The salesperson was not professional. He took off his mask twice, stating... "oh you're comfortable, oh ya" and proceeded to REMOVE HIS MASK. (TWICE). Furthermore he lacked basic knowledge about the cars he's trying to sell. He looked up the differences between the models online and read the features aloud. I could have done that myself. Covid is still a thing. Can the dealership reinforce the mask on at all times rule?

After looking to lease a new vehicle at numerous dealerships I decided to go with the 2020 Mazda CX-30.
My dealings were with a gentleman named Niki Figliano... He made it very clear from the get go that he was a veteran in the industry and was very helpful in answering all my inquiries( there were many). Also, everyone from the receptionist to business manager were pleasant to deal with.
The whole process, from start to finish, was handled with tact and integrity... IMO, something that is currently lacking in the retail industry.
Thank you once again Westowne Mazda and I'm sure moving forward, this will be the start of great experience. BTW... the CX-30 Is by far the best I've seen in this segment of compact SUVs.
5 Stars all the way and would definitely recommend Westowne mazda to anyone in the market for a Mazda.

My first visit to this dealership was enjoyable, and I was so excited to be shopping for my first car. Unfortunately, when it came to signing paperwork and completing the lease, things went south very quickly. Somehow numbers got mixed up and the initial quote that was given to me was wrong by $80/month (pretty big difference). Mario, the sales manager, yelled at the sales staff in front of me, all the while telling me that its impossible to get what I wanted at the price I had JUST put a deposit on. So I had to take out features that I was really looking forward to in order to get the price that made sense for me (still $30/month above the first quote) because there was "no way that price would work". Then when I asked if I could see the car I was getting (CX30 GS), to see what it looked like without the luxury package that I was initially getting, and they told me they wouldn't be able to find the car that night because it was close to closing time, and that I'd have to come back (mind you, I rented a car to even get out there in the first place). So, all that to say. Mario ruined the whole experience for me, and took the joy out of a huge personal milestone.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I made an appointment with the sales manager to buy a car. He took my phone number and said he would call if it got sold before our appointment. He never called I showed up for my appointment and he told me it was sold. I took a day off work for the meeting. He wasted my time and showed no respect or concern for this customer.

Very poor service department. Made an appointment for oil change & tire swap (to winters) and this service took a whopping THREE hours to complete - a blind person could have completed it faster. Who has 3 hours to sit around for such a simple service, while paying top notch prices? Unless you value your time very little, you could go virtually anywhere else and get this simple stuff done faster & cheaper. Definitely my first and last time visiting this dealership's service department.

Average service for oil changes, seem to be more expensive than other dealerships....and always trying to up sell on things that aren’t needed. Way overpriced when I needed new tires, and the final straw was trying to sell me a new latch for more than 5x where it costs elsewhere — when this is a known problem with my model and others I’ve spoken to have had the piece replaced free of charge. Will be looking for a new option!!

Took my car in to get my Mazda quoted for a repair, was given a quote and decided to take it somewhere else. Was then charged 125$ for a 15 minute inspection when I was never informed that there would be a charge. Then the price was later upped to 200 because they “checked my brakes” too. The girl working at the customer service desk was extremely rude and condescending. I strongly recommend you find anywhere else to get work on your car done because it’s clear that the people working at Westowne Mazda couldn’t care less about their customers.

My wife recently had a minor accident (broke her side mirror, when she was backing up in an underground garage). We brought the car in to have it repaired, and to take care of a few other things. Service was great, and they did their best to make the repair as cost efficient as possible by replacing just the mirrored glass, vs. the whole side mirror.

I got a brand new Mazda 3 with roof rack installed from Brampton of Mazda, and they forgot to give me one of these plastic covers for the roof rack slides for the water. I was passing at this location and kindly asked them if they can give me one. Yes they did give me for a piece charged 7.67.

Great. In again today for the usual lube, oil, and filter on my 2006 Mazda 3 with 235,000 km. Waiting for the ride to my office by the usual driver, who is extremely friendly every time, when a gentleman saw me waiting and insisted that he take me to work in the other dealership car. After a few minutes of conversation, I discover it is the the dealership owner driving me to work.. That is service!

On a previous service to isolate an unique sound, Marcin took me with him for a road inspection, spending a half hour with me at no cost. I'm told that Marcin is on Mazda Canada's top Ten Mechanics List, and the only one located in the G.T.A..

I have been using this dealership on a regular basis since 2005 (my first 3), and for a period earlier when I owned a GLC. I've been consistently been treated fair and the work is done as described. When there has been a difference of opinion on the repair quote, or when there has been an issue on quality of work I have have always ended up on the better side without hassle. I have used other service sites (other Mazda dealerships, private shops, brand name tire shops, and big box retailers) for various services because I think it is cheaper. Sooner or later, I get disappointed with them when I'm not treated well, and I always return to Westowne.
