During a recent visit to this Mercedes dealership, our group was disheartened to witness a series of unprofessional and dishonest practices. Upon entering the shop, we discovered that it was unstaffed, which required us to actively search for a sales representative. After expressing our interest in several vehicles, we were eager to take them for a test drive. However, our experience took a turn for the worse when the sales staff took our car keys and registration documents without our consent, and handed them over to their manager while we were still on the test drive.

This behavior not only showcases a lack of communication and respect for our personal property, but also suggests that the dealership is willing to engage in dishonest practices to make a sale. Such conduct is highly unprofessional and unethical, particularly for a dealership affiliated with a prestigious brand like Mercedes. It also raises concerns about the dealership's management practices, as these kinds of issues could easily be avoided with proper training and oversight.

It is unacceptable for a dealership to treat its customers in such a disrespectful and dishonest manner. As consumers, we expect to be treated with transparency, honesty, and respect, especially when making a significant investment like purchasing a car. It is our hope that this dealership takes steps to address these issues and improve its customer service practices, in order to avoid alienating potential customers and damaging the reputation of the Mercedes brand.

Well I dropped my car off it sat for three days, whenever i would call they would say they'd call me back with updates (they never did) and after numerous phone calls they finally sent someone out to "to run a diagnostic scan". I was told I'd receive a call back again never heard from them until I called, Bruce mentioned they don't have a wiring diagram for my car and that they cannot scan my vehicle however with no answers they still weren't shy with charging me labor for their "efforts" oh and I almost forgot had to have my car towed off their lot. Absolutely terrible customer service I would not buy a vehicle from them especially after finding out about their terrible service.

Anthony was a great salesman, I made an appointment to test drive the GLC300, he gave me a very detailed introduction to the features and functions of the car and my test drive experience was great, I love the GLC, even though I already own a nice car, I will consider the GLC for my next car when the 2023 model arrives!

The personnel didn’t check brakes during annual service. In their report they mentioned 8 mm thickness, but after few days I did a safety inspection, where inspector told me just 3mm. Newer do service in Mercedes.

Have been trying to get thru to order a part for my car. Parts Department phones go to a Cisco automated operator and when you make a selection you get cut off. My 4th attempt I told reception and she said she would try a direct line it went to voice mail and then dead. My last attempt was 6 days ago via you website. Still no response so tomorrow I will call Moncton.

I have a brand new Benz GLB and we’re visiting from Ottawa. My car started making loud noises over bumps on the way to Halifax and I called them to try and get my car in to make sure it’s safe to drive back to Ottawa. No big deal right? They can’t take me FOR A MONTH. Now I’m at a licensed mechanics who’s asking me why I can’t go to Mercedes? Why should I have to pay when I have a brand new car. That it should be under warranty. Well I’m basically SOL wishing to god I bought any other brand. They sell way more cars than they are able to deal with and service. this is an obvious issue across the board

You can easily tell O'Regan's Mercedes-Benz Halifax is the pride of Atlantic Canada & I love the fact that O'Regan's Automotive was started here in NS, we are supporting Local. My Wife recently bought a new 2022 our second vehicle here in the last couple years. It is true the Sales people here make you feel part of the team , but really it happens to be the Service Department Experience that stands apart and was key to us shopping here again and giving 5 star rating & telling or friends, hey we bought a Mercedes - so can you. Dealership broke my key fob while working on the car: There is even literally a part from the keys circuit board missing.
Complete denial of responsibility.

I raised the issue with the manager: nothing.

But they do recommend I should order a new key fob from them. For $1,500.

So if you think about buying a Mercedes: Keep in mind that for some issues you have to go the dealership. And there is only this one in Nova Scotia. No way out.

What a fast and easy experience! I'm sure not many people review their parts buying experience, but I have to share.

I happened to speak with Gordon, the General Manager who put me in touch with Randy Bennett in Parts. I gave Randy a VIN#, some pictures and details of what I needed, and within days the parts were delivered to me in the Annapolis Valley. Other aftermarket parts places in the Valley couldn't guarantee when parts would arrive due to supply issues (you know, COVID and all), and none could get OEM parts. I was a Pre-Owned Sales Manager @ Performance Mercedes in Ontario for 10yrs before moving to NS, and for certain parts, you don't want to mess around with aftermarket parts, especially when OEM isn't much more...or is WAY cheaper.

From the aftermarket guys I was quoted between $300-$2000(!) for an aftermarket RF CV boot as they didn't have a clue what they were doing. For some quotes the parts included the whole axle along with the boot, but Randy knew all I needed was a CV Boot kit, which even though it was OEM, it was less expensive than the cheapest aftermarket CV Boot. I ended up spending another $1000 with Randy, and it was well worth it!

Amazing! I would highly recommend speaking with the pro's - Gordon, Randy and the team at O'Regan's!

Booked service to have fuel injectors replaced in my 06 sprinter, I had to drive 2 hours to drop it off for the work, a short time later they called and said they don't have the tool they need to pull the injectors and need to order it from Germany and they broke a hose by accident and needed to order a new one from Toronto, leaving me stranded in Halifax until the new hose comes in.

I love my C300 wagon, however I am shockingly disappointed with the service I've received. My tires were low, with one down to 20lbs, but knowing my service was due, I waited. I paid $480 for a Schedule A service and got home to the tire inflation light. Clearly parts of the service were ignored. Evidently, I've paid $500 for an oil change and a dust filter. By the way, what kind of dust filter needs to be replaced after 18,000k?

My dear old mother had purchased a certified owned still with warranty. 3 months later, she took it in for service recall, only to be told it would cost her an extra 890+tax out of pocket for an additional part. Service manager; Ken R. was extremely unprofessional and condescending to her over the phone and flat-out refused the parts were not covered under warranty coverage. Unconvinced, I reported this to MB Canada, who confirmed this is not the case. Refusing to deal with these clowns again, I ended up taking the car to my dealer in Moncton, who gladly did all the work at no cost.

I have never, ever experienced such bad service. Every smallest auto shop I used had better service. It's a disgrace for Mercedes. They only get away with it, because they are the onliest Mercedes dealership in the province.
