Very good service. I bought a used vehicle from them, and they were extremely transparent with all the documents and the purchase. I felt confident buying from them.
I had a very bad experience at this location, me and my wife we went for an oil change, and they messed up with my battery, my wires were loose, they damaged my whole electrical car system. i strongly advice you not to go to this location.
If you don’t mind staying stuck with the car, that doesn’t want turn on because they forgot to screw a couple of components then you should stay away from the mechanical services not only did not perform the work correctly, and they are also not taking responsibility and fixing the issue. This is a warning you have been warned, good luck

How do I start my Birthday was coming up and I was looking for a used family vehicle. My wife found a SUV in Quebec at St-Eustache Mitsubishi we made a couple of calls back and forth. We asked alot of questions. I asked 2 important questions does it have rust and was it hit both answers were no great by the manager.
We worked out the financing and were very happy everyone at the dealership was awesome.
My friend dove us to Quebec to pick it up we stay at a hotel till it was ready we made it a family mini vacation.
When the dealership called and asked if we would be registering the vehicle in Ontario or Quebec we said Ontario.
When we saw the SUV it had some rust on the inside of the door it happens and accepted it the dealership gave us a 200 less discount.
The next day back I to the suv to have a service done to find out the vehicle was hit in the front. Damaged the radiator, condenser, rad support, AC lines hanging under vehicle
The back Automatic seat was broken and glued back together. The front bumper was cracked and glued back with the same glue and the list goes on.
We called the warranty km plus no answers for weeks no reply by phone or email. We wanted to cancel the warranty 3300 since it will not be coved because of Pre-existing issues were still waiting for our money.
The dealership called me to try and fix the problem I asked about the license plates. We were told I have we would have to resafety the vehicle again in Ontario when we already paid. I asked why did you tell us twice the plates will be mailed to us.
At the end the dealership did nothing to help and sold us a vehicle that was hit even tho the car fax is clean the 140 inspection would show that didn't get the safety and 140 till a week week and a half later after asking 6 times by email.
At the end the Mitsubishi dealership didn't do anything but tell me I bought a used truck what do I want. I'm sure 28000 maybe a watch for him but not me.
Were so upset at this whole situation this is going to be a 50th birthday everyone will remember.

Changed my rating to 1 since the dealer forgot to register our car with the road assistance. Our car broke down less than 2 weeks after buying and we couldn't get any service even if we paid additional fees for the assistance and garanties on car pieces. The dealer doesn't answer the phone and we were stuck in the sun without anywhere to go waiting for them to call back and I am 5 months pregnant. Worse customer service ever.
Fast effective service, a little pricey but these guys are good.

They found an error in the sales contract (which they did not provide me with a copy of by the way) of $ 3000.00! This was bringing the monthly payments over my budget, and they thought I was going to continue with the sale! The error was on their part, yes I signed but had no copies of so I couldn't even confirm this error and the sales manager (I wish I had his name) was RUDE to me when I confronted him with HIS error! He told me they will refund my deposit and get out of there! never going there again or recommending this place!

I received my 2023 Oulander PHEV from this dealership and traded in my 2018 Mercedes GLC43. The trade in price they gave me was more than reasonable. Extremely rude, they give me a call to offer me a vehicle 4000$ over the MSRP and then when I tell them im not interested and that im eyeing the same vehicle with 20,000km less (for 4500$ less), he and I quote "then why are you wasting my time". Maybe they need to drop the aggressive sales tactic and stick with the old Motto that the customer always comes first (before your ego).

Would not buy from this place again, first of we bought a car supposedly accident free only to find an insurance claim in the glovebox. they pushed us into buying the car and promised it would be inspected and all repairs taken care of prior to picking the car up. Of course they never inspected the car so we bought a car with bad brakes, front seat belt not functional, complete hazards. Finally agree to fix the repairs and we pick it up and it's still not fixed properly. We drove over an hour to come to this specific location and it's been nothing but problems. So disappointed and if they do not rectify our issues we will have to take the next necessary steps.

Ma conjointe prit son auto là-bas et eu droit à des commentaires arrogants également. Lorsque j'ai magasiné pour l'auto de ma mère, ils ne l'ont pas conseillé et sont revenus me voir à la place de façon arrogante pour parler encore de mon auto que j'ai prit ailleurs (il y avait 1 an)

J'ai payé 200 $ pour réserver un véhicule. Je prend ma journée de travail pour aller acheté le véhicule en question. Quand j'arrive, on me dit que le véhicule a été vendu...! On me propose un véhicule d'une couleur que je ne veux pas et on me fait comprendre qu'il n'y a aucune possibilité de s'arranger. Le vendeur m'a même dit qu'il avait acheté tous les modèles de cette marque et qu'il n'en restait plus nul part...Incroyable de prendre les gens pour des cons à ce point !! Ça en dit long sur leur honnêteté ! Bref :
- Un des pires service à la clientèle que j'ai pu voir (Des vendeurs arrogants prêts à tout pour ne pas avouer leur tort)
- Aucune flexibilité sur les prix (on vous fait croire que c'est le dernier concessionnaire sur terre)
- Aucune garantie sur les véhicules réservés (et ce, même si vous payez un dépôt)
