Sales person was extremely rude and clearly unsure of how to sell a car. They were unhelpful, had no answers and degraded my efforts to try and purchase from them. Will not be returning and would not suggest purchasing anything from them!
We recently purchased the Mazda CX 50 GT Turbo. We did a lot of research before buying the car so we were a 100% sure about what we wanted. However, for someone who is looking at different options and brands, the sales team isn't the best to give you an indept knowledge about the car.
We had a few questions which they didn't have answers to and were not sure. When we asked about some features we were told it's in the manual and we can read that.
It's a great car and brand but the team at Stratford could use a little more knowledge and training.
No pressure sales environment, Brent was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process really happy with my new mazda 3!

After dealing with 2 Mazda dealers in London trying to ourchase a new CX5, I contacted Brent and made a deal over the phone. The difference? The fact that this dealer did not force you to pay for unnecessary optional fees. That saved us over $600. And being a small dealership it was nice to actually deal directly with the sales manager, and not have to go from salesperson, (and have them have to get answers from the sales manager) then to finance manager. Thank you Brent.

I am a senior citizen. I moved to Stratford last summer. I drive a Mazda 3 that presented with a locked steering wheel when I attempted to start the car this morning. After having no luck with methods suggested on the internet, I called Stratford Mazda. Jeff (owner ) talked me through the process with no luck. He then advised me he would come and try to start the car himself. Within the hour he was at my address. Turned out it was a battery issue. He boosted my battery and called the dealership and sent me in for a battery check. I can’t believe the amazing service this dealership provided! I doubt I would have gotten this service from most dealerships.The staff were great to deal with and all was taken care of very quickly and efficiently. Thank you again Jeff for coming to the aid of this old gal. 😊

My husband and I had a fantastic experience at Stratford City Mazda. Brent is friendly and personable, knowledgeable and professional, and not at all pushy. He listened to what we were looking for, and showed us our options without pressuring us, even in these dark car shopping times ;) Throughout the purchasing process he was thorough, carefully explaining all the details of the sale; then when we picked up our new Mazda he again spent over an hour with us, patiently showing us all the features and helping us get our phones set up. We're very pleased!
This place is a joke. Called in, spoke to the receptionist (which was very nice and kind 1 huge star for her). Been left hanging and ignored for days by the service dept. Constant calling and just being ignored and not called back. I never knew a simple recall would be like pulling teeth! I drove over to the dealership and it looks like a total dump! I’ll take my business to a place who takes pride in their appearance AND who takes care of their customers. Go to Kieswetter Mazda, night and day difference and worth the drive.

I had a very specific trim and colour in mind when purchasing; Christine made it happen much more quickly than I expected by scouring GTA dealers for the right car and transferring it in.

Bought my Mazda CX-5 here this is the best dealership probably in entire Ontario their team (Brent ,Christine ,Linda, Jeff) is so friendly and such a nice people especially Brent helped me during purchase giving me best car choice with best deal. I always give my car for service here driving from far from other city because i like this place so much and they do best job to takecare of everything about the car. if you are shopping for new or used car i can confidently tell this is the place to first checkout.

Allowed me to do a proper test drive an assessment of a vehicle I was interested in, kept to the appointment, and did not waste my time.
But they also blocked my entry to the parking lot and bothered me about parking off to the side out of the way twice, rudely.

Everyone there was very friendly, I went for a recall that might have been on my vehicle as I was having an issue, unfortunately the recall wasn't for my vehicle. They were very quick and happy to help.
When there was an issue with my vehicle while it was parked in Stratford Mazda's lot, the dealership dealt with it in a very fair manner. i am most appreciative.

I was a first time car buyer. It is a big decision which Brent helped me with, in explaining clearly and simply for me to understand what I was paying for. Bought my CX-5 here. Unlike some other dealerships, Stratford City Mazda offered me fair trade-in estimate, didn't push any hidden fees, or unrequested services, offered some reasonable discount.
I highly recommend this dealership for purchasing new Mazda, and Sales Manager Brent in particular.

If you want to be discriminated and kicked out from your appointment this is a place to go. Is 5 weeks an option for the oil change? Answers yourself. Terrible place. Unprofessional people who can't handle their duties.

Had front wheel bearings replaced and now ABS and Traction Control lights are on in the vehicle. Was told by the manager it is a coincedental occurance that they have seen numerous times (which means it is NOT a coincedence) over the years and the full repair cost will be on me. I brought the vehicle there to have a problem fixed, yet they created a new one. Not to mention they could not properly diagnose another unrelated issue on the vehicle.
AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! They are nothing but crooks and mediocre technicians.
Not good experience. I went back 3 times till they did the job properly.

Well I had the need of some parts for my Mazda.So I took a trip to Stratford to inquire about them.The communication was both swift,friendly & knowledgeable.Got all the right info & just waiting on a reply to my requests.It is a delight to go into a dealership (For the first time)& get that kind of positive feedback!!I'm adding this footnote to let them know I intend to be doing some serious parts upgrades & modification over the next year or two.The car is going with me next summer & beyond to some shows & tours across Canada & the USA.I am retired now,& this is one of my guilty pleasures.PS:-If you need your Mazda serviced,hit this dealership first for reliable professional service.

Was easier to drive to Kitchener store. Try to call them and they are always unavailable. Poor service.....UPDATE: after the horrific ordeal of calling five times to get through. The parts arrived incorrect. These Stratford dealerships are generally horrible... Drive out of town.

I have a been a customer of Stratford City Mazda for several years. I have never been disappointed in either their service or their customer experience. Josh and Nick are very knowledgeable in the Service Department and make a point of looking after you. They do not recommend parts or services that are unnecessary like some of the "Quick Lube" shops. Wayne in particular is a Master Mechanic and a real asset to the competent team of mechanics. I trust every aspect of my Mazda 3 to him completely and he has always solved the problem quickly and efficiently. I will continue to buy my vehicles from Stratford City Mazda in the future and make use of their excellent all around service. I highly recommend them to anyone without reservation. Owner Jeff Meek is very personable and treats me the same as customers purchasing far more expensive vehicles. If you own a Mazda, do you self a favour and check them out. It will be worth your while.
