Loving my 2023 CX-50 from Regina Mazda! Just picked it up last week and can't say enough (but I will try!) It's impressive across the board and definitely the most outstanding of all the Mazdas I've owned. The zircon colour is sharp. Once again Kristy went all out to help me get into an amazing SUV at a great price. I appreciate that everyone there, from sales to service, is authentic in their efforts to provide a genuinely positive experience. Thanks Regina Mazda for taking great care of me once again!
Not necessarily a beef with this company itself but with mazda canada I bought my red 2022 mazda only has 5000k on it and the paint is chipping off at an alarming rate and mazda refuses to take responsibility for it buyer beware
We just purchased a new 2023 Mazda CX-50 from D.K at Regina Mazda and couldn't be more pleased with the service we received. The vehicle was supposed to arrive in October and I was pleasently surprised to receive a call from Kristy the Gereral Manager to let me know she had pulled some strings to get us our new vehicle so much sooner. The whole team was amazing to deal with, we will definitely recommend any or our family or friends to give them a try if your in the market for a new vehicle!

The customer service at Regina mazda is amazing!! From when i financed a car it was explained amazingly and i understood everything i was getting into!! Just finished up with an oil change and they thoroughly told me everything they checked and even gave me a free car wash coupon! Super nice people and understanding. Best dealership experience i'll ever have!
The owner and staff at Regina Mazda really let their customers know that they value them. It is always a good experience going in for the vehicle regular maintenance, which is not always the case at other service centres. Since my first Mazda purchase back in 2014 I have continued to recommend buying Mazda and buying through Regina Mazda!

Once again it was proven that Regina Mazda’s Service Department is completely useless! I have bought my Mazda in 2017 and have been only dealing with Mazda Service department for all my needs since then. Sadly each time that I’ve called on a problem/ inquiry about my car I have been left disappointed in ability of the staff in coming up with a reasonable answer let alone solving the issue.
They are good for general oil check and tire change but when it comes to actual inquiries and issues it’s always all about nonsense excuses.
As much as I like the sales team and appreciate how they do what they are doing; the service department is absolutely missing knowledge and customer service. I hope that Regina Mazda would take more in-depth steps in educating the staff and improving customer experience.
Still remember around two years ago, I had my car serviced there and collected it the next day. When I took the car, I found someone had eaten in my car for there was a bit mess there like a ketchup, the radio was on when car started, the box between the driver seat and passenger seat was open. Anyway, not a big issue, so I drove home. But when I got out of the car, I found a lot of fresh scraches on the car. I went back to the store and complained that some reckless guy in the company used my car, but they dinied it. I called someone in the headquarters and they promised to investigate. Later when I followed up my complaint with the headquarters, someone there told us the branch told them the dispute had been solved. What a lie!!! That is a terrible experience with Regina Mazda.
An absolute pleasure to deal with this business. The General Manager Kristy actually participates in the selling and customer service process, something you rarely find in big city dealerships. Her and Justin Hardy, the Senior Sales Consultant, were able to find me the vehicle that I wanted and got it delivered to their dealership in a timely manner. A task that isn't easy in this industry given the low supply of vital computer parts in factories all across the world right now.
A very satisfying process from the negotiation right until the final delivery and orientation with the vehicle, which they take the time to explain to you in great detail.
Given the quality of their products and the excellence with which they conduct themselves, this will be my dealership of choice for a long time to come.

Great service. Staff are friendly. Owner is present as well, which is nice to see. The owner's sister, who is now retired, was my parents' saleswoman when I was a kid. I was passing through town in my 12yr old Mazda & my power steering died, the team here was very helpful in helping with ruling out any easy & obvious fixes.
They spent quite a bit of time with my car & in the end said the problem was more complicated and would need a proper diagnosis.
I ended up getting the service elsewhere, but I really appreciated their efforts

General Manager Kristy accomplished more for us in 2 hours than Mainway Mazda in Saskatoon has accomplished in 2 weeks. She sold us the warranty we wanted for our pre-owned Mazda for less money, gifted us all season floor mats for our travel and trouble, and sent us to a company that quickly fixed our command start at no cost to us. It felt great to be taken care of after such an awful experience at Mainway Mazda.
Also, staff were friendly and greeted us upon entry, and Covid-19 precautions are taken seriously there.
I would give 10 stars if I could! They were so professional, friendly, patient and informative. They answered all my questions and were so patient with me! Rude salesperson and owner. Came across like we should feel privileged to shop there. They scoffed at me and turned their backs to us. If this was some sort of reverse psychology strategy, it failed. We went across the street and bought a new Toyota that same afternoon.

Chris was an amazing salesman with a great knowledge of his product, he confidently knew every part of the Mazda, I think if he could have talked about it faster he would have! I went in and told him what I was looking for in a car and he showed me exactly what I wanted, no messing around or trying to talk me into something I didn't want or ask for, which was great.

Dropped my car off for a recall they said it was going to take all day but it didn't, at 2 pm it was done, got picked up by the shuttle driver on time and unexpectedly my car was also washed for FREE. Great service
Edit: they also did something to the brakes, before it wasn't responsive, after the service it was responsive thanks for whoever did that

Regina Mazda is the best Mazda/Car dealership in Saskatchewan. We were using them for the last five years. They are professionals and polite and always ready to help. They are ready to assist you with any problem you have and they always solve it fast but professional. No matters the whether or time of the day they are always there for the client and never look tired. And one last thing: they have the best cars!

Great sales and service. My 2015 mazda was totalled in an accident. I called them and set up an appointment to buy another one because I love the car. They did everything to help. Gave me a loaner till my new one was ready. Helped get my old prorated warranty refunded. And made the experience wonderful! The staff is great!
