We were out car shopping the other day and our choices came down to a toyota rav 4 and the mazda cx5 due to family vehicle space. Went to toyota first and had hands down great service. Them we came to elite mazda.....both my wife and i drive mazda 3s so out the gate mazda is ahead. But then we meet Pierre Lepine salesman. Came off extremely arrogant and with an very old school salesman vibe. Big turn off. We love the cx5 but due to this salesman and his attitude they lost our buisness that day, even after being owners of 4 mazda vehicles the service is what made me buy elsewhere. Didint even get to negotiating on the price and was out the door.
Elite was by far the best customer services I've received from a dealership. All around great experience as soon you walk in the door, great sales team as well as back office team... and nice cars to go with it..
Horrible service and many mistakes occurred in the delivery of my first rental. When I returned the vehicle after the lease was over, I decided to give them another chance because they had a new organization in place. Bad decision. I strongly disrecommend this dealership.
Great service. My car had a problem and they fixed it and they did all the paperwork for the warranty, even though I was not from the area and did not initially bought the car from them. Great team!

Horrible experience! After being assured by Richard that the car I was buying passed Ontario safety checks and the brakes were replaced, my mechanic confirmed otherwise! In fact, there were several things wrong with it.
They had also promised delivery to my mechanic but then said they didn't have the time. When I went there with a cab driver to get it, they made me and the driver wait 45 minutes despite having an appointment. I ended up paying 260 in mechanics and taxi charges to find out they were lying all along!!!
Worst dealership ever!!! Worst customer service!! Stay away!! We looked at a vehicle, agreed on a price with Alex and the dealership, then they gave us the complete run around, and never returned our calls! Mark in finance kept giving ridiculous excuses about the process! We left several messages including one for the dealership manager. We know they sold the vehicle to someone else!!They are a complete joke! I've never witnessed worse customer service! Stay away!!
I meet with Andrew, he is the computer guy there, what a knowledgeable guy on cars, polite nice and beyong helpfull. A must meet person there.
Our previous car was a Subaru and when it was written off in an accident we narrowed down the selection to two cars, the Crosstrek & Mazda CX3. After driving the CX3 and visiting both dealerships the choose was abundantly clear. The CX3 was just incredibly more comfortable to sit in and handled flawlessly. Richard was great to deal with, didn't waste our time or talk down to us and Mark made the logistics convenient and quick. Our car was ready on time, prepped and the shopping experience from start to finish was as polished as the paint job.
I had a good experience negotiating with Stephane for a lease on CX-5. After we agreed on a deal and they took a deposit, Mark from financial department declined my application for questionable reasons and suggested I buy instead of leasing. When I said I was not interested, he ghosted me, and I had to chase them to get back my deposit. Unprofessional.
Edit: they knew my 2 phone numbers and email, and I did not notice any attempts to contact me. I left them 2 voicemails minimum. At the end, I had to come in person to ask for my money, and received no apology then.

The sales rep got us a great deal on our new car, everyone was really friendly and helpful, there was never any point where we were pressured into anything additional that we didn't want. Just an overall relaxing, enjoyable experience (which was surprising as I thought this whole process would be quite stressful). And a great bonus to have all the additional services there such as the gym, hair salon, kids play area and drinks/food. I have been to a few different dealerships, and this is by far the nicest one. It really shows that they pride themselves on their customer service. Thank you for our wonderful experience!

Incompetent salesmen.. I specifically emailed and called to confirm a car I was interested in was free of any accidents and had no physical damage - I was reassured no to both. After 2h drive to the dealership, to my surprise, the same car was involved in 2 accidents and had numerous scratches and dents..

I had a very good experience. I was greeted immediatly. My car was taken in right away. The services required were explained. I was given an estimated time frame and excorted to the lounge area. In a shorter amounted time than estimated my car was ready..I was pleasantly surprised. I would recommended this service center to others.

Had an emergency repair required for our sons Mazda 3 in Ottawa while he was at school. Most other dealership parts departments are closed in Saturday’s which is rediculous. I called and was out through to Eric in Parts and was delighted by his professional service and care and concern. He took the time to listen and find a solution. Very easy to deal with and efficient. Thank you Eric for helping get him back on the road. A+++ dealership.

I've been using Mazda Elite exclusively as my mechanic for the past 3 years and found that they were sooo incredibly accommodating and helpful, they would answer any and all questions that I could possibly come up with. That being said I had to get a new car this past week and I wanted to get a Mazda solely because I appreciate the service centre to the extent that I didn't want to go anywhere else. My experience shopping for a car was fine, I'd been eyeing the mazda3 for awhile now so I was fairly familiar with everything and just had to work out the negotiations and perks! Financing came through and I get my new car tomorrow! The service centre staff is really what sells this dealership but our salesman was good and worked hard for his sale!
First visit to Elite Mazda this date. Received excellent service. Personnel were pleasant and appeared knowledgeable. Will definately return in future.
