Kole Venasse the salesman was so helpful and knowledgeable he answered all our questions and showed us how everything worked. It was the best car buying experience we ever had and we would recommend this car dealership and Kole best salesman ever!
We have been car shopping for months and have been loyal to 1 place for years (that's the sad part) we are on a strict budget and will not go over (even $1) long story short, we went to Mitsubishi and went home with a deal on the same day. Kole is super! Very kind and no pressure at all, Therran made the numbers work out. It was a great experience, these people are so nice and the place so neat, clean and has a friendly environment. Bonus is they have Art in the Service Dept, good man.

Me and my mom were looking for vehicles for myself as I jus wrecked mine. And we walked in and Noah started helping us. Really nice. First showed us a suv that I was really interested in but then I saw the car with less kms and Noah explained both of them very well. He’s very knowledgeable with cars. If you want to know anything about them I’d ask him. Brennan was also very helpful as he helped me as a 19 year old get financed. Would definitely recommend.
Used to think 5 stars however, recent experiences mean 1 star. I even tried emailing R. Slaughter and got no response. Would not recommend a Mitsubishi from this location.

Recently had some car troubles. Roadside had to tow the vehicle to the dealership. Very open, honest and up front. I was provided a loaner vehicle, as mine would be in the shop for a couple days and I needed a vehicle to drive my daughter to and from school. I was always in the loop and well informed as to the status of the repair. Fast and friendly service as always.

I've been taking my car here for about 2 years for regular maintenance. Reid is great and always calls to make sure you're ok with the price of something before they go ahead, so you're never surprised. He'll walk you through the details of what was done - appreciate it. Easy and fair to deal with.
Service and vehicles are great. Reid at the service counter is great to deal with. Unfortunately no one is following Public Health directives and Covid-19 protocols. All staff including management walking around the building with no masks or social distancing. For a brand that is so big on safety, it was extremely disappointing to see their lack of concern for their customers and families.

I would have to say that my experience at Mitsubishi Pembroke was a very happy experience. I came in and needed a vehicle within two days and Ryan was able to get me into the 2020 RVR ES the next day! There were a couple snags, but he did what he could do to get me what I wanted. Everyone was very friendly that we associated with.

I took the time read to most of the reviews and have to concur with the majority. I have purchased many vehicles over the years and most car dealers are business orientated places trying to move product as quickly as possible. Not here it was a no pressure friendly environment. They knew their vehicles and could answer my questions. Believe me I am well versed in my quest to find a vehicle. When I'm hearing people who know nothing about what they are selling I move on. If you're in the market for a vehicle I would recommend them.
Yesterday was my first time at this dealership for service. The gentleman at the service counter was very helpful and courteous. My RVR was repaired in a timely manner and the mechanic that worked on it explained to me what had happened and what to expect in the future. I would definitely recommend this place based on my experience from this visit.
