I had a VERY positive experience buying my 2019 Mirage LT. James, the sales rep, was very helpful and managed to find the right vehicle at the right price to suit my needs. He worked with the sales manager to get me the best deal anywhere. I love the car, and can highly recommend Fredericton Mitsubishi. I would not hesitate to buy another vehicle there, although I don't expect I will need one for years to come. This Mirage is so fun to drive , especially when it just keeps going, and going past those gas pumps. I read a lot of reviews about this vehicle lacking in acceleration, but I don't find that at all. It is not a "sprinter " out of the starting gate, that is true, but when I see all those cars taking off with jack rabbit starts when the light turns green , then race to the next light, only to jam on their brakes when it turns red, I just shake my head and wonder what they are thinking (probably grumbling about the gas mileage they are getting).

There are so many amazing features in this vehicle and I would 100% recommend test driving one... but caution, you will probably leave with it like I did!

Absolutely excellent customer service from these guys. Austin was extremely fast getting back to me with details on one of the cars I was interested in. He also had a detailed service report for me when I came to test drive it. Not pushy along with friendly and patient service gives this dealership a 5 star rating. I want to say a big thank you to the team at Mitsubishi Fredericton! We had a garage fire a few months ago and unfortunately both of our vehicles were in the garage, including our drivers licences. During the pandemic, service New Brunswick would not issue any licences so we could not get our rental vehicle. We were stuck out in rural NB, I was 36 weeks pregnant and we didn’t have a vehicle. It was a nightmare. I found a vehicle on the Mitsubishi website and contacted the dealership. They were able to do everything over the phone and online. They were also able to drop the vehicle off to me, respecting physical distance the entire time. It was a very smooth and stress free process. I’m very grateful for all of their help!

I originally contacted Austin because I was interested in a Truck on your used car lot.This vehicle had almost every feature I was interested in but I was sort of on the fence about the purchase. Austin knew that there was some features I wanted(heated seats/leather) plus some other features. Austin located a truck for me in Saint John and had it driven up to Fredericton.
This truck had everything I was looking for even the colour I wanted. Austin was very patient with me and my wife and made this potentially stressful experience easy.

I had the opportunity to speak with James Morland about purchasing a Mitsubishi RVR. I submitted my question via the Mitsubishi page and with 2 minutes, I got a call by James!!! (Super efficient customer service). James told me that unfortunately, the vehicle I was interested in had sold the night before(it was an amazing deal). James proceeded to let me know what was available on the lot. Very responsive and informative. They worked with me the way I wanted to be worked with, answered all my questions, and made the process easy. I felt I was given real information and that they were working to find the best solution for me.
Unfortunately my experience was disappointing. They are not up front on the price and cost of their vehicles. In a private meeting they'll concoct a single monthly payment but they won't break down where that number came from. Additionally, they'll force you on taking the finance with them and they'll inflate the vehicle value if you try to find other options.

Would'nt recommend bought a 2012 hyunday santa fe from them paid 18,000.00 cash. Bought the rust unit package and they will not fixed the rust spot keep finding excuses.
Sales team was great, answered my endless questions, honest with information, quick to get everything done. However there a few minor issues with my new to me vehicle that should have been noticed when dealership inspected vehicle, once pointed out they where quick to get things fixed. Would purchase from them again in the future.

This is the fourth car that I have bought at a dealership and this was by far the best experience I have ever had. The product is obviously excellent and the prices are the lowest in town. But it was the amazing customer service that won us over.
Immediately, a sales associate came and helped us. She wasn't pushy and really listened to what it was we wanted. Financing was wonderful to deal with as well. Even though we came on the weekend and banks were closed, he worked fast to get us on the road first thing Monday.
Save yourself a lot of hassle and just go here first.
I’m stoked on my new 2019 Mitsubishi rvr black edition, but unfortunately I did not buy it here. Since I’m young I was treated like I didn’t know how to buy a car, you guys offered me a 6.9 interest rate and would only offer me $400 off of a $32,000 hahah pocket change. Luckily ralley motors in Moncton tossed in a generous amount of perks and a low interest rate of 2.9 WOW highly recommend Alex Cobb and Alex Warden at ralley motors in Moncton, they will hook you up!
I bought a car there and my girlfriend did too. Really bad services, a brand new car with a dead battery in it, a broken bumper just by driving on the road, no warranty for that, they ask 1 500.00$ for a bumper, they want you to pay to do the check up to tell you that the battery is dead which we already know. I had an experience with Chrysler dealerships before and they are much more better. I would say minus five stars for this place don not go there. You call and leave a message, they won't answer back. When you sit there and wait you can listen to the phone ringing and you'll see the employees chatting or walking by like no phone ringing. If I could sell back the car for the price I paid I would do it
If Google would allow me to put less than 1 Star I would. I just purchased my first vehicle from this dealership and thankfully know my own way around cars or would have been left on the side of the road with no coolant in my car ..
Below are some of the issues I incountered today;
1. The car was promised to be ready and waiting for me to go after signing the needed paperwork.
2. After waiting over an hour for it to be detailed and the "inspection" to be done. I was given a car that still required fluids, gas and still to the minute has a broken dome light.
3. Car was promised to be filled of gas prior to me leaving the lot. I had to wait for an associate who was out cleaning vehicles to go fill it prior to me leaving.
4. Car had ZERO windshield wash fluid. Which is weird to me, I thought 170 point inspections would include fluids.
5. The coolant in the car was also down and thankfully I was smart enough to check my own fluids and demand another mechanic come out and look at it.
6. Never spoke with one sales associate consistently. Got the run around and ended up dealing with several associates that told me several different things.
7. Had to remind the associate I did deal with to refund my deposit (or I would have left without getting back my hold I put on the car)
I could continue but at this point I'm sure I've stressed my point enough.
If you are a first time car buyer I would STRONGLY RECOMMEND staying AWAY from this dealership. Car buying is supposed to be stress and worry free. This dealership will actually just stress you out and cause worry.
I have been coming here for 1.5 years now after moving from Toronto and am very impressed by the service I receive. The service centre staff are always friendly both over the phone and in person, and their shuttle service driver is maybe the friendliest person I’ve ever met in that position.

Needed some paint repaired on my RVR and it was under warranty. Kevin in the service department made all the arrangements for me and made the whole process go very smooth. I had never had a good experience buying cars. There's lots of shady people in the industry who truly don't give a crap about you after you buy the car.
Fredericton Mitsubishi is not one of those places. Right from the word go i was treated with nothing but respect. That came from the salespeople, service staff, and even the owner. They listened to exactly what i wanted and they found it for me in my price range. They had no problems letting me take the car on a long test drive to have my mechanic check it out.
The back room deal someone else mentioned....I didn't see or get that impression. I was able to talk to whomever i wanted along the way.
As for someone saying "Tim plays a numbers game", Well, i for one am glad he does. I went in with nothing for credit and at first i was given a high interest rate and 6 years on a used car. He told me he'd work on it and he did. He got the loan down by 10k and 3 less years with another lender. I was happy with the deal i got. It will help with my credit.
After a few days of having the vehicle, I noticed my blinker wasn't shutting off when i made a turn. After going through the service department they fixed it no questions asked, and still i was treated with respect.
My next car will be with them. I'd recommend them.
Would never trust them too many back room deals and just all around untrustworthy people to deal with!!!!!
