Really? Are all these reviewers that naive that they think they got a good deal? The dealership and its sales people are only concerned with how much money they can take from you and not concerned about honestly and respectfully negotiating anything. Also unless you sign and give a credit card with a deposit (that they will keep) you are out of luck with them. Plus don't expect them to get back to you or answer any questions unless they see the money!!
The dealership’s sales people are truly only concerned with one thing - making money rather than making the customer’s buying experience a positive one. They are too busy to answer any questions or provide support unless you agree to buy from them! The idea of friendly, informative and helpful sales people is nothing more than an illusion. Be warned stay away. If you want an honest dealer this is not the one to go to.

Great customer service and Husain cheval the sales person who helped me take a test drive and make a final decision. Highly recommend getting a vehicle from this dealership. Had to wait a tad bit longer than usual time taken to get a new car and walk out the door, but i would still like to give a 5 star rating for helping me get the vehicle within a week after placing the order !!

My salesperson Almiy was very professional and never felt pushed into anything, which is ultimately the feeling one expects after hearing so many horror stories. As a first time car buyer I must say I prepared for the worst and it couldn't have gone any better.
I test drove a Mazda Mazda3 GT sport in October. The cost was outside my budget. the manager Joe, was very accommodating and straightforward I believe he is still looking for a car that has the features I want at a price I can afford, even though I cannot buy until January. Usually I hate talking to car salesman, but I felt Joe was working with me all the way.
I dropped by Yorkdale Dufferin Mazda to get a quote for a new Mazda so I can compare it to those from other dealerships and it ended up buying my new car here. Here is why: Amazing customer service was provided by Abraham, Anton and also finance manager, I got a great deal on my trade-in and also new car, I never felt being pushed to make any decisions (which is very common for many dealerships). It was a fair, honest and professional negotiating process and I'm super happy with my purchase. Anton assisted with the whole after-sale process and was always on the top of everything. I had an incredible experience purchasing a new car at Yorkdale Dufferin Mazda. Anton and Abraham were both friendly, helpful and knowledgable. I really took my time looking for a vehicle, and I chose to purchase from them because they provided the best experience by far. I never felt rushed, they took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns fully. Anton was very knowledgable and walked me through the car, showing me many parts of the vehicle other dealerships had neglected to. Great buying experience here. Haris was a friendly and approachable staff member and helped me pick out the correct car for myself without overselling. Ended up with a great looking car for a good price.
Haris Khan made the whole process of buying my first car easy and painless. He answered all my questions quickly and patiently and was extremely responsive to queries between visits. He made something I was stressed about stress free and for that I am extremely grateful, not to mention very excited and satisfied with my new ride!
I am in my mid-30's and haven't driven or owned a car for more than a decade. Darren was my sales associate and was extremely patient, positive and constructive when answering my questions and giving me advice. Some folks in other car company dealerships clearly tried to take advantage of my inexperience - but Darren was the exact opposite. He went out of his way to get me the terms that I was looking for and gave me a ton of helpful tips that went way beyond what I would expect from a sales associate. I am extremely satisfied and hope to return to do more business with him in a few years when my lease expires. The overall feel of the dealership and the culture of staff and management is very professional and pleasant. A great and completely satisfactory experience.
In summary - this must be one of the worst dealerships around in Canada. Even if you do decide to deal with them, stay away from the salesperson named Juan Paul (or JP for short). He is basically a conman in a suit, who will sweet talk his way into selling you something, and once his job is done, he will not answer your calls, keep you waiting for him at the dealership for hours at a time without any remorse. The service personnel, although a bit more professional, promise quick service and yet do not live up to them.
In short, if you decide to go for a Mazda, visit any of the other dealerships like Toronto Mazda or Gyro Mazda, never this one.
J.P. was my salesman and I really liked him. Although it was my first time to go in a dealership for a car, thanks to his gentle and friendly manner I could enjoy car shopping. He explained every detail of my car and the policy, and took care of me all the time even though he was quite busy.
The dealership itself is also quite good, a lot of good quality Mazda cars, and the service is amazing. If someone sees my comment here, I would recommend to go find J.P.!

I got my first car here at Yorkdale Dufferin Mazda from JP Hernandez, one of the wonderful salesmen at the dealership. Not only did he demonstrate specific functionalities of the Mazda 3 I was hoping to buy, but he built a strong relationship with me and my father which made us comfortable with moving forward with Mazda.
He was delightful to coordinate with and was extremely patient with us when I had to make some last minute changes to my lease. I was always told that getting a car was very tedious and time-consuming but JP undoubtedly made the entire experience seamless and quick for my family and I.

This was a straightforward, no hassles, experience for us, buying a new Mazda 3. I'd caution anyone against getting their car serviced here. After an oil change, I was told that I had to get nearly $1000 in repairs. The service staff told me it would be dangerous for me not to get the repairs. I didn't have time to get the service done and I didn't trust what I was being told. I took my car elsewhere for a second opinion and was advised that there was nothing in need of repair. Can't say for sure, but it seems like Yorkdale Dufferin Mazda tried to take advantage of me because they thought I wouldn't know any better.

June 17, 2019... Quick update on my experience at Yorkdale Dufferin Mazda. I had annual service appointment at 12:00. Arrived at 11:54 at the service desk, surrendered my key and signed work order. I was told that service would take about 2 hours. About 1.5 hours after, I walked around ans saw my car at the exact same spot. After I inquired about my service completion, I realized that something was not right. After about 10 minutes Service Representative (First initial G.) came to me with car keys and work order in hands. Apparently they forgot to service my car for the time I was waiting (somebody made a mistake). I took my key, surrendered 10% off card I had with them and left this dealership for good. From 5 stars to 1 star. If you do not mind hanging out in their dealership watching TV, it is definitely the place to go.

I purchased my car here in 2009 and I'm happy I did. I went to a couple of other dealers for service but I always had a bad experience. Over here they cared for me in the right way. I always get proactive calls from them with offers and service reminders.
Whatever other dealers were unable to fix in multiple visits these guys fixed in a day.
I also love the personalized service I get. The service guys know my name. They're always very friendly and respectful.
If my next car is a Mazda I will buy it from here.
