Be careful when buying any demo or used cars from them especially if you do not live in Calgary. Their customer service is beyond lackluster towards those not currently residing within the city.  I paid $41,282 to buy a 2020 BENZ GlA 250 demo car from them on July 7th 2020 and I live in Toronto. Firstly they told me the car would be delivered to a Mercedes(MB) dealership near my home however my car was actually delivered to a random parking lot over 50 KM from my house. When I went there to pick up my car, I found many scuffs and scratches on the car’s body and a lot of dirty brake dust in all four rims. I contacted sales immediately on the same day and he told me I can claim a reimbursement of my vehicle from the vehicle relocation company. Then I tried to claim it from a vehicle relocation company and received their inspection report with signatures from MB staff in MB Calgary stating that they too have noticed these problems when checking over my car. That means MB Calgary knew the condition of the vehicle was not up to standards yet still delivered it to me as a new(demo) car. My insurance company checked this car’s record and told me this car is a demo car and charged me the rate as a new car.  However, when I contacted MB Calgary to help me fix my car, they have done nothing to help me.  I have both called and emailed Vehicle inspection report to their customer experience manager and he told me he cannot help and instead redirected me to poo sales. Then I called sales again for help and the department began ignoring my phone number. It looks like they have no customer service after they sold the car to me. The overall experience feels very similar to a scam.

I wish I could have bought a car from Hyatt.

I own 2 Mercedes which I bought through the two dealerships in Edmonton and the experiences were quite painful, it seems like they don't even want to sell you a car. The Edmonton dealerships are low volume dealers and they only want to sell to the highest bidder. I didn't even start negotiating with Hyatt and they already offered me thousands less than the Edmonton dealers.

I'm stuck with a non-AMG CLA because I can't accept the loss from my purchase price in Edmonton for now.

My experience with Hyatt (Rob) has been awesome so far and I will buy my next MB through them.

Most unprofessional dealership
Went in to purchase a used vehicle, spoke to the sales person and he informed me that the vehicle I liked had just arrived 2 days ago and had not gone through inspection. As being really interested in the vehicle, I asked him what happens if I purchase the vehicle before the inspection and the inspection comes back saying there are issues or needs some repairing. His exacts words were "we cannot sell you a vehicle without passing inspection and if required all repairs/ issues will be covered in the price of the vehicle purchased." So I proceeded to purchase the vehicle. I was paying it out completely and gave the full payment and filled out all the paperwork. Within 5 minutes the salesmen comes back and informs me there are a few sensor's that do not work and it will not be covered in my purchase price. So naturally I ask well what if I want it fixed what price would it be, they informed me it would like about $2500 MORE ontop of the agreed price...Long story short with the manager and sales person not willing to negotiate or meet me halfway at all regarding the repairs, I took a refund and left. Definitely will never be going back to that dealership or recommending it to anyone.

Absolutely ridiculous dealership. I've put a deposit on2019 G63 AMG back in 2016, chose the options for it last June with ETA in October 2019. 4 years later and I still don't have it. Back in October I've received a welcome package and black AMG water bottle with congratulations on my new G63 which I didn't receive! I've contacted Justin Edgar, one of the managers and was told that it was a mistake by new staff, even though that was exactly the delivery date of my G- class. After numerous attempts to contact Mercedes Canada I was always told that dealer will reach out to me - half a year later not a single phonecall from them. A week ago I stopped by and spoke to another manager - Mazen, was promised to have an update within two days - no luck. I have a feeling my car was sold to someone else. They are still keeping my deposit after four years. I'm strongly considering lawsuit. Please be aware - this place is really fishy

As a dealership this may be one of the poorest I've been to. As an entertainment centre, this place is rich. Still get a laugh telling people my firsthand experience of the craziness when my buddy tried to test drive a car, having it break down, having the salesman get into a fight with strangers after hitting their vehicle with his door, and then lying to his boss about it. I'd recommend Country Hills for sales and Lonestar for service.

Went in this morning to look at a few vehicles. Spent about 20 minutes looking at two of the vehicles, but noticed you didn’t have the GLS model in your showroom. So I walked all the way from the back to the front of the showroom passing at least 3-4 sales persons desks/office without a single “Hello”. If that’s the kind of service you provide before buying the vehicle, I cannot imagine the “after” sales service.

A service nightmare which was ultimately fixed by Country Hills Mercedes after a year. Will ask you to pay them to throw parts at your warrantied vehicle when they can't identify issues..

Brought in my 2016 C63 (under warranty) for analysis of two issues (12k kms);
1) Transmission fault and slipping. Transmission temperature warning. Engine low oil notification. All of these issues/warnings occurred simultaneously.
2) Squealing coming from rear brakes.

Vehicle spent more than three weeks with the service department in total. Throughout the process the following occurred;
1) Front brakes were replaced for unknown reasons.. Dealer asked me to pay for the rear brakes to be replaced despite having over 50% of pad remaining (later confirmed by Country Hills Mercedes).
2) Transmission valve body replaced, and transmission was updated.
3) Informed that the 'low oil' was a glitch and that I should forget about it?

Upon receiving the vehicle back, two new problems arose;
1) Transmission was hanging from a stop. Sometimes almost stalling when applying the throttle, and leaving the vehicle stranded for upwards of 3-4 seconds in an intersection before engaging in gear.
2) Metallic ringing noise coming from an unidentified location in the vehicle, only when in motion.

Vehicle was brought back for further diagnosis and repair, resulting in;
1) Transmission deemed acceptable?
2) Once again being told to replace the rear brake pads. Still plenty of life, and vehicle system not prompting for replacement. I was told that they could not find the source of the noise... therefore I should pay them to throw parts at my car (which is still very under warranty), until they identify the issue..

At this point I was rather exhausted of not having my vehicle and thought I would try the Country Hills location. Upon picking up the vehicle, there was mud caked inside my car, steering wheel, door, mats, and command. Tools (mechanic stethoscope) sitting in my back seat as well.

A visit to Country Hills Mercedes and they had the car repaired and ready to go, simultaneously they didn't ask me to pay them to throw parts at my warrantied car!
1) Transmission was deemed to be a significant hazard, and that it should not be operated. Tansmission and torque converter were replaced under warranty. No issues to date!
2) Ringing noise was deemed to be the front right strut, which was identified in one day by the Country Hills team. Replaced under warranty and sound gone!

Terrible dealership. I walked in there on a Thursday afternoon walked the entire dealership in a circle, got in and out of 12 vehicles and not even one person said hello. There were at least 6-8 sales people around hiding in there offices or at their desks. I came in a $105k vehicle. Fast forward one week, the exact same thing happened! Horrible service. As I walked out a salesperson walked right by me not to say hello but to light a smoke. Drove to Lone Star from there and immediately greeted at the door by a nice girl (info desk) and she asked if I needed a salesperson or wanted to look around first. She even offered me a water and said welcome to Mercedes. Ended up buying a 100k vehicle that week. If I owned the dealership I would fire the GM based on what I saw and how lazy everyone was.

Dealt with Salesman Jerry Li last week at the dealership and tried to to get a GLS 450. Beginning of the process was already felt pushy. Until the moment that he convinced me to get the vehicle and sell it back to him so that he would able to ship it back to China. He offered me $20000 on top of what I should have paid. It sounded tempting to me but he never told me the risk of doing it ( which might get suited by Mercedes Canada if I ever sell the vehicle to an exporter). After my colleague told me the fact that the possibility of getting into a lawsuit, I rejected the offer and never been back since. The next couple days Jerry kept pushing me to accept this offer. I felt completely annoyed and I would not go back to this dealership again due to their unprofessional work ethic. This should be investigated further by the GM of the store and I will file a complaint to Mercedes Canada to address this issue.

As a mid 20-something buying a car was a rather painful experience. Most days I just wasted my time standing around in other dealerships whilst being ignored by the sales folk. When they would talk to me, it was usually quite condescending and I'd typically just leave onto the next dealer.

The experience at Hyatt was 100x better than the service I received at a dozen other dealerships, Cary immediately came over to me when I entered the showroom and proceed to help me out. I absolutely love dealing with Hyatt. I live closer to Edmonton but will drive to Calgary to avoid using the Edmonton dealers. Purchased the diesel GLK last year and the sales department was nothing short of exceptional. Even a year later, my sales lady will respond to any questions I have right away- and I've had many! The service department is also quick to respond to any of my questions and even helped with information about getting my service done at a non-MB service center. Would highly recommend.
