I had a really disappointing experience with this dealership. While buying a new car, the salesperson, Michael Leblanc, sold me a winter package after giving me the choice of tires I wanted. I made sure to confirm the make and model I needed. They told me that my tires would come in later in October so off I went without my tires.
They never got back to me about my tires so by end of October, I had to call them twice to find out that my tires had arrived, which they failed to communicate. I scheduled my rust protection at the same time and asked them to put the tires in the trunk when they were done.
When I picked up my vehicle, I was shocked to find that the tires had been installed, without my consent, and the tires themselves were completely wrong.
I immediately contacted the dealership, and they were dismissive of my concerns, stating that the salesperson had never mentioned it. They promised to follow up with him, which I also did on my end, with Michael and a few of his colleagues, yet have not received any response. The whole process is frustrating, time-consuming, and frankly, unprofessional.
I expected better service from a dealership, especially when it comes to something as important as tires. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone looking for reliable service.
Poor customer service and relations misinformation on sales options on trade in vehicles towards new vehicles hard to work with sales manager can't do proper deductible trade in arithmetic 2nd purchase in 2 years definitely not recommended.. carl benoit
Is very dishonest wouldn't recommend this guy even to watch my 5 dogs Julien and peggy may need to know a little more about does it have the same options my mazda 6 was loaded the cx30 doesn't have the same fully loaded options i would of kept my mazda6 if was disclosed properly

Traded my car in for the car ive always wanted and made that very clear. Pointed out a brake problem to be fixed before selling to me and said it was “fine” but scrapped as i drove it out of there. Left with an empty tank of gas, a paper with work to be done as promised…
Called back 6 months later because thats when the body shop guy was available apparently, had a rental car for 2 weeks and was told to come
Get my car after 2 weeks was up, NOT ONE THING ON THE PAPER was done to my car! They did body work to the tailgate which wasnt even the issue… i have called back several times to “reschedule” like the manager said, and now being told he is on “vacation”. Left money in my old car by accident and have proof in messages from the sales rep that i could pick it up, when i mentioned it in person i was told they know nothing about it.
Sales rep told me the day i was to take it home that she had to take it back to the shop for a second for a “light issue” not knowing they were clearing an engine light without fixing it!
3 days of having it home, engine light comes on! I immediately reach out about it and they said to bring it back. Keep in mind i live 4 hours away!!! So when i bring it back i mentioned it after the 2 week time of it being there and they said they never saw an engine light, AS I START IT ON THEIR PROPERTY, it comes on and he told me “nothing to worry about”
Now that it is cold weather my remote start will not work because of the engine light.
Still til this day trying to reach out to have all of this fixed as a dealership cannot legally sell you a vehicle with all these issues…
If nothing is done soon, i will be taking further actions
Very rude. Very unprofessional. Vehicle was there for 2 weeks and they didn’t even do all of the work that was on the paper that they said they would do. Ghosted messages and phone calls a lot! Asked why the work wasn’t done and they said it is done. Well the vehicle is sitting in your parking lot not finished with the repairs it needed and I was told to come pick it up. Do not recommend what so ever! They will scam you over in someway. Also when I traded my vehicle in I forgot a bunch of money in my car and when I called to say I forgot it in there I was told there was no money left in it.
I just had an electrical piece replaced on the dashboard of my 2016 Mazda CX-5. Hawkesbury Mazda did a great job on getting the piece at a good price and did the installation in a good time at a great price. Great work and I'll be back.

This guy took the time to Lissen to me and Fix the problem I had with my CX9. He was able to fit me in on a tight schedule and get the job done correctly.

Reached out to Hawkesbury Mazda for a CX-5. Was in a time crunch for a new vehicle. Salesperson promised three times they could have the vehicle I wanted “next week, for sure”. Then that changed to “well there’s this vehicle instead”. When explained I wasn’t interested in that vehicle had the sales manager then texting me pushing to sign so that they could secure the vehicle, very pushy, texting with the shrugging emoji, very unprofessional. Ended up going to another Mazda dealership who were incredibly professional, honest and upfront.
I left a $500 reservation for a car that was supposed to arrive end of June. Time came and went. I contacted the sales rep (Carl Benoit) and he said the car was now going to arrive end of July. I asked him multiple times if that was a guaranteed date and he ghosted me on text. I decided to ask for a refund of my deposit since the original date had come and gone. I spoke to the manager (Carl Maisonneuve) and he said that they would send me the refund by cheque (even though they had no problem taking the deposit by Visa). That was on July 4th. Now we are August 20th and still nothing. I emailed the manager 10 days ago to ask him where my refund is and he is ghosting me. I guess next step is to contact Mazda Canada HQ. I would avoid this dealership. They are very attentive until you pay.

Worst experience when I bought a car about 2 years ago. Sales woman told us there was no turbo in the car, on our insurance it said it was turbo. We called they said that there was a turbo. Two weeks later after waiting TWO months for the car, the turbo breaks down. Car is awful. After arguing they changed it. A year later it’s broken again. Honestly don’t go there they try to scam.
Charged $147 without estimate or permission to “repair” a false +ve check engine light. Unreasonable service rep and no regard for existing service note indicating possible problem reason unrelated to my own Telus Drive plus OBD2 accessory.
Worst dealership ever, used to be good but went WAY downhill. Very ignorant and rude Frenchmen in service dept. Will never buy another vehicle from them again. Customer lost for life !

They would not even give me a copy of the contract for the car they wanted to sell me. I couldn’t buy from them. No interest in giving me a chance to understand their quote. Its not normal to not give a person a contract for a quote

People at this dealership do not care about the customer and point blank told me they do not care about the opinion customer has about them. I feel that as a new or potential customer you should be aware that this dealership had cost me extra fees at the time of purchase as well as at the time of buyout of my car. I had contacted Rachel Boucher multiple times over the phone and over the email and I still received wrong numbers and final amount of buyout was $500 more then quote she had sent.
Be aware and proceed with caution when dealing with them. Very UNPROFESSIONAL behavior of this dealership gave me a bad customer experience!!!!!!!

Purchased my car during the pandemic. Was a very easy process. Carl was great, we texted back and fourth and after a week later I went to pick up my car. This was the easiest car purchase process I've done. Thanx Carl.

Over charged for an oil change. $105?!? That's crazy other mazdas are $80!! The service advisor said mazda raised their prices. I called 2 other mazdas and they were $80, with the same full synthetic!
Typical car dealership where they had a used car I was interested in, but kept trying to herd me into buying "new", and then set the prices so that the 3yo car would be more expensive! Don't bother trying to buy here.

L'auto que je conduisait l'année passer ma lâcher et j'avais besoin d'un auto le plus vite possible donc je suis aller voir Carl Maisonneuve. Je lui est expliquer ce que je voulais et il ma sortie plusieurs prix et auto en conséquence je n'est jamais vue un vendeur aussi dévoué a son client, à l'écoute, honnête et respectueux que lui. Aussi j'ai eu aucune pression d'achat, j'ai prit le temps que je voulais pour me décider et quand j'ai finalement fait mon choix j'ai acheter une Mazda 2. Sa fait maintenant 1 ans que j'ai mon auto et le service et toujours fantastique par exemple quand mon auto a besoin d'un changement d'huile il vienne la chercher et il me la rapporte. Je recommande fortement d'aller voir Carl Maisonneuve!

I was interested in purchasing a truck and was given the wrong information about truck eventhough I had the salesman Carl M in sales call me back once he got information as it wasnt readily available[NOT SURE WHY} I was given the wrong year and specifications for truck{ couldnt even get the colour right} I was told the truck was just like new it honestly couldnt have been further from the truth, the smell inside vehicle was bad enough to give you a headache it was full of grease or oil bad enough you couldnt sit on it.The sales manager at least that is how he was presented to us told us to take it for a test drive, my wife refused as the vehicle was not ready for a test drive and should not have been put up for sale until it was cleaned up. We evaluated the situation and offered $4900.00 less than asking price and told him that our time had already been wasted not to waste our time anymore, it was only offer no negotiating. He then wanted our vehicle to evaluate it for trade in value we handed the keys over, and no word of a lie he sat in an office for an hour and did not need keys as we were watching if anyone went to vehicle.Finally got numbers scribbled on paper he took full asking price of vehicle and added tax and then subtracted the trade in of our vehicle.Just to let you know you only are required to pay tax on money exchanging hands meaning purchase price in this case we told him $19,000.00 was the most we would pay subtract trade in value of $10,0000 according to their evaluation would leave balance of $9,000.00 plus tax for a total of $10.170.00 they wanted $17,000.00 and some change. Not only was the experience completely unprofessional He was asked if he would sell truck for a straight deal of $19,000.00 as we informed him at the very beginning an hour and a half prior he refused.I then let him know what I thought of the whole situation Im glad my kids were in the vehicle at this point as I didnt have one thing to compliment him on.The experience was bad from beginning and just got worse never have I seen anything like it before. We had purchased 2 vehicles in the last year and had great experiences at two different delerships, I guess all things come to an end or maybe not stay with ones that you know and dont take chances with new ones
