Went to purchase a used 2016 Nissan Leaf through Patrick Harris. I was told that I would be able to get somewhere from 105-130km per charge depending on heat usage. Turns out the vehicle only has about 70km worth of range even when using all the power saving options, which would make it nearly impossible to use for my commute and personal life. When I requested to return it on grounds of misrepresentation of the vehicle's capabilities, they straight up refused. I have since filed a complaint through the VSA, and would recommend people avoid this place at all costs.

Worsted used car salesman in suits ever.Never kept any promises .Having to have our truck towed back to the dealer because it wouldn't start after they brought it to our house because of other delays when it was purchased . Never gave us the second key but gave us plenty of stories including making arrangements with other dealers for the parts and the detailing we wanted to have done. We had to pay ourselves for $360 key and $200 tow . Stay away from this auto group

I wanted to give this dealership another chance after having almost purchased my car here, but which I backed out after catching them in some shady sales tactics (hiding additional costs in the sales invoice separate from the sticker price). Unfortunately, it seems the service department operates the same way. Brought my car in for it's regularly scheduled servicing. According to manufacturer's specs (posted ALL OVER THE INTERNET), its recommended every 12,000 km or every 6 months. My mileage was well shy of that schedule.

I was told right off the bat, with no questions about my driving behaviour, that it should have been serviced every 8,000 km and that I was wrong about the service schedule. I mentioned that a) that's what it says in the manual, and b) when you reset the maintenance schedule on the vehicle's dashboard, both of them confirm 12,000 km is the requirement. Their response was that it doesn't count if you override the settings (insinuating I'm hacking my own car to push my maintenance schedule?!).

It left me with the distinct impression that they think they can pull one over an unknowing customer (same tactics as their sales department), and are definitely trying to get customers in for more regular servicing beyond what is required. Customers BEWARE and know your vehicle's requirements.

On top of that, I made an appointment for what should be a 1 hour service. Was told it would take 2 hours - which is fine, I get reasonable service delays are standard at dealerships. But they knew I was waiting on site. Three hours in, they hadn't even brought my vehicle in, nor had they indicated to me that service would be delayed. I was standing in the service lobby - they had every opportunity to update me so that I could have done something more productive with my day than wait around for servicing that wasn't happening. Just so you know, Tricity Mitsubishi, this isn't the industry standard at your competitors - who will text you updates if there are delays in your service, or have the common sense to see you in the lobby and let you know. It shouldn't take me asking how long it will be, at hour 4, to get an update. The meager discount you gave me to appease my frustration is not worth coming back here for future servicing. Honestly, management needs to re-evaluate how this dealership is run, sneaky tactics and poor customer service.

I have never seen such slimy business done in my life with being dishonest and actually quite rude. I was ripped off by them 6 months ago and now I just heard of them doing it again bottom line do not shop with these people hope this advice helps

Took a vehicle here with a check engine light code because the vehicle was previously at this service center for a recall service and a $1200+ full brake job.

After the initial diagnosis, I was told by the mechanic that there were wires that were damaged and that was causing my engine code. The car was running normally, other than the engine light.

I asked the mechanic if he was certain that the wires were the problem because i was skeptical about the repair job. The mechanic reassured me that fixing the wires would fix the problem. I asked if there was anything else wrong with the car, he said no.

I've had this problem before with a different vehicle that wouldn't run properly at all. It was fixed at a small local shop without an issue.

I took the mechanics word, agreed to the repair. It was costly compared to the similar repair job I had done else where, but I figured the cost difference was the same as having the car diagnosed again at a different shop.

After the repair, I received noticed that the car still had the same problem and that the first wiring repair was only to further diagnose the problem. I said to the service manager that I was told by the mechanic that the repair job would fix the problem. The service manager said that the mechanic would never say that a repair job would guarantee a fix.

So now I'm out a hundreds of dollars, and the car in the same condition as i brought it in. Probably won't recommend anyone to come here. After looking into the reviews more, I should have seen this coming.

Also tried to up sell me spark plugs after not fixing my car. :/

We had trouble with the secondhand Volkswagen but they were there for us ..fixing what needed to be fixed at no charge. I have had car windows smashed twice. They have facilitated excellent work in these instances. I'm very happy also with my new RVR.

Worse dealer ship in lower mainland, every time I am going there to use my life time oil change paid $3500 , i see new faces and they not honoring the deal and always I have argue with new employees for what I had been paid for it, so dishonest and hard to deal with, I don’t recommend them at all, very bad bad experience with Mitsubishi and specially Tri-City Mitsubishi. I can tell he was working really hard to earn my business without making me feel pushed. I had to make several visits until I made my purchase final, and he made every visit pleasant. I still have to go back to learn some features of the car and to set up iPhone to be connected to the car, but he is super happy to help me out. Sara, the financial manager, was also very helpful. My lease plan did not work out the way I wanted, so she had to work extra to find me an alternative plan. She listened closely to my current situation, and worked out a deal that I am satisfied with. Also a special thanks to Chris G, the sales manager, who tried really hard to make Outlander possible with the price I wanted. Overall, I am happy with all the staff at Tricity Mistubishi. Unfortunately, I'm gonna take one star off as they were a bit hasty sending me with the new car before all the paperwork was settled. I rather felt uncomfortable while awaiting the approval and felt even more uncomfortable when I was forced to switch from leasing to financing though everything worked out well in the end.

My wife and I had a great experience buying our very first car with these guys. I was originally going to be taken care of by Justin, but when
I arrived, he was busy with another customer. They made sure I didn't need to wait at all and got Adrienne to help me right away. She was awesome! Adrienne was always available and really took the time to answer all our questions and address our concerns even though we were only looking at one of their used vehicles. We really felt taken care of even after the sale. Also, Maryam made sure we were covered in everything we needed mechanically with an extended warranty. (And we're talking about a 13 year old car). Great sales team!
