After calling and asking for a car, their sellsman Eric, confirmed to me it is available and I reserved it , as i arrived for my appointment the same day, they told me the car was never available, very bad service and treatment, time wasting.

I went there to buy a car. After looking at both new and used vehicles and speaking with a salesman, we found a used CX-3 from 2022 that we liked. From this point, the problems started; first of all, they gave us a price that was a bit too high for our budget, and when we tried to negotiate, the salesman said that for a used vehicle, there is little to no room for negotiation. We did a test drive with the car and left with an initial quote for the vehicle. Before coming back for the second appointment, we shopped around at other dealers, where we found better deals/prices for almost identical vehicles, but because my wife really liked the CX-3 that we saw here at Longueuil, we decided to go back for the second time. When we came back again, we tried to negotiate, and they would keep saying that there is not much that we can do to lower the price, but after we showed the quotes we got from the other dealerships for the same car, they changed their attitude and started to negotiate. We settled on a lower price with winter tires at 400$ (the car came with summer tires installed). Before leaving, we noticed that there was a big scratch on the rear bumper and the paint was missing in a few places. After bringing this issue up to the salesman, he said that it's not a big problem and the service department can fix it before we take the car. We left planning to come back a third time to sign the contract and take the car, and when we got there for what we thought would be the final time, everyone tried to rush us into signing the contract, not giving us any time to read the contract or review the details. They got very rude and defensive every time we had a question, and when we noticed that the paint is still chipped and not fixed, the salesman that was with us at that time said that he was not informed by the previous salesman about this issue and that the manager is not there, so he had no one to talk to about how this should be fixed/handled. When my wife asked if she could keep the old plate from the car that we used as the trade-in (only as a memory, not to actually be installed on the new car), he said that we can keep it, no problem. And then proceeded to disappear without bringing the old license plate, which we later found left on the ground next to our old car. The winter tires that we got after negotiating were installed on the car, but the old summer tires that we were supposed to receive also were missing, and now we had no one to talk to as the old salesman was not there that day, the new salesman that was with us during the signing of the contract disappeared, and the manager was at home. Finally, after my wife had enough and started crying because no one would help us and we did not want to take the car anymore, the front desk girl (who was very kind and helpful) managed to find and bring us to speak with the sales manager for new cars. We told her about everything that happened, and she also said that it's not ok how we were treated. After she did a non-conformance report and assured us that she will talk with the used vehicles manager when he gets back. Finally, after a few days and a couple of phone calls, we finally got our summer tires, but the paint issues were still not fixed after a month. Every time I call and ask about it, they say they will try to make an appointment at the service department for us and call back, but no one calls back. The problems do not end here; on the day we got the car, after we got home, we realized that the registration for the car that we bought was not the right one; they gave us the wrong registration for a different car. Again I had to call to try to explain what happened and get them to send me the right paper. Also, the second key for the vehicle is missing; the salesman claims that he has no idea what happened with the second key; maybe the previous owner did not return it, or maybe they misplaced it; they don't even know.
Overall, it really was a bad experience; most people were rude and tried to rush us into buying a vehicle. I really do not recommend it.

I recently contacted [Mazda Longueuil ] regarding [vehicle inspection ]. Unfortunately, my experience with the customer service representative was disappointing.
She Refused to provide her name despite my request.
2. Displayed a rude and careless attitude.
3. Failed to address my concerns in a timely and professional manner.
I expect a higher level of service from [Mazda Longueuil ]. As a customer, I deserve respect, transparency, and accountability.

This place is full of arrogant people, woman called Maud Beaudoin and man called Matthew. if you speak english only, they will humiliate you all the way. They wrote down my name wrong on certificate ( because it’s uncommon name in quebec , not his mistake Matthew said) and my car model name wrong ( Versa instead of sentra ) .All I aksed them was to help me so i don’t have wrong information in government system and i needed it to register my car in quebec but they did not provide me correct certificate and suggested it’s my “demand” for correction so i have to call agent which i did.they still did not provide me correct certificate for inspection.i had spend money and time to get another car inspection. Imagine. Forget about tiny apology for all trouble and make u upset but They were incredibly rude, angry and unapologetic. Just makes u scared in this province with this attitude of people. Avoid this place for ur mental peace.
Great service until you face issues. Tire pressure sensor died after a year after purchase of the vehicle. Refused to be changed under warranty - sensor warranty is void if changed tires elsewhere. Had a flat tire and fixed it somewhere? Warranty void. Have they inspected the sensor? No. It's hard for them to detach the tire and inspect the sensor. Just pay $170 for new one, fix flat tire/change tires and void the warranty again. Mazda will apologize, void the warranty, rip you off and will wish you a great day

The sales representative was very nice, professional and friendly. Company not to be trusted when buy other model of cars that are not Mazda. They promised to fix and clean inside the car but when I took the car back they tried to trick me that car was ready but the agreement we had before I took the car to bring back for somethings to be fixed is not the same when I finally took it back. DO NOT TRUST MANAGERS WORD. I am not happy with the company as it's not trust worthy. Make sure everything that needs to be done when buying your car is properly done before you pick up your car after purchase.

Booked an appointment for a mechanical inspection. Not only was I given the wrong date for the appointment over the phone that later did not match the text confirmation I got, the client’s Chinese name was so horribly misspelled, both first and last name, that I honestly have a hard time believing it wasn’t some kind of intentional act. Will be going elsewhere for the car inspection. Extremely unprofessional.

Run away, run far far away!! I admit my experience started off well. Charles, you are nice and did quite well. The manager of the used car department agreed to change the breaks ( they were quite bad) and when I picked up the car the oil was changed and the gas tank was full! Unfortunately things are down hill from there. The SAAQ crashed when they tried to transfer my plate. Not a problem, not their fault. So they issued me a receipt for the transfer, and because the accounting department was closed they promised to courrier a cheque to cover the transfer. They never courriered the cheque. 2 different people promised and nothing. They ended up handing it to me when I brought my car in for repairs the second week of driving it. My engine light popped on at the end of my first week. The thermostat needs to be changed. My reverse camera never worked so my husband looked to see if a wire was loose and found out that someone fiddled around with the wires. Some were cut and others were breaking. My reverse light, on the right side wasn't working either, nor was the right plate light. I have owned the car for 5 weeks, drove it for 1 and it's still not fixed. They claim to be waiting on the thermostat. According to an outside source, there is no wait time on these parts, they are quite easy to get a hold of. When I went to the SAAQ for the transfer, the VIN number on the receipt was wrong, so I had to go back. Then, with my contract in hand and the proper VIN they tell me the cheque is short!
Ya, ok, I have a loaner car, but it has still been 4 weeks!! My husband asked to speak to the manager, he was no where to be found. He left a message. Still waiting for a call back! Every time we call it seems no one is taking responsibility. The garage says they made the request to the parts department and now it's on them. Did they even order the parts?? I don't know, no one will verify.

Bought a CX-5 in August 2022 and we were told that we were eligible for a 400$ discount on the car as part of their new graduate promotion. All we had to do is come back to the dealership with an official transcript so they could verify I graduated. Came back a week or two after purchasing the car with the transcript and was told everything would be taken care of.
A month went by and nothing, so we called back to see if there was any updates, they said they'd have to check internally and then they would call back. No problem.
2 more weeks go by, we call them and nobody seems to know if a request was even sent in. They said they would get back to us within a couple of days because the person who could help sort this out was out of office. No problem.
October comes and we call them back, they put us in touch with the person who was supposed to be able to help, and she says all we need to do is sign a form that she will send us and then she can submit the request in their system. Perfect!
We get the form, and just above where it's asking for our signature, it says: I recognize that we have received the 400$. I call back and tell them I haven't received the 400$, why would I sign this? They kept insisting I needed to sign, otherwise there's nothing they can do. Fine, signed it and sent it back to them October 12th 2022.
Waited all the way until today, January 5th 2023, to call back. I tell the receptionist we want to check the status of a request sent out for the "New Graduate Incentive Program". Puts me on hold right away to go ask someone. Keep in mind I didn't give them a name or any personal information. She comes back 2 minutes later and says "Oh it will come soon, it is with Mazda Canada and there might just be some delays because of the holidays". I asked "How could you have checked my status request if you don't have my name or anything?" "uhhh..."
So anyways, they told me to keep waiting... It's been just under 5 months...
In addition to all this, we bought the car with an initial salesperson who was no working there at the time when we picked up the car. This is fine, but it would have been nice to have a new designated point of contact in case we had questions. In some way, the person who took care of us during the pick up was a bit the new point of contact, but when we started calling back for the 400$, she was also not working there anymore. As our last point of contact, we called the director of sales who was listed on our purchasing agreement and to our surprise, she no longer worked there as well... I understand that personnel changes are very common right now, but at least it would have been nice to have them dedicate one person for us to contact, instead of us talking to the 3-5 different people throughout all this back and forth.
Good service, professional yet friendly! Went for a new CX-5; we got all the info we needed! Jaelle was sweet and accommodating. Didn’t why at Mazda but I would return there if need be.
