J'ai fait confiance à ce garage, je leur ai demandé pour un rack à vélo sur le toit pour 4 vélos et c'était toujours aucun problème! Jamais eu moyen d'avoir le modèle, les dimensions ou quoi que ce soit comme détail de leur rack. J'aurais du me méfier à ce moment.
Une fois le jour venu, et 700$ plus tard évidement, rien fit avec ce foutu rack et en prime je peu fitter 2 vélos mais pas plus. Aucunement ce que je recherchais pour ma famille. En plus ils ont scratché ma toiture pendant l'installation, un char neuf de l'année passé.
Je suis un client de longue date de ce garage et ma confiance ma coûté cher. Ne faites aucunement confiance en ces gens. Aucun moyen de retour du rack! Débrouille toi avec ton problème "cher client".
Je ne retournerai plus jamais à ce garage, je ferai mon entretiens au mazda de st-jean-sur-richelieu désormais. La je dois commencer les démarches avec Mazda Canada.
Voila la "qualité" offert par ce garage. Bien triste. Évitez à tout prix (ca va vous sauver au moins 700$).

I went there tonight to check out a CX-5 as a plan B and ended buying it on the spot. The salesman was so nice and helpful! Very professional and gave an awesome service! Service was not good at all worst service ever. you have to go through so many administrative people before you can purchase a car. I bought a 14000 dollar car which broke 3 days later and because I got it fixed at midas, mazda chambly wont reimburse me, the car broke 3 days later ridiculous. It was under a 30 day guarantee. Where I work which is in chambly I will let all my co workers know which is about 500 eployees know how they treat you once you give them your money. All mazda chambly see, are only dollar signs and not actual people. I would rate my experience as a 0.

First of do not buy a car from they are crooks. They make promises and get you to sign and change the deal you made. Then they will threatened you with canceling the deal after the finance in place and finance guy makes too many mistakes. My truck was suppose have a oil change before I pick up it was not done had to complain then wait for oil change to be done. Wasting my time. They are racist against anybody who speak English. So do not buy from them.

I bought my Mazda 3 (my first Mazda) from Barnabe Mazda in St Jean. I was sold the car from Daniel who has since moved to Chambly Mazda. The guy was very honest and straight forward with me. And if he couldn't answer a question I had, he wouldn't try to cover it, he would actually go find the answer and show me which I really appreciated.
I have bought a few different cars over the years but have never dealt with a salesman as good as Daniel. I will be recommending anyone I know who is looking to buy a car, to go see him.

Cela arrive à ma conjointe en ce moment. Quand faut payer pour le service, cela ne prend pas de temps à nous faire servir. Par contre, quand vient le temps d'honorer la garantie, le directeur et le service ne retournent jamais les appels. Donc, il y a un grand manque de professionnalisme et de communication dans ce concessionnaire.
