I went in to the Service Department to have a Mazda 3 Smart Key programmed and the door key cut. Despite the fact I did not speak French they were very kind and helped me promptly. The only problem was I slipped on the icy parking lot and fell flat on my back. Other than that it was a nice experience. Arigato gozaimasu. 😀

Les gens de Sitelle Mazda sont gentils, on ne peut rien leur reprocher.

Toutefois, depuis que je suis sorti du concessionnaire avec ma Mazda 6 2014 (reprise de bail existant en juin 2014), j'ai rarement connu de jours où je ne pouvais rien reprocher à mon véhicule.

Depuis de mon dernier service, je dois appuyer chaque fois que je démarre sur le bouton pour effacer la note pour des pneus non-gonflés, malgré que suite aux recommandations de l'aviseur technique, j'ai appuyé sur le "reset".

Avant, j'ai connu des problèmes de "cruise control", de refus de démarrage en hiver.

Maintenant, c'est mon GPS qui ne fonctionne plus. L'aviseur technique me dit de mettre à jour le logiciel. Je dois me débrouiller avec Tom Tom sur l'internet, pas évident.

L'auto n'est plus capable de se connecter aux satellites GPS, je ne pense pas qu'une mise à jour va changer quoi que ce soit, mais je vais suivre les recommandations.

J'ai acheté la Mazda pour son économie d'essence. C'est vraiment spectaculaire et de ce côté je suis plus que satisfait.

Ce qui m'agace c'est pleins de petits trucs qui demandent que je passe chez le concessionnaire. Là, on va me recevoir avec professionnalisme et sourire. Toutefois, on n'a pas juste ça à faire.

Je voulais juste partager ma frustration pendant que je tente de régler mon bug de GPS.
