This is the worst place to get anything. I wish I can commend something here but even their popcorn machine is broken. Please have some self-respect and go to another Mazda dealership if you plan to buy a Mazda. The level of incompetence at his dealership cannot be rivaled. You can expect to talk to a group of crooks. Everyone here is out to get those dollars from your pocket. The service department, sales department, and finance department are at war to see who can take the most money from your pocket. Readers beware. Dealer has an organization problem which cannot be resolved. Look out for charges coming out the wazoo which make no sense what so ever. Extra charges are more expensive than luxury brands. Other Mazda dealerships do not charge these nonsense charges. Go to another dealership and drop this stealership.

New Car (Sales)

The sales manager, Yagnesh Shah was very rude. He was forcing and pressuring us to buy a car with him. Basically he said we HAVE to buy the mazda cx3 if he shows us the original car cost price and we have to commit to that and purchase it on the spot. Besides that, i was speaking with another sales person, Patrick Ng, in cantonese and english and told him we do not want to speak to Yagnesh Shah anymore because of his attitude and rudeness. so I was hoping that the Patrick Ng can help us out instead. Guess what Yagnesh Shah said at the end. He said, "I can't understand what you guys are saying anyways" in a very sarcastic tone and left. How racist is that! I should report this to the Mazda's head office or government for being racist. We are the customer, we can speak any language we like in this country and we do need time to think which car to buy, so i believe we do have the right to think and decide which car is most suitable for us. However, Patrick Ng was super patient, helpful and nice with us. He took his time to answer our questions and help us out with the car price. But at the end, I'll have to say Yagnesh Shah ruined our mood for buying a car that day.

Used Car (Sales)

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I believe I get better customer service at McDonald's than this Mazda dealership. I probably wouldn't even give one star if I've option to do so. I went to "SEE" a used car. Sales agent showed me one car and we took test drive. He didn't even had enough information what he is talking about. After test drive I informed him today I've one more appointment for test drive and he started insisting why wouldn't you buy this car if I give you a good deal. Even though I informed him more than two times I believe in having couple of options before I make final decision. If we go and see something it doesn't mean we've to buy it right? This sales agent need to understand you can not throw away few thousand dollars like a peanuts. I met sales agent JOSHUA ZHAN. He is very rude and impolite sales agent. We took test drive and before we leave dealership he gave us offer then when we came back after sometime and his offer went up almost twofold. I lost last bit of respect for him when he told me "YOU SHOULD GO TO OTHER DEALERSHIP AND BUY THAT CAR. IT MUST BE BETTER OPTION FOR YOU" He really need to improve customer service skills and calm his ego down while he talk to customer. Rejection and obligations are the part of sales. I'm glad I didn't made purchase over there and I'll never suggest this place to anyone. I will be sending email to their head office and thank them for their great hospitality.
