So I used unhaggle, but they gave me a monthly price with tax for a model I wasn't interested in and said I can only purchase a car they had in stock. Two of the only colors I had no interest in what so ever! This was my ninth car purchase at the tender age of 34, I'm not new to the process! They didn't show me the invoice, they said they didn't have it on hand but were able to quote me a monthly payment that was basically the Nero plus me putting down a grand. I am used them, and left! Somehow he had my dads number who came earlier to take a look at the model interested in what I was potentially going to purchase. The salesman called him a couple days after I came in and asked when his daughter was coming to purchase the car, my dad told him are you kidding? She purchased a new 2015 suv from Mazda four days ago because of your sales tactics. He just hung up on my dad at that point. Now I have to say up to that point I really liked the salesman and he was not to blame for my distrust on my visit. It washis sneaky manager who surprisingly was a woman but still treated me like a stupid young kid buying their first car. Too bad I liked the suv but opted for a newer model Mazda cx5 awd gs model for 18/month less then the rvr 2014 model they were trying to sell me. :p

I had a great experience with the wonderful Caroline at this dealership. She contacted me right away when I made an inquiry about a 2018 Outlander PHEV and made an appointment with me to test drive for the very next day. Her warm, welcoming smile was there every time we met, and she gave us what I consider to be a very good deal. She even went out of her way to drop our old plates at our home when they found the bolts to be rusted on.
The only draw back to the experience was waiting on several occasions for the "business manager" to call. When he finally did, it was to upsell the various warranties and such...as they always do. Can't blame him for trying, but a bit more tact and less waiting by my phone may have helped me feel less put out by the experience.
All-in-all, I would recommend this dealership for a fair and friendly experience (just ask for Caroline!).

I must also commend Caroline, as others have. She contacted me by text message within minutes of my online inquiry to schedule a test drive. She was very friendly and welcoming, listened to my story of how I came to test drive an Outlander, answered all my questions, and was extremely accommodating.  I most certainly would have been happy to purchase an automobile through Caroline if the fit had been there - the 2020 Outlander was just not quite the size my family of 8 needed, even though the drive was fantastic (WAY better than you will hear from car "experts" on YouTube!!).
I commend Caroline for the relaxed manner in which she helped me. I never felt pressured, but I felt sure that she would help me in any way she could.  It was a most refreshing experience for car shopping.  It was like she trusted that if the buyer and the product were a match, a sale would happen, and she didn't need to "earn my business" by manipulating me with sales tactics. When my kids are older and start looking for a vehicle, or if friends ask me, my experience at Erin Mills Mitsubishi will lead me to recommend they check what you have on your lot first!

I have lost all trust in this dealership. They constantly try to get you to do extra work on your car that you do not need. They will lie to you to get you to pay for service that is covered under warranty.
It's hard to make an appointment with the service department and they will redirect you many times before you get a hold of the correct place. They do not return phone calls when they promise to do so.

I do not recommend this place to anyone. Save your time and money; choose ANY other dealership.

This place it's a giant red flag, the techs have no actual knowledge of the cars which leads to wrong diagnosis and ofc they still charge you and say it's something else. I had things done hear to have to come back the next day and the tech himself says ohh yeah we saw that problem and knew you'd had to come back. When you look at the fine print of this dealership and what they do and charge you'll realize the massive hole in your pocket and the ineptitude of management. And if they tell you to contact the gm don't bother he'll stand behind the pathetic excuse of mechanics he hired

This dealership is unreliable, and the staff do not seem to care about the customers. I was looking to get a key replacement, that I have coverage for. They blatantly lied about contacting my coverage agent, which resulted in wasting two whole days of my time. Then proceeded to double down on that lie, saying they left a voicemail, even though my coverage agent said that he received no messages. I've talked to 3 different staff members so far, and all have had conflicting messages about how this dealership conducts this situation. But yeah if you want to waste your time, come here.

Bought a car at the end of August. Be careful when buying a car here as my “new” car came with already 250 Kms on it and not once did it get mentioned to me during the sales process, also I was told my car was detailed twice over and when I got home I noticed two big scratches on the back bumper, I told the sales agent right away and he told me to bring it in and they will buff it out, no apologies or check up update from him after being highly dissatisfied with the condition my new car.

I had an excellent experience here - after two months of shopping around, some misogynistic treatment at dealerships across the street, I was pretty fed up and came in expecting to negotiate or have the advertised price be different- but the whole experience was smooth &pleasant. Caroline helped me to understand the different features of the car (first time with a “smart” car, serious upgrade) and the restrictions with the warranty (to be expected). They also gave me a more than fair price for my trade-in which I was very pleased. There was no pressure to buy, but Caroline was so helpful and informative & the price was fair so I bought the car right on the spot. They filed for my new plates (and returned my old ones) right away, and drove off in my new car 1.5 days later! I’m extremely happy with this dealership & will be recommending them (& Caroline) to my friends and family.

After searching for the perfect clean and safe used car for around a month I found it at Erin Mills Mitsubishi. Caroline Wicherkiewicz was my sales person and of all the places I visited on my search, she was the most attentive and professional salesperson I had met!

There were two cars I was interested in looking at and although it was very cold and windy out the night of my visit, Caroline stayed outside with me like a trooper and answered all my questions with zero pressure to buy. A quick and cordial visit with Jonathan Bains Financial Services Manager, and a hand shake from General Manager Rick Holton and I was good to go!

Do not buy here! They will not give you your warranty even though it is covered. They will do anything in their power not to service your warranty. When asked about just trading in they low ball you too the ground. My car was 6 months old brand new when bought. When I got my new car it had dents all under the hood! They said it was my fault but it would have been impossible as I never opened the hood! I will never choose a mitsubishi again.

I tend to buy a new car every year or two. After experiencing horrible customer service at Honda meadowvale I ventured down to Motorway to check out Mitsubishi, Toyota and possibly others (I had been to a few other dealerships the two weeks prior). I ventured in to Mitsubishi first and after a short time looking around I was approached by Caroline who was very friendly and helpful..she answered all our questions for us, took us for a test drive and was very patient and welcoming. Never felt pressured to buy. Ended up going with an SUV and am so happy to have found this dealership and great sales person :) financing was smooth and easy as well. Will definitely be back when ready for our next addition. :) Would highly recommend to others!!

I come here for regular service and am mostly satisfied. Im always treated respectfully and promptly by the service workers. Namely, Cesar is polite and accomodating and the Assistant Service Manager Oscar is fantastic. However (and I know it's their job to push for the sales and how dealers make their money) I'm often pressured into over-servicing my car and ridiculously high quotes always end up getting thrown my way for service I don't need. For example, came to put my summer tires on earlier this year and instead of recommending that I change my brakes I was pressured and quoted $800 for the job.. (I took my business elsewhere, and months later when it was more appropriate). I feel that because im a young customer I'm being targeted as an "easy upsell", however, I go to school for finance and have work worked for a big bank in the Automotive Finance industry .. i have a bit of an idea of how the game works lol. Anyways, good experience regardless especially from the two I mentioned above, but I wish I could come in here for my oil changes and tire swaps without the hassle.

I went in knowing exactly what I wanted, basically a done deal for them - the sales person who greeted me it was as though he wasn’t listening to what I was saying as though he was running a script - I myself have been in sales- I left- another sales person called me back as the paperwork had mostly been complete so I returned to the dealership- all complete- I put my deposit on my debit card and was told I would have it back when I picked up my vehicle-Then on sept 4/19 when I went in to pick up my vehicle- sorry they said, on debit it is returned to you by cheque! What?!!! Had I known I would have put it on my credit card- it’s done ok- they said they will mail the cheque out -I called a week and a half later as it still had not arrived-then I was told they had to have the funds approved by the financial company as funds were not in there to be released- ?! Wow! Then I was told an owner had to sign for it- this was Sept 11/19 and the cheque would be sent out on the 12. I still have not received my deposit from this company-not straight forward and honest-they tell you what they feel they need to make you happy in the moment. The vehicle is great- I would strongly advise going to another dealership!!!!!!!! 2wks of waiting for my own money when I was told it would be returned upon picking up my vehicle on sept 4/19. I could have drove out to get the cheque after work but that would inconvenience me by 2.5hrs- besides it was suppose to be returned on Sept 4/19- not professional- not honest - zero stars for service! five for the engineers that created the vehicle - go somewhere else if you value honesty and people whom are not patronizing

I did my oil change here and after I picked up my car and went back to work. They called me as the person who changed the oil was not sure if he used the correct oil. They send someone to pick up my car and when it was done they used my car to picked me up. I understand that people sometimes made mistakes but they did not give me any discount for the inconvenience they caused and for the gas of my car going back and forth. Very poor customer service. They should hire knowledgeable and well experienced mechanics.

Zero stars, really. Would never recommend Erin Mills Mitsubishi or Mitsubishi Canada. Loved my 2007 Eclipse and was meticulous in its upkeep. However, I relied on the dealership service to advise me that I needed to change the timing chain/belt, which they did not. Sufficed to say the chain/belt broke resulting in a blown motor. They stopped producing the Eclipse motor and could not source a replacement. The dealer did nothing to help me and Mitsubishi Canada told me that they are not responsible for what happens at the dealerships. The dealership still leaves me voicemail saying I’m due for servicing. What a joke; a very expensive joke.

I'm not at all happy with the Service here. I bought a brand new Outlander GT version in August 2017 from this dealership. Since day one I have been having air leaks from the door strips on the driver side and bluetooth issue when I'm driving on highway, the other person can hardly hear me and till date it's unresolved. Today with Oil change they told me to get Cabin Filter and Air Filter which I did and when the time came in to pay the bill I saw a labor charge and pay shop charge for repair order. I would request them to be up front with customers with all charges so it's easier to make a decision and good customer service experience. I can honestly provide you the road map on how you can improve your customer service experience for free.

Oscar was on top of everything for my appointment. It was for a safety recall, and he accommodated my appointment change request. Today was my appointment, and I was greeted pleasantly, every interaction was polite, and my car was completed on time as promised. I received an invoice documenting the work done and was off. The lounge has space to do work on a laptop, coffee/drinks and a tv with adequate seating. It was quiet, and everything was well kept and clean. I like how close the location is to my work, and the hours make sense for those of us that work. Thanks!

Our relationship started out great till they started telling me i needed certain work done that i didn't need done. They also told me i wouldn't be able to replace my brakes with anything but Mitsubishi parts because no one was making after market brake pads for my vehicle...this was not true, i went to a small auto mechanic shop and they easily found "superior" break pads that won't wear out at 50,000 km like the Mitsubishi ones do. I've always been loyal to dealerships-- until i catch you being dishonest then you'll never get another nickle from me.

I bought a brand new car from Erin Mills Mitsubishi dealership in late summer of 2015 (2014 RVR model). Two weeks ago I went into the dealership for an oil change. They wanted to do the wiper motor replacement due to it being recalled. They cracked my windshield, while replacing the wiper motor. Dale (the service manager) told me that it has happened before (that they cracked a windshield while replacing the wiper motor). Now the dealership refuses to replace my windshield with an OEM windshield, instead they are pushing after market part onto me. I have been emailing and calling the dealership owner to get this resolved and for them to replace my windshield, to no avail. It has been two weeks, the crack is getting bigger, and I am losing my patience. Do what's right and replace my windshield with the same one you broke!

EDIT: I keep writing and contacting you because you refuse to replace my windshield which you cracked with the same OEM windshield I came in with. I bought my car brand new from you in summer 2015 (2014 RVR). It is 2 years old in perfect condition. That is besides the point. You cracked my OEM windshield you should replace it with an OEM windshield and not try to save money on your negligence at my cost with an aftermarket windshield.

This weekend I began shopping around for a new vehicle and I had visited many Dealerships in the Erin Mills Auto Mall. Being a younger individual many sales people threw a blind eye at me or greeted me for the sake of it. As I continued my shopping I stopped at Erin Mills Mitsubishi where I was instantly greeted and given company by Mohammad Zamir or as he said “Moe”. I was upfront to him about the fact that I was JUST looking today and that I would be back after on account of me liking the car. He was very appreciative of me and did not change his behaviour towards me at all. We took the 2016 Lancer GTS 5-Speed for a spin and I loved it! Moving forward I was very happy with the service I received and I definitely know where I will be spending my money within the next 2 weeks.

I purchased a used 2014 Outlander from Andrey. I did everything via email/internet as I live in Ottawa and I was in Atlanta when I found the vehicle on their website. The price was great, the vehicle is excellent and Andrey worked hard to make sure that everything was in place for me. I arrived at 9AM on a Monday from Atlanta, a week after I found the vehicle, and drove away at 10AM.
