To say that Jasmine is outstanding at what she does, is an understatement. From the moment I talked to her on the phone to the day I took my new car home, I always felt that I was in good hands.

This was my first time buying a new car and I was very nervous and had a million questions along the way. Jasmine answered all of my questions, either through email or by phone, with an incredible amount of knowledge not only about the specifics of the Mazda 3 but also about cars in general. She knew when to sense that I was feeling a little overwhelmed and let me take my time throughout the entire process. She was able to find me an incredible deal on an amazing car. From my understanding, Peter and Jasmine had to go to great lengths to get me my dream car and I am so grateful for both of them for going out of their way to get me the car that I wanted.

When it was time for me to go in and pick up my brand new car at London City Mazda, we were greeted by the nicest employees. (My boyfriend even had an issue with his car and they fixed it right then and there without even making an appointment. Dan helped my boyfriend out on this end and he was very informative and helpful!)

Jasmine took her time to sit in my new Mazda 3 with me and program all of my contacts from my phone into my new car! Then she went through the infotainment system with me for a second time (first time being during the test drive). She showed me how to program my favourite music stations and showed me all of the features of this new system! Jasmine walked me through all the functions and features of the car itself again and answered any more questions that occurred. She knows her stuff!! I also thought that it was an extremely nice gesture of Jasmine to tell me that if I have any further questions about the car that may arise after driving it around for a bit, I can call or email her and she would be more than happy to answer them! She also mentioned that this would be easier than going through the Manual that is provided with the car as it is huge.

I am beyond ecstatic about my new car purchase and I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for a new car to check out London City Mazda. They beat competitors prices and are the friendliest bunch of sales people out there! I would also highly recommend that you request Jasmine based on my experience with her. She went above and beyond what she had to do for me and has a phenomenal amount of car knowledge.

Thank you so much London City Mazda, I love my new Mazda 3! And thank you Jasmine for going above and beyond and making my first new car purchase a memorable one!

I just came home with my new CX-5 today. The SUV has all the bells and whistles already jam packed into the price. This was my first ever car purchase and Peter was there every step of the way. I waited for months and he was patient and kind about my big purchase, never pushy and always very polite. He went out of his way to accommodate me, my kids and my great dane (yes he fits in it comfortably!) through the whole process. When issues with financing arose, he took hold of the situation and made sure I was happy and everything was exactly how it was promised with extra effort and time. I am so appreciative for Peter walking me through my purchase. Jamie & Jeff today were so great today and I can see how they stand behind their goal of best customer service. Today I drove away a super happy customer and know that those guys, especially Peter, are the reason to buy a Mazda at London City Mazda.

My husband and I bought our CX-5 about a month ago and have only great things to say about the vehicle and our experience in dealing with London City Mazda. From the moment we walked through the door, Jasmine Vegso took the time to listen to our needs, discuss various models, and expertly told us about the car we had in mind. One of the reasons we came back to London City Mazda was because we never felt pressured to buy anything, and we felt as though Jasmine and the team treated us as individuals, not "just another sale". My husband was particularly impressed that Jasmine took the time to explain everything to me, as I would be the main driver. The other dealerships we spoke to only addressed him, even though we always made it clear who the car was for.
