I would not recommend this dealership and suggest dealing with another Mitsubishi dealership instead. The lack of service provided following purchase has been extremely frustrating. The staff we dealt with were good at making commitments that they did not fulfill, and were not completely honest with us.
Our SUV was involved in a fire incident only 7 weeks after we purchased the vehicle, where it was written off by a third party. I inquired about prorated reimbursement of the warranty and protections we had purchased (over $5,000). Kevin in Finance advised that this was only transferrable to another vehicle and that it is nearly impossible to receive a refund.
After speaking with family/friends they indicated this sounded odd, so I contacted a different Mitsubishi dealership to inquire. The other dealership immediately said I was in fact entitled to a prorated refund if the vehicle had been written off. They were kind enough to provide me with the contact information for the warranty company so I could contact them directly. I called the warranty company and they required 2 documents proving proof of loss and I was granted a 96% refund within 2 business days. Simple as that!
If this was not already frustrating enough, there were other warranty and protections we had purchased that were through other companies. I once again spoke with Kevin to ask him to look into these as well, and explained that I was successful in receiving a refund for the other warranty package. We spoke on a Friday morning and he committed to getting back to me on the Monday by 4:30 pm, so we could use this information to determine whether to accept the insurance settlement or negotiate further. I waited until Monday after 5:30 pm and did not receive anything, so I called him to follow up. He said a refund was not possible on 2 items, but was looking into the disability coverage. Once again he committed to getting back to me by 10:30 am the following morning (Tuesday). Once again, I did not receive an email or phone call from him!
I met sales and the sells told me to make deposit. They searched a car and the car I liked I was told no bank will finance. Honestly, they pushed me other car. The total price was unbelievable. Maybe they were taking advantage my rush. I decided to see other places. I found the newer car and bank approved me much cheaper. I get a call from sales and told me " Congratulations" to car you found. The money I deposited I sent through email and was not accepted 10 days I was waiting them. Finally when They congratulated me they accepted. I spoke next day the Sales and he told me we will send u next two days- I have his message and copies. Then I get a call that GM- very young man told me " We spend a money to the car we found you" so we are not giving back deposit! I said no one told me that! THEN he changed the narrative and said the sales were busy for you finding a car, and I will pay for them ! Again he asked me question? Did u tell them that u are looking for other dealers car? I surprised his question and I said, there is paper I signed and I was told that I will not get my Monet back! You changed your stories! this is not legal and I have right and responsibilities and you too but this is not way! He said do u want to spend a money to a lawyer! I will recommend anyone to confirm his deposits incase He/ She change his/ her mind. Specially Newcomers, and Minorities, I also would say, I feel as oppressive system in the place or poetry dynamic based on race and religion!
My boyfriend and I just bought a 2019 RVR from Northside Mitsubishi and our experience was wonderful. I had gone to a different dealership the day before and they tried to sell me a hail damage vehicle without me knowing it was hail damaged (long story). We went to Northside to look at their stock of RVR’s and we met Ivan. Ivan was amazing, he was so easy to talk to and the whole story about “the other place” came out. Ivan said he would help us and he was true to his word. Not only did he find us exactly what we wanted but he found MORE than we thought we could get! We were able to get the 4wd version as opposed to the 2wd “the other place” tried to sell us. When We told Ivan about the problems we had had at the other dealership he spoke with his manager, Liam and the finance manager Naomi and between the 3 of them they helped us to get out of the deal with the “other place”. They even went so far as going to the other dealership and retrieving my trade-in that “the other place” wouldn’t return. I can’t say enough good things about Ivan, Liam and Naomi they really saved us from a huge mistake. We r planning on going back in a couple months when we are ready to trade-in my boyfriend’s car, he’s looking at the hybrid Outlander PHEV. Ivan is definitely an awesome salesman and you will get the best bang for your buck with him and the team at Northside!!
I have to say that Liam , Damian and Jemilea went above trying to get me a wine red mirage. The other dealers just said that they could not get or find one .After the first one came in with the wrong options they went back to work and had another one come from the factory. I love the colour . Was well worth the wait.. They made a great team!

It's my second time buying a car from this dealership, coming here feels like home my salesman was Kyle. He took me through various vehicle options, answered lots questions, great deal and test drives. I was only interested in Mitsubishi though as I've owned two and happy with them. I'd recommend Northside Mitsubishi to anyone, the whole team is excellent, from the manager Liam, to the front desk, sales reps, finance. Awesome dealership to work with. My wife and I were searching for an SUV and found a great deal at Northside Mitsubishi. We contacted the dealership, and within minutes we were contacted by Colby Mueller. He sent us a great personalized video of the SUV, inside and out. We met Colby the next day for a test drive and he answered any questions we had regarding the SUV. The dealership even set us up with some lunch while we waited for them to finalize things. Within abut an hour we set out happily, with a new SUV.
I’ve owned 7 cars in the past, and I came here to buy my first from a dealership! Cody was awesome, and answered all my questions. He took the time to send me a few options that best fit my needs and that fit in my budget! I settled on a 2019 Eclipse Cross, and I couldn’t be happier! I would highly suggest going here to buy a vehicle, also on the plus side, they’re detail team uses a very nice orange scent after they clean the car! Smells very nice aha!
We found a used F150 Lariat well appointed and reasonably priced. The sales process was straightforward and no surprises. We had questions that they answered quickly. We had parts of the process were face to face and other part via text. Very flexible in communicating. The whole process felt very transparent and all questions had reasonable, understandable answers.

This is a good dealership. Straight up. I didn't feel like I was getting taken. I have continued to research my truck and feel I got a very fair deal. Bought at the beginning of December and am happy with my purchase.
My ONLY suggestion would be an email or text reminder for appointments for forgetful folk like me. Otherwise, no complaints! The girl working at the service counter went above and beyond with any questions we had and the two gentleman working at the parts counter were also incredibly nice. Despite being a bit far from my house to other Mistu dealers, I plan on coming back for any car concerns. My service fee was also less than quoted which was a nice surprise!
I brought my Volvo here to have it detailed, oil change and have my winter tires put on!

It was outstanding. The initial tires I wanted were sold out after I ordered them. I was a tad disappointed as they were at a good price. Palmer worked a little Partsian magic and found comparable set of all-weather tires at a better price. What more can one ask for? Outstanding service, outstanding price and outstanding people (too man to name here) are why I will take my car back to Northside Mitsubishi.

. . . and then there's the staff. Sales Consultant, Kyle Gardner was referred to me by my friend Ron and I understand why. Very knowledgeable and down to earth. At no time did I feel I was with a sales person. The time from test drive, to financing, to drive off the lot with my new car was seamless. I also want to mention Shawn Rae in Finance, who went to a lot of effort to get my financing arranged.
Special Note: There were no hidden costs and they stayed within my budget. It's really nice when personnel at a dealership are listening.

He made sure he was at the dealership when I picked up my car and even sent me a text a few days later to ask me how the first few days were with the new car! As you know you can't drive too long one car in Edmonton. The roads are terrible - like in a third world country. I did not want to give up my old 2008 Mitsubishi Outlander but I needed to look for another car because I wasn't sure when my car will stop running as a result of road conditions.
This is a third time I am buying a car from Northside Mitsubishi! The staff is great and always willing to answer all of my questions. I highly recommend them. If you are looking for a new car just stop in and see Dominic. He is very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I love my new car!

However I felt a little mislead as a first time buyer.
Was told my interest rate was going to be 6.99% with a 48 month payment plan.
Without any warning prior, was until I was signing literally the last page before getting the keys they let me know my interest was 10.99% and changed to 36month payment plan, which I understand was the bank's decision, again as a first time buyer a warning of that possibility would have been nice.
My contract with the bank also states I can pay any amount at any time (to pay off quicker than the payment plan) I made sure prior to confirming my purchase that was a possibility.
Again, right as I was signing the final papers I was told I couldn't do that without getting a fine from the bank unless I waited first five months. Thankfully the bank actually called me asking additional information, and I asked and found out that was false information as well.
Overall great experience, great guys.
Just be thorough and do your homework, and don't afraid to ask questions!

Worked with Dom, Liam and Shawn. I hate the ‘negotiation’ process but the boys made it easy and I was able to get what I wanted!! They listened to my concerns and worked out what was best for me. I’ve officially put my forst 100k on my new car and love it. Only downside was a long wait when I came in to pick up my vehicle. It was a busy Saturday. But the manager gave me a call, apologized and said they will work towards avoiding that for future clients. Still, I would recommend this team for your next vehicle purchase.

I purchased a car a few months ago and the staff was very helpful. A person named Chance, who I recently found out no longer works there, was the one who sold me the vehicle and he was very fun to talk to and answered my questions as best as he could.
I would rather squat over a blender than even walk into this place only heard bad things about this dealership! If you want to buy a car that was in a accident and fixed with cheap ebay/ aftermarket parts go for it ! They will be good at hiding disclosure from you and you'll be stuck with car payment for a car that is just as safe as driving in a minefield in Kabul. That being said if you're looking for a blender, the Ninja BL620c is the way to go
Will definitely be more cautious on leaving a deposit in the future. Learned about the DEPOSIT REFUND process with Northside and will definitely be more patient in the future, especially when it comes to doing a credit app and car window shopping. Will think twice, especially when it comes to leaving a deposit. Would rate Northside at about 3 in that regard.

And we got what we wanted. My favourite sales person was Dominic Perri so helpful and it was like talking to a family member thank you. I will never buy another car from anyone else. Friendly staff, get the work done, and identify when something is under warranty or recall notice. Used to take my car into a Mitsubishi shop in another part of town, but these guys are the best. Will always bring my car here.

I just bought a used Audi Q5 from the dealership, it's only been a few days but so far the car is fantastic. Kyle helped me out and was very knowledgeable about the car but wasn't pushy with his salesmanship. He kindly made himself available out of hours so I could ask questions about the car and run over a bunch of paperwork with me. The other staff I dealt with we great and very personable, I'd highly recommend going here to friends and family.
After test driving many cars and dealing with many salespeople, the staff at Northside Mitsubishi were by far the least pushy and most patient I worked with. Greydon especially was very helpful and down to earth! I truly feel like I got a fair deal there on my used car and would recommend them to friends and family.

Dominic Perri was an excellent salesman who was very knowledgeable about the Mitsubishi line of vehicles and listened to our every need. Lee Foisy was the salesman who patiently helped me find a vehicle in this car dealership. He was respectful, determined,and a goal oriented person.He showed his interest to help me find a vehicle by sending me photos of the vehicles that matches my descriptions and price range. He did followed up a lot through messages and was very tactful on all our conversations.Never lose his temper and his behaviour and attitude was constant 'till the end of the transaction, very impressive. The rest of the team who helped me was courteous and transparent. It was an awesome experience.
I just recently purchased a used vehicle from here, and both Wes and Zach were great salesmen! They were very knowledge and easy to talk to. Naomi was also a great finance manager. She got all the paper work through quickly and helped make sure I could get a loan through my preferred bank. Overall a great experience and I intend to buy new from here down the road!

Wow!! What a difference, I purchased my Rally Art at North Side Mitsubishi 2 years ago and I swore I would never return. Last week my car broke down and was towed to North Side Mitsubishi by road-side assistannce because it was the closest dealership. I went to the dealership the next morning to find out there was a whole new staff there. Everyone from the sales people, sales managers, and finance people had changed. I explained my experience to the new General Manager there and he was very interested in what I had to say. I ended up leaving the dealership 2 hours later with the first Lancer EVO MR they had recieved for 2014. The experience was smooth, simple and I will admit fun.. I will return there as a customer and will now start sending my friends there again, I'm amazed at the change. Great job guys and thanks!
