If I could give this place a 0 star for their service, I would. When we walked in, we were not greeted by anyone, we went to find the receptionist near the back - she gave us a "look" maybe because we were Asian. She didn't seem happy to help us when we told her we had an appointment. We decided it was fine, maybe she was having a long day.
Then came our appointment, we walked in with plans to purchase a car for our move to another province- we felt it was time for an upgrade, and a bigger car would be ideal. We were instantly told with a judgmental tone in his voice "this car requires $15k deposit which is held for a year", we were told that it was due to people exporting cars to Asia, and proceeded to tell us "so if you're planning to do that, don't waste our time, just leave now". Not too long after, we were asked to see our drivers license, because "they cannot sell cars to us if we don't live here". That's seriously unheard of, and quite offensive to say the least. He kept repeating the $15k, $15k, $15k, yes we know what it's for and we know it's $15k, we heard you the first time. It was as though we were heavily targeted and judged as Asians who simply travel to canada to purchase cars, when in fact, we were born here, if that helps. We were taken aback with such unprofessional service, and being judged so quickly. It was offensive, morbidly rude, and racist.
Definitely going to find another dealership for our car investment.

Excellent service. Had to go for service because of tire problems. Saw Farzin Lalehzar. He took me right away even though I didn't have an appointment. Had a cracked rim. Wow they're expensive. He even did my B service a week ahead of my appointment. I must say he and Martin Depelteau are great. Martin even came over to me and asked how I was and called me by my name. Great personal service.

walked in to the Silver Star Mercedes Dealership on Decarie Bl, Montreal to check out their 2015 cars. Am in the market for a crossover as I currently drive a Subaru Forester, which I am extremely satisfied with.
The Sales man was courteous, explained a lot about their products, etc. However I was not convinced with the overall deal, into purchasing a car. Went in with the intention of purchasing a car outright. Have considered other makes of cars., with no decision to date. Was out of town for the last 3 months.

Many thanks to Emilie He, she is a very patient and professional salesperson. She helped us choose the right car, a very detailed introduction. Also the first time to help us answer and deal with after sales problems! Emilie and her team dragon, as well as Silver star Montreal, are highly recommended. After-sales service is not her job, but because of the poor language, she is very enthusiastic to help us every time. One night I had a flat tire, she immediately helped me figure out a way, and also helped me call a tow truck.

I went for a tire change two weeks ago, and was told my car would be ready in the evening . When I called to pick up my car they told me in fact there was no technician that could have worked on my car, and it would be ready the next day, as if I don’t work and have nothing better to do with my time
Honestly I suggest to anyone doing a tire change or any repair to go somewhere else, you will receive your car on time, staff knows what their doing and it’s not overly priced.
They don’t do anything special at this place , only to realize that they don’t care about the customer .

Here why I'm giving one star to this dealer ship
I had my worst experience.
I was hearing the noise from the suspension front and back also my radio was cutting.
My car is c300 2016 they mostly have this problems
With all being said they accepted to do a road test with me and still didn't accept that the car has problem even a regular mechanic could understand that.
The same day I went to another dealership of Mercedes Benz and they did another road test and
My radio had a major problem, shocks broken all 4,
My control arms was broken also both axles
I would never ever again put my feet in that dealership and dont suggest to anyone to either buy or service their car in there.

For the record. I brought enough cash to buy a c43. The sales rep was a totally dry and looked like he couldn't be bothered by our presence. I guess given the fact I was dressed differently then their normal customers. Thus they treated me and my partner differently. The test drive was a joke. We went around the block.how am I supposed to test a performance car by just trying in a circle with stop signs . Service from sales was terrible. I felt I was waisting the man's time. I won't be back that's for sure. Y'all lost on a car purchase. Good job

Sleazy bait-and-switch: They advertise all their used vehicles with "ask us about our free shipping" and "we ship your vehicle anywhere in Canada" but they cleverly list those things as two separate statements... so they're not _technically_ lying, but in truth their free shipping is only to Toronto. They just try to make it sound like nationwide shipping is free so that they can hook you in and waste your time before they quote you 4-figure amounts for shipping cost. Makes me wonder what other kinds of tricks this place tries to pull. Even if I was local I would not deal here due to this blatant dishonesty they've demonstrated.

I used their service to replace my left mirror turn signal few days ago and I should admit it was an excellent customer oriented and professional service from second 1 when I was greeting with a “hi” and a smile from a guy who showed me where I should drive to leave my car, check in at the reception went smoothly and Manny and his son George were extremely helpful and made my day! His only concern is you to leave the place satisfied. I went there and I asked him why would I trust you? He said because he could get me anything I wanted. There was recall on my car so I made an appointment two weeks ago to have the issue resolved. I dropped off the car in the morning. They called me 2 hours later to say that they didn't have the needed part, so I am going to have to go through it all over again.
Additionally, I had a minor issue that I wanted taken care of, but it got taken care of 2 hours after they specified it would be.
I wasn't upset about the missing part but the delay was really inconvenient and they could have been more helpful about it, for example like offering to deliver the car to my house, which I even suggested.
Instead their attitude was that it's no big deal, and they offered a car wash, which I didn't really need and it didn't solve my problem.

I am not talking about the whole place but the mechanic that worked on my car either tightened the brake calipers mounting nuts with his mouth or feet. I had a brake job done a couple months ago and a couple days ago, my front left brake caliper opened up while i was driving. The noise of the caliper scratching against the wheel was so loud that I pulled over and imagine my face of horror when I saw my caliper open. Now there is a scratch inside the wheel. Seriously, brakes are vital on the roads, had I gone on the highway that day instead somebody might have died. I am never trusting this place again to work on my car and if you enjoy having your caliper open up while driving, feel free to have them work on your car too.
