repairs that have never fixed the issue. They refused to take back the car and only offered to take my undrivable car as a trade-in for more expensive cars i did not want. I have lost employment opportunities because of this and have been extremely financially and emotionally burdened with this car. They didn't have any answers, and neither did the other dealership. Would not recommend it to anyone. Stay clear.

My husband and I were very disappointed in the service we received from Guyaume Tremblay, supposedly the sales manager at Terrebonne Mitsubishi.
Apart from the fact that he made no effort whatsoever to speak English, he gave false information on a vehicle we were very interested in purchasing and did not make it right in the end.
The vehicle in question was advertised as a car with 200km on it. When we spoke over the phone, he assured us that the car was new (demo) and that it probably had even less than the 200km posted. He said they were trying to get rid of their inventory which is why they posted this particular car, along with a few others as "used" but that they were brand new.
Once we decided to purchase the car based on the information he gave us (we had already gotten the bank draft per his request, in the exact amount) we made an appointment.
Once we got there, and saw the car in the parking lot, we right away noticed it was not cleaned properly and no waxing was done. The waxing wasn't promised but that's usually what most dealerships do. The car had a lot of "spots" and it showed they didn't clean it properly.
We were even more surprised and disappointed to learn that Guyaume was not there. We still didn't linger on that and proceeded with another lady (Geneviève), who was very nice.
However, as soon as we sat down in her office, she informed us that the car didn't 200km or less on it.... It had a little over 800km! Over four times the amount of kilometres we expected based on what we were told.
We told Geneviève that's not what Guyaume told us and she had someone call him to discuss. He was very rude about the whole ordeal and didn't feel bad whatsoever, saying he just posted all the cars at 200km without really checking. That does NOT make it ok as is extremely unprofessional. We had to push to get a little something to make it right and he finally offered a $50 credit for gas money... Which is very minimal. At that point, we were already there with the money and paperwork so we proceeded with signing.
Once we were handed the keys, we were finally able to get in the car and to top the sundae with a nice cherry, found out that there was no gas!!!!
We instantly had to use the $50 gift card he gave us to "make it right" for the kilometres being four times what he told us, so we were left with absolutely nothing.
We will NEVER go back to Terrebonne Mitsubishi

It happened that I booked a test drive for a car that I liked... to my surprise when I arrived there apparently the car belongs to another place and that it was sold.. I had to actually insist to have a test drive, and the worst is that the next day someone at the sales have sent me an email to invite me again to test the car and guess what? It was exactly the car that they told me was sold

I purchased 2 Mitsubishi Lancers back in June of this year, one for myself and one for my wife. Sadly one of them was in a serious accident which resulted in a total loss of the vehicle.
Because I loved the car so much, I wanted the exact same make and model.
I wrote an email to the quote request form and was quickly followed up with by a gentlemen named Mathieu Boyer. He was genuinely concerned regarding the accident and wanted to do what he could to help. I met with him the following week and he was able to work the price of the vehicle to match the payout of my insurance.
He quickly got the ball in motion and immediately reserved my vehicle for me so I could pick it up no sooner I had check in hand. Because it was so late in the year, the vehicle is much harder to find but he made certain I had exactly what I wanted.
The experience and expertise of Mathieu was like night and day from the previous representative (who no longer works there). He was able to answer all of my questions quickly and accurately.
If you're looking to buy a Mitsubishi I strongly recommend that you let Mathieu handle your case.
