It's a second time I traying to buy car with this dealer. First time in 2017, I meat with the manager himself. He gave me a phone number supposed to be his cell phone. Left several message to the secretary but never return any calls.
I can see the difference between them with Bytek I decided to go with the Atlas.
This the second time for 2020 GL250. The same guy asked to his saler to don't give any discount as Unhaggle can suggested.
Do not lost your money with this dealer. I will never refer someone.

Couldn't have been easier to deal with the staff. Everyone was very helpful and making sure my questions were answered. Although I have not yet made the purchase, if I do go ahead I will be going to see Martin. No pressure, wants the customer to have a pleasant experience, none of the pressure to buy now you might expect from a car dealership.

Terrible overall experience.
Here’s a glimpse into my deadline with the dealership.
- leased a NEW 2018 c300 April 2018
- during the buying process, everyone was great (rightfully so, they're trying to close the sale)
- they kept pushing me to add a review within the week of purchase, etc. They even went as far as telling me which ratings on a scale of 1-5 or 1-10 to give them. They asked for both a Google review and a MB automated survey review that I would receive via email. I found it quite odd that they felt the need to tell me what ratings to give them, but nonetheless, at the time, service was good.

ISSUES on a new vehicle:
- had to bring the car in for service/repairs around 7-8 times for the brakes. Brake pedal was sticking and grinding. Brakes were making a very loud squealing noise no matter the weather or driving conditions.
- they ended up replacing the brakes THREE TIMES, keeping in mind I have had this car for less than 7 months at that time.
- once we finally fixed the brakes, or so it seems, now the check engine light is on and I'm waiting for parts to be ordered so they can repair this issue as well.
Almost every time when I brought it in for repairs it was a struggle for me to get a loaner car that they advertised like no tomorrow during the sale process. It was either they didn't have one for me, or they gave it away to another customer 5 minutes before I walked in to drop off the car (which is doubtful), etc. Imagine going in at 7am to drop off your car to get repaired for the same issue 5 times, and realizing you have to find another way to get to work for the few days they need to keep the car there.
It wasn't until after I escalated the issue to the manager that I discovered the loaner car program is only if they're available, which is not something the sales rep or finance manager told me at the time of sale.

Car Servicing

I bought my Smart Car with Star (and the sales person was excellent) and because it was close to my work continued my maintenance with them. The service at Star Motors is TERRIBLE. I haven't been that frustrated or irritated in a long time. I had to have open arguments with them due to the shoddy service. I have since moved to the US and have my car serviced here now and the difference is shocking. US Smart Car dealers, at least here in Colorado, know how to treat you right. Shame on you Star Motors.

Exceptional customer service that lives up to what one would expect from the Mercedes brand. The staff do an excellent job at relaying the image along with the accomplished work. That’s not to say that there were no hiccups along the way in terms of delivery, but what’s paramount was them taking ownership and accountability of the issue while taking charge to immediately have it resolved. The staff are quite cheerful as usual and are quite knowledgeable about the vehicles and the automotive industry in general. They’re also frank about the terms and conditions stipulated in the different contracts that one might decide on participating in (i.e. lease, finance, warranty etc.). I am a repeat customer (on my third car now; two of them new and one used) as I can easily attribute that to their superb customer service and service plans, needless to say their wonderful staff. I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with Mr. Kass Moussa for my recent purchase of a used vehicle and was offered an excellent warranty package that pretty much gave it the coverage that new vehicles would have. I’ve gone back and recommended him to many of my friends and colleagues with a few of them ending up purchasing vehicles from Mercedes through him. I can attest through my own personal experiences as well as those of my friends’ whom purchased their vehicles from Mercedes STAR Motors of Ottawa of how quick and ‘no questions asked’ attitude the staff had towards us as their customers when it came to warranty related issues. Reading through some of the negative comments on here leaves me to wonder if some think money makes people or builds their character … or their spelling for that matter. Mercedes is about class, finesse and taste which cannot be bought by money nor instilled in a person through the use of money. My personal recommendation to all is to speak directly to one of the staff members if you have any issues; namely the Manager of the Service Dept. Mr. Vince if it’s related to service or the sales consultants namely Mr. Kass Moussa or Mr. Adam Assiri for mainly their certified used cars or the manager of sales Mr. John Malcolm for any other questions.
