I came into this location upon a belt snapping on the 400 and a light going off. I was on a long road trip with my sister and cat and our AC stopped working. My cat was over heating and desperately needing AC. I cannot say enough positive things about their service department and their accompanying me and my cat. They even brought an extra chair so my cat didn’t have to sit in the dirty floor when the work was being done. Ever so often they checked on us and were speedy and good communication of the work that needed to be done without being pushy or trying to talk me into services. Soon enough my AC was running and my car fixed. THANK YOU Mazda for the amazing customer service, even in a pandemic.

Walked in to test drive the CX-5 on Friday, drove off with a new 2020 on Monday! The Product Specialist, Albert, and Sales Manager, Henry, were both great. Highly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely wanted to make me happy. Maple Mazda was going to be my first stop for a quote but ended up being the only one. On delivery the car was exactly as described and expected. I'm already considering a second vehicle for next year!

Recently purchased a used car from them: 1) The gas tank was rusted on top and leaking gas, we found it after purchasing by following a faint gas smell. The top of the gas tank is NOT part of the 30 point inspection. Since it was caught early, they replaced it free of charge. 2)The infotainment system was outdated and kept ejecting our devices. I'm not sure why it wasn't upgraded to the latest version before we purchased it. We had to upgrade it ourselves.3) The car was sold with summer tires and winter tires. The included winter tires was one of the selling points for us. When putting on the winter tires our mechanic told us the rubber was so old on the 4 winter tires that they could not be used, they should not have been sold. Mazda offered us a small discount to buy 4 brand new tires (an added cost) but no refund. 4) 2 of our injectors had to be replaced within 2 months of purchase. Mazda split the cost with us after we caused a significant fuss.
That was our experience.
My advice would be to use another dealership if you want a Mazda. The car is great, but this dealership is disorganized. I was just trying to wrap up the end of my lease and it was a mess. I was transferred to people in wrong departments, sales people I spoke with promised/told me things that their manager said they weren't allowed to give me, I was told to come in for an additional inspection which they ended up telling me I didn't actually need after I took the morning off work, they also quoted me a new monthly lease rate and then promptly increased it by almost $80 just days before my lease end (I was told that Mazda just changed its strategy to become a "luxury brand" - hence the price increase). No thank you. Off to lease from someone else.
What an experience!!! I visited other dealerships recently in search of my new vehicle and Maple Mazda was by far exceptional. I walked in late in the evening (almost closing) , and was promptly greeted and assisted by Wyatt and Bill. They earned my purchase with their customer care and upfront honesty. I was very pleased purchasing my new Mazda 6 from his dealership. I had a small issue with a scratch and they looked at the issue and resolved the problem replacing the part while making sure I was happy with the whole process. Wyatt (sales person) was very friendly and made sure everything was handled on time and that I was pleased with the service he provided.

I never write reviews. That just shows how good Wyatt is. If you need a car, come to Maple Mazda and ask for Wyatt. If he's busy, wait for him. Trust me, he's worth it! He takes care of you from the moment you enter the store and after you are done purchasing the vehicle.
He asked what my budget was and instead of trying to oversell me on a vehicle, he went below my budget. He saw that my partner and I were nervous about buying our first car and gave us time to think about our choices. He never pressured us into buying anything. He could have taken advantage of us and sold us the car that cost more, but instead he took the time to understand what we wanted and showed us a car that suited our needs. No other car salesmen would sell a lower priced car when we mentioned a higher budget. It was the best experience that we had received.
Bill was a sweetheart too. He never pushed me to buy warranty for my car but went through what all the warranty would cover. I would come back to Maple Mazda for Wyatt and Bill. Maple Mazda all the way!

Purchased with Ian, who did a good job and without pressure. The sales process was smooth enough although Bill was somewhat too persistent. The car preparation was OK, however the door hinges have not been lubricated and the service manager didn't seem to be very knowledgeable. Subsequent service visit because of the electric problem has proved that the service manager (Bruno) wasn't really knowledgeable. He tried to put the problem as a normal feature. However, after I had insisted, young mechanics have identified the problem and fixed it. I'll see how it goes with service at this dealership.

Had a blast hanging out at the dealership they welcomed you with open arms and big smiles, and at time we forgot that where at a dealership felt really relaxed as if we where at home just having fun, playing games, an talking about everyday things, laughing and joking around its an EXPERIENCE we will never forget. Frank Chow (A.K.A Uncle Frank) was EXCELLENT really knowable about the Mazda lineup an EXPERT of all EXPERTS and LISTENED to our needs and wants witch made it even more pleasant to work with. My experience at Maple Mazda was an amazing one. When there make sure to see Sakfan Esso and Paul Joseph. The employees were very helpful, extremely friendly and showed great customer service skills. The work done there was exceptional! Over all experience was one of a lifetime! Based on the employees friendliness and helpfulness alone i would recommend to anyone that if they were buying a Mazda or looking for a car period, definitely go to Maple Mazda. Maple Mazda is the place to go to get a Mazda with a side order of a terrific experience. As a first time car buyer they definitely left a great first impression on me.
