Booked an appointment with Dave last week . Arrived 15 min before my appointment today and was treated with kindness and respect. There was a bit of confusion with why I was there as Dave put my warranty parts aside to ensure they would be there today for my appointment. Warranty work completed as well as an additional part that was not covered. They even replaced the “black nob” that the window washer fluid on the rear window for me! Kim and Terry were both amazing from start to finish. I was very sad to trade my truck for budget reasons.and they sold me a beautiful eclipse cross. They were supportive from day one and very understanding. Kim’s sales style is lovely not pushy at all. Really great experience. Terry had a very calming way about her and made the sale seamless.
If you’re looking for a vehicle, new or used, this is the place to go. I had Kim and Terry help me out & they’re both awesome. Terry made the loan/financial aspect easy & pleasant. She came up with a great payment plan for me. Kim is excellent. He treats customers as if they were his own family. He knows his stuff when it comes to cars, and if there is something he is unsure about he will get you the answer. He’s very helpful and will show you everything on the vehicle, under the hood, all the features, etc. If you’re looking for a trustworthy car salesman who will help you find the right car, he’s your guy.
Overall, highly recommend! They lay everything out process wise and cost wise so there’s no surprises. The customer service was amazing, and they’ll answer any questions you have. I don’t think the process of buying a car gets any smoother than this in all honesty.

Needed to charge Nissan Leaf ( electric) but dealer knew very little about charging machine on outside of service dept. Had to phone owner of charging machine to get info on how to use it. Considering Mitsubihi has hybrid vehicles they better find out how to use it.

Stopped in last week for a look. Sales person who came out didn't spend much time because I wasn't buying right away. Went back today to test drive an RVR. Stood by the cars for 15 minutes Obviously looking like I was interested. No one came out to see me.

We went to the dealer to look at a used car and ended up buying a brand
new Mirage. Tim was an incredible kind and honest salesman and he and Terry went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied. We were looking for a car to flat tow behind our motor home and the two of them found answers for all of the obstacles that arose. Not only do we have a car we really enjoy we have new friends. I highly recommend Belleville Mitsubishi.
After exchanging emails for a few days with the salesman I decided to make the 7 hour round trip to buy a used Cadillac CTS-4 Sport Wagon. Tim said he would look at my car for trade-in. He asked me what I wanted for my car and I told him the minimum I would be willing to take. He assured me we could work out a deal.
Upon arriving to see the car I immediately noticed that both headlights were full of condensation and water drops. When we got in and started it the oil change message came up (not a good start). As I was driving away in light snow and freezing rain I noticed that the wiper blade was literally falling apart. I cut my test drive short because I couldn't see the road enough to drive safely. If this is how they present a car to a prospective customer it does not represent the dealership well at all.
Back at the dealership I was asked if we liked the car and I listed the faults and said "no not really". It was then that I was offered HALF of what I had stated in the email as my bottom price for my car with the usual excuses... hard to sell with a manual transmission blah, blah blah. When I asked the price of the Cadillac I was given basically the full price minus my trade-in. I told Tim what I thought the car was worth and he went to speak to the owner. "$13,000 out the door" he said as if it was a deal. I then left the dealership as there was no negotiating to be done obviously. I did the math and his deal of a price was the full price for the car and my meager trade-in covered the tax.
I was disappointed that after many emails I still wasted 7 hours of driving time in bad winter conditions and $60 of gas to find out what I could have been told in the comfort of my own home.
Never again.

Without going into specific details, my next vehicle will not be a Mitsubishi. I have been a frequent customer for over 9 years after purchasing my car there and dealer servicing ever since. Now i am being treated like I have no value to them.
If you own a Mitsubishi it's worth the drive to Peterborough for service. If you don't own a Mitsubishi I recommend considering something else in the market.
Nice staff to take your in for repairs and get opinions on a problem with your car.

Although I did not buy a car from this dealership, they assisted me through all my up and downs and back and fourths. I could not thank Dillon enough for his outstanding customer service. He is so helpful and informative. No pressure and up front/honest prices. He followed up with me to make sure I was making it along alright even though he had not heard from me in a few weeks. I like his persistence because its not overwhelming and at the same time I still know he's thinking of me. :) Would definitely recommend to everyone!

First trip to Belleville from Kingston for first service. Very friendly. Received a drive to where I was going for the day and would have been picked up if I needed the ride. Oil change was free and they washed my car as well! Only thing they might have done would have been to put it on the charger so l could get back to the 401 using electricity only. Very happy. They also gave me anticipated service times and estimated costs for the. Good work Mitsubishi. Just wish I had a dealer in my town.
Went to have my AC serviced, they were able to do it immediately without appointment. Linda at the service desk was great. Normally I Lothe dealerships, but Linda was down to earth. Prices seemed better then average. They also did a bunch of recalls. Clean waiting area with TV and WiFi. Very happy.

Very courteous service staff. Engaged and helped me save money by identifying warranty work on my park brake. No problems getting the appointment time I wanted and were very accommodating when I needed to change my time at the last minute. Very satisfied.
Hands down the best service/garage I have ever been too. Gary and Linda are friendly, honest and incredibly helpful. Things won't get fixed that don't need to be fixed. The mechanics are fantastic. The list is far too long with all the great experiences I have had here. We even take my husbands Toyota here. Awesome spot.

My wife had a belt replaced on her 1 year old car. Service guy told her "we don't warranty parts that wear out. So she paid for that to be replaced. Then they also charged her 180 dollars to check her brakes and grease the rotors. So sad taking advantage of a woman. Shameless! Your reputation is really bad for up selling We will not be coming back ever again. My headlight fluid how much is that $300? Oh can I get some air in my tires how much of that be $500? Your reputation is s*** my friend!
