i have brought in my 2011 Mitsu Eclipse about 3 times in the last year for various service appointments. After picking up my car the third time, I decided to never give them my business anymore. I found some of the service staff to be a bit snotty and they really gave me the impression that my older car wasn't worth the same respect as if I came in with a newer model car.
Angus is a young salesman at Applewood Mitsubishi and did such a great job helping me pick a car. He was thorough, respectful, patience and made the car buying experience smooth all the way from showing to the delivery. Ask for Angus when you get there :)

Had a good experience here. Sonny was very helpful. Good follow through on all promises made. Staff took concerns seriously and addressed them when possible. Did their best to make sure I was happy. On the character side of sales, I think this location is great. Most importantly, when our salesman was unsure of the answer, he went and found the honest answer instead of saying whatever was necessary to make a sale. This is the most important characteristic of any dealership, so my gripes below are minor.
The organizational side of things could use improvement. For example, the showroom is small, which makes it hard to know the inventory available, as it contains only 5 cars (though there is over 100 at the dealership, they are hidden). It makes for effective sales by reducing choice paralysis, but available options for trims and colours were not presented effectively. In retrospect I should have asked more questions about the inventory available, but receiving answers took a very long time.
Regardless, I strongly recommend shopping here if you are interested in a Mitsubishi. They are the least predatory dealership I've seen. This is a huge plus.
We showed up on Saturday for a test drive and ended up leaving the lot with a beautiful Nissan Murano. Gary Ho was an excellent person to deal with and made the whole process super easy. We arrived at the Mitsubishi dealership and were welcomed by Gary Ho, who asked us what we needed in a vehicle and found us one to test drive. Both Gary and the Manager were extremely attentive and friendly and the whole process was very straightforward and easy. I am now driving around I’m my Mitsubishi Outlander and loving it!

You can ask for Eric Lam, he is an excellent young friendly, polite and energetic guy that would walk you through with the entire process of getting what you are looking for with regards to your preference for a car that suites your needs its either for your budget, pre-owned vehicle or used one. We had traded our vehicle and was able to help us to get a decent price and saved our time looking for a buyer for it. He was efficient and responsive in delivering our query and is not a “pushy salesman” which would definitely inevitable to come across with this kind of business.

Gary Ho was a very helpful sales representative who took time to listen to my preferences and let me know when the car I was interested in had a price reduction. He was helpful the whole way through and not pushy. I really like how Applewood Mitsubishi does not charge any fees. In completing my vehicle purchase, I was surprised to learn that financing was strongly encouraged over cash payment (which was my original plan). It took several hours to work through financing and insurance. However, Gary stayed late until he could hand me the keys, and his service was greatly appreciated!

I saw a listing by Eric for a used BRZ and set up a time and place to check it out. As soon as I stepped into the dealership, I was given nothing but great hospitality and a personalized experience. Every employee greeted me and everyone was so friendly. Eric listened to my concerns and definitely knew what he was doing. He took his time to look over the car with me, let me test drive it, and helped me throughout the whole process.
Needless to say, I fell in love with the car. Then we had to talk price. Eric and I was able to come up with a price both of us were satisfied with and I got approved for financing very quickly. The whole process was seamless.

My initial salesman Eric was great. I bought a used 2019 Toyota Corolla Hatchback. He knew about the car and was very thorough and informative. i paid cash for the car. After we agreed on price it went downhill. They sent me to finance. They only had one person on staff and it took almost 30 minutes to see her. The women was pushy at every point. I had to tell her four times I did not want to finance the car after I had agreed on a cash payment. i had to tell her three times I did not want to buy an extended warranty. After driving to the bank and getting the draft I had to wait 25 minutes to see her again. Upon seeing her it took one signature and a total of 2 minutes. We then waited 45 minutes for transfer and insurance They finally walked us to the Hub insurance office next door to do the fifteen minutes of paperwork. In summary, i waited around 2 hours to hand them my money which took two minutes and then had to go somewhere else to do the remainder of paperwork.
I just want to congrats one of the best agents I've met, Antonio, started a new journey in Applewood Mitsubishi. I have been buying/selling with Antonio for quiet a time yet his enthusiastic still remain the same. He is patient and knowledgeable, as well as his excellent after-sale services. Antonio always picked up the phone right on time and even if he was up to something, he always returned my calls as promised. Great Service! We were originally were eyeing a different vehicle, but Alan accommodated our needs and gave us different options to choosing the right one.
We went to Applewood Mitsubishi a couple of weeks before we bought and fell in love with a 2010 Subaru Impreza Hatchback that was in excellent condition. Loved everything about but needed to do due diligence before making a decision. After a couple of weeks we noticed that the price had come down, and so we went for a test drive. Jakob was such a gentleman in every aspect as well as all the staff that we met during our visit. Our experience at Applewood Mitsubishi was such a pleasure and never felt any sort of pressure--an extremely professional and friendly atmosphere highlighted our experience.

Not a huge fan of google reviews but wanted to recommend Gary Ho at Applewood Mitsubishi. He went above and beyond helping with the logistics of getting my VW sportwagen to the Sunshine Coast.
But more importantly he listened to my expectations and didn’t try to up sell me with add-ons I didn’t want or need. He was also very prompt responding to questions and providing additional information.

My family and I came to this location in July to browse vehicles after going to many other dealerships. We were approached by a product specialist, Jake. At first, we were a little reluctant speaking to anyone in sales as sometimes they come off to be "sharks".
