Althar and Kevin of Scarboro Mazda on Lawrence were simply awesome. I have never been treated with such honesty and kindness from nay car dealership. (And I've been to a few) I highly recommend Scarboro Mazda. If you live in Mississauga I advise you to come all the way to Scarborough just for the excellent customer service. I was having some issues with approval for my car and Kevin Ho went out of his way to help me. He literally extended himself for me. No one has ever done that for me before in any business I went to. Altaf Khan made sure I got what was right for me. I had included a lot of other stuff (add ons) that was unnecessary but Altaf not wanting to see me spend money in vain told me what I should keep and what I should let go of. He wasn't trying to make money off of me. He genuinely gave me advise. I felt like I was buying a car from a friend and not a dealership. I love my 2018 Mazda 3 GT and thank you Scarboro Mazda, Kevin Ho and Altaf Khan for such an amazing experience purchasing my new car

I can honestly say that I've had an extremely pleasant experience buying my 2019 Mazda CX-3 at Scarboro Mazda on Nov. 21, 2019. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and quite accommodating. My sales associate, Ryan Kim, was very helpful in every aspect of the purchase for the vehicle. He was very thorough and informative with every question my boyfriend and I had about the vehicle. Ryan definitely spent a considerable amount of time with us, and for that I am very grateful.

I have had my car now for about a month and I am incredibly happy with my decision to make my purchase from Scarboro Mazda. I genuinely had a great experience purchasing my Mazda in Scarboro and working with Sandra on the agreement. I use genuine as the key word because I could see on her face how genuinely excited Sandra was for ME when the deal for my trade in Mazda 3 for a new Mazda 3 was accepted. I was the last customer of a very busy Saturday but there was this personal touch Sandra put into getting me into my new car that she knew I would love. 3 days later when I came to pick up the car when I was being serviced by Kaye (finance) and Gian (hope I have the spelling right, delivery), Sandra made sure to come over to see how everything was going which again reinforced my experience of not feeling like 'just another customer'. I've since also received calls from Gian and Sandra to see how my first couple of days in the new car were going. The whole trio were fantastic. I the vehicle I wanted to purchase and in the ad said 1.5% financing so I sent an email to confirm if this is correct the sales representative said yes so I went to visit Scarborough Mazda when I get their the sales representative said 1.5% for 12-36 months, why not initially tell me this in my email to begin with. I asked about Apple play as it wasn’t in the vehicle I wanted so I ask is their anything we can do about the price, the sales rep said “No were not making any money and I’m purchasing a Demo” so that got me thinking seriously a 2017 with 40,000k is NOT a Demo a demo has very low km’s. When getting my deposit back they wanted to charge me for repairs on a vehicle I was no longer purchasing, The story is never the same at this place and I definitely don’t want to do business with them let alone give my money to someone I don’t trust. Thanks but no thanks don’t lie to a customer just to make a sale.

After a couple of months, unfortunately, I got into an accident. However, Ryan and Amanda from the dealership took care of me at real time. They kept the dealership open until I was able to drive my car in for repairs (was way past operating hours—11 pm)

Amanda was the best. She kept me calm and made sure to let me know the correct process of dealing with reporting the accident etc. She kept me updated with the progress of my car until it was released.

This is an interesting dealer. They are definitely polite and overall have good customer service. But whenever i brought our family car in for service they always found a number of expensive repairs. I suppose this is their job to find problems with cars, but to make things more odd, whenever i said i would get the repairs done elsewhere, they would quickly drop their price for the job by about 20 - 30%.

I am not sure what this means, but its worth getting a few quotes because i always found this dealer to quickly come down in price for service when i presented them with other options i had.

I don't like the experience of buying a new car; this one was about what I expected. Got a good tour of my car. But the salesperson asked me to give a 5 star rating on the post survey because it was worth 'thousands' to him. Maybe I would have given him 5 stars. But because he asked me to give 5 stars I said I probably wouldn't. So guess what? I never got the survey. Followed up later and was told the survey expired.

Also had to keep bugging him to get my loyalty discount for my trade-in, which I eventually got 2 months after the sale.

We had been regularly getting oil changes at this dealership and no one ever mentioned how there was an odd staining on the body of the car coming from the side mirrors. When I brought it up, they searched for past recalls and found that there was a reported issue and to resolve it, the entirety of the side mirrors (including housing) on both sides would need to be replaced. They said it would take a month for the part to ship but no one followed up with me for 2 months and I eventually had to call back to follow up.

Fast forward to actually installing the mirrors, my partner picked up the car and didn't realize that the driver side mirror adjustment mechanism was not functioning until he was nearly home. When he called the dealership, they said that they were closing soon and they would call back the next business day. However, no one followed up.

I brought the car in for an oil change and to have the broken mirror examined. The employee told me I'd have to come in again and they'd call me when the part arrived. He calls me a day sooner than expected to tell me that the part had arrived but when I returned with the car, they discovered it was the wrong part so I would need to come in another time.

I get a text a day later saying that the part had arrived and whether I could come in for noon that day. I was unable to because I had to be at work so my partner worked from home so he could follow up with getting the mirror repaired. He called the dealership in the morning and they said they didn't have time to fit us in despite the text message and that they'd call us back to see what they could do. No one follows up so my partner calls back at 3pm and they tell him they could bring the car now but would need to leave it for a couple of hours which was not an option at this point since my partner had to pick up our daughter.

The following week I had to return to the dealership to finally fix the mirror and with all the frustration I assumed they would have made sure that the mirror worked. I turned out of the dealership and was waiting at the light. That's when I tested the mirror and of course it still wasn't working correctly. So I turned around back to the dealership and told them it wasn't working and they said they had to order another part to fix the mirror.

My partner calls them to sort out the issue and employee had the audacity to infer that I broke the mirror within the 2 minutes I had driven out of the dealership and back. Then my partner had to come in AGAIN to actually get the mirror fixed. Also, during one of the many times I had to come in, I overheard them tell a customer at the counter that they didn't have the part they needed after they dropped their car off already.

There is definitely a serious lack of attention for detail in the service department. The amount of times we had to come in to fix a defect on the car was absolutely appalling. I can't believe the lack of care and customer service we received during this whole experience.

"I must start by saying that we are Mazda fans. We had a 2000 Protege, a first generation Mazda 3 2004, and now we bought our 3rd car - the crowned Mazda 3 GT SKYACTIV. The buying experience of this car was the best by far from Mazda because of the sales specialist Rob Putin. Do not be misled by his last name - he is nothing like the president of Russia. He is funny, knowledgeable, and spends a lot of time with his clients. He spent a lot of time explaining the SKYACTIV technology, test driving several car models with us, and avoided pressuring us into buying a car in any way. He did not try to force higher prices or unneeded packages unto us. Now we practically consider him family.

P.S. When you test drive the car, let him drive it for you first so that he can demonstrate Mazda's capabilities. Did I mention the great price that we got for the car? "

Excellent dealership. I had the easiest vehicle-buying experience ever last week when I walked in to get some information after hearing about a seasonal promotion. Within about 2 hours, I had agreed to purchase a car for a great price. Jason was efficient and realistic in creating an excellent deal for me, and I was sold. Highly recommended dealership!

I would like to positively commend Frank Zhou, the sales representative, for the purchase of my 2014 Mazda3 GS yesterday.

As soon as we walked in, he approached us and provided friendly and helpful service. Throughout the entire process. he was patient and professional as he conversed expertly in Chinese to my parents and English to me. He explained everything in detail, from new license plate administration with Service Ontario to the ins and outs of car ownership transfer. We also had an excellent time during the test drive and felt like we experienced the full performance of the car. It was a fun ride!

We found the usually stressful dealing process to be quick and smooth with Frank. We felt like he gave us a great value for the car!

All and all, I was very happy with the customer service we received from Frank and I would definitely recommend Scarboro Mazda to my family and friends.

Bought a Mazda 3 a few days ago, and am very happy. Rob Putin was the salesman. He was patient (this is my first car purchase in Canada) when I probably asked the same questions. For an industry that is known for being pushy, I felt comfortable during the sales process. The financing and discussion of warranty (not with Rob) was a little more stressful, but probably nothing out of the ordinary. Rob was very upbeat and once the car was bought, was celebrating with my wife and I, which is quite an accomplishment for someone who will be supporting Italy in the 2014 World Cup.
Previous reviews say they were told they would get a gift for reviewing. I was asked if I would mind reviewing, but have not been given any incentive to do so.
