I purchased my first Mitsubishi car in October with Brittany! She was a fantastic, approachable and wonderful sales rep. The overall dealership was spacious and they even allowed me to bring my medium-sized dog into the shop while we went through the deal/paperwork What I was expecting to be a stressful experience, was absolutely wonderful. I felt like I was being taken care of and that they were there to help me get the best price, add-ons, and financing option. I would highly recommend the team, but specifically Brittany and James who took such great care of me. I look forward to working with them again when I switch over to a hybrid electric car in the future :).

Overall, my experience here was very bad. I found Vancouver Mitsubishi as a whole to include lots of hidden fees and high pressure sales tactics. Documentation and sales fees are higher than competitors in the lower mainland. Furthermore, many of the reviews for Vancouver Mitsubishi are fake and made by the employees. If you look at them, you will notice many five star reviews from accounts with only one review. These reviews typically include a photo of a vehicle in the showroom and mention a specific employee by name.
I found honesty to be lacking at Vancouver Mitsubishi during my buying experience, and I believe reviews that are fake to be further evidence of this. I would strongly encourage buyers to avoid Mitsubishi as a whole, but if you must have a Mitsubishi, check out Metrotown Mitsubishi or Applewood Mitsubishi. Their documentation fees are much lower, and they offered us much more money for our trade-in. Avoid Vancouver Mitsubishi, they don't have your best interests at heart.
I shopped around and nothing compared to the quality, price and warranty that I got with my 2022 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross! I highly recommend Vancouver Mitsubishi! The staff were all amazing! Nathalia went above and beyond to assist me with my trade in and the delivery of my new vehicle ahead of schedule! I could not be happier!

Wife and I recently traded in our 2017 Outlander for a 2022 model. The experience was very pleasant right from the first phone call from Natalia to us walking in the doors and even after the trade was complete. Bought my X3 here last summer. Since then they have sold my friends and family several cars. I feel what is important is dealing with people who are dedicated to your happiness. I get that from this team. Sure they had some fees. All dealers do. Even the ones that say they don’t actually do have fees… trust me when you get to the end you will see them trying to force some $1800 value package.
Anyways I felt obligated to leave this here. After reading these other reviews it’s clear that a few of them are just from bitter immature competing dealers. This practice is an abuse of the google review process.

This location charges high doc fees compared to every other Mitsubishi dealership in the lower mainland. They claimed that other dealerships in the lower mainland charged the same doc fees but this was not true. I decided to go to Applewood Mitsubishi and received a much better price. It took almost one hour to test drive one vehicle. Clear attempt to have me spend more time than needed, in order to distract me from going elsewhere.
Everyone I know says to avoid this location and I can see why. Much better dealerships elsewhere.

Renato listened to what we were looking for, and even brought in his Sales Manager, James, to make sure that all of our needs were met and our concerns were addressed. Andrew was also great at explaining the final details to us and signing off on the deal. Since the Mitsubishi on the north shore closed we have been directed to this store. It has been a pleasant experience. It’s a beautiful store. Lots of cars indoors and plenty space to social distance while we wait. I enjoyed the staff here and will be looking forward to another suv when our lease is up.

Poor service! Spoke with their salesman about a used car. Gave an offer over the phone the salesman said he has to get confirmation from his manager. He got back to me in few minutes saying congrats on your new car it's yours. Went to the dealership they said the guy Alex you spoke with doesn't work here anymore he decided to leave last night. The car was still available on there website but they said the car you were looking for has been Sold ! Terrible experience!!
Traded in my Eclipse Cross for an Outlander and the experience was amazing.
Well I was gonna buy a large used SUV because gas prices had come down but luckily the vancouver mitsubishi sales manager recommended an outlander hybrid phev. Now gas prices are going back up and I'm glad I took his advice. There are electrical chargers everywhere and a lot of them are free so now I'm driving around everywhere basically for free..groceries or to the park..whatever. And if we go to the interior to my summer cottage I've got the gas as back up so I don't run out of fuel. Anyways the place is pretty nice clean high class. Staff were friendly and helpful. I didn't have the best credit but financing was quick and easy. Great experience all around.

Beautiful location, great people, fair pricing, great offers and incentives, and of course Mitsubishi builds beautiful cars. We bought Crossover RVR 2020 and love it! Love the car, love the 10 years warranty, love 2 years free service!
