I am very angered and upset because of the ordeal I endured to purchase out my lease agreement. The leasing manager tried to scam me into paying an extra $900 "admin fee" in order for him to pay his workers even though my original sales contract stated $0.00 admin fees. Head office helped to resolve the issue but clients should be aware of the scams this branch tries to pull.

I must say I haven't had an experience like the one at Airport Mazada...fantastic. I currently drive a Tribute and a friend of mine told me to go to the dealership to get it serviced, which I usually don't go to dealerships. But the customer and auto service was excellent. Haven't had someone take the time to explain to me how certain things of my car works. Never been a car person and never asked, just bring it and get it fixed. The gentleman by the name of Mark, took his time out of his way to explain and help me understand what was going on with my vehicle, in simple terms so I can understand. I always had the misconception that dealerships were overly high priced and not such a formal friendly customer care. Completely the opposite and because of Airport Mazda, I will not be so quick to judge dealerships again. Thank you and see you soon.

I took my vehicle in for service on Saturday. When I strolled in at minutes to 2pm without an appointment I thought for sure I was too late. The fixed operations manager Mark Harris quickly left his lunch to greet me with a smile and an offer to join him for a slice of pizza. He was so pleasant and funny, I instantly felt like I had known him for years.

He explained to me that they would be closing an hour and he didn't have any available technicians but he would personally take care of me if I didn't mind sticking around until 3:30. I said I thought you closed at 3, and his reply was along the lines of "We want to provide you with quality service, and if that means I work late then so be it"

I was honestly blown away. He took all my information down and drove the car in himself to start the oil change, which he also did HIMSELF!

After a few minutes he walked me out to an extremely clean and well taken care of shop to show me that I had a tail light bulb out, and since my vehicle had warranty I wouldn't have to pay anything for the replacement of the bulb. With the help of his staff they had me out of there with a car wash at 3:15.

Overall, Airport Mazda blew me away. In my 25 years of driving and servicing my vehicles I have never met an individual like Mark Harris or a service centre like his. Everyone works as a team and is very nice to you, even when they are working late. Knowing that Mark runs that service centre makes me excited to meet the rest of the staff and definitely makes me feel like I have found a new Mazda home.

Keep up the amazing work Mark Harris and Airport Mazda.

I bought a 2013 Mazda 3 GS SKY in April of 2013 and have been running around the city trying to find a good dealership to service my car at (been to a few dealerships), and Airport Mazda is by far the best in the GTA. Mark was extrememly helpful in explaining the service schedule to me. He also helped answer any questions or concerns that I had and took really good care of me. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation and didn't have to wait long at all. I would definitely recommend Airport Mazda. I will definitely be bringing my car back here for all future service.

I had a wonderful experience at this dealership. The service manager Mark helped me with service of my 2008 Mazda 3.The service that I was provided with was heart warming, I was greeted and looked after with exceptional needs. The staff there were kind and open to hear what I wanted to say they made me feel like they knew what I was looking for and what it was I needed. From the experience I'm happy to say that I gained more knowledge about my car and learned about the many features and parts of a Mazda. This dealership is a place I'd highly recommend to family and friends who are having car troubles and need a good fix. Lastly I'd like to say it was by far best service I've had in terms of a dealership because no questions were left unanswered and I came out with a better understanding to a Mazda.

I am a person that usually never comments on service, but I have to say the service provided to me was absolutely exceptional. I was greeted right away by the Service Manager...I think his name was Mark. He was very eager to assist me with all of my inquiries and answered all my questions politely and I ask A LOT of questions. Not only that, Mark went over and above his job role to provide me with a good deal and offered price matching on car parts I needs and I don't even drive a mazda! Great Job with retaining the best employees Mazda!
