Worst service iI have ever encountered. The stereotype of shady dealership was born here and nurtured by Debbi, the general manager. I purchased a $23000 used vehicle in December from them, Debbi was involved in the sale. Obviously I never once used my air during winter, once warm weather came , one day I was driving home and decided to turn my air on, warm air was blowing so I went directly to Mountain Mazda and explained to them the issue. They booked an apt for me and then once they looked at my vehicle said that they can not replace the part with a generic one, it had to be a genuine Subaru part and that they decided that they will not be covering it. When I went to pick it up I was told by Debbi that she is in charge and that she made the decision not to fix it, I asked why not, the ad listed air conditioning and if I would have known the air did not work I would not have purchased this car, unfortunately it was December and I could not test that. Debbi proceeded to tell me that because it's been so long they will not fix it. To me, this tells me they do not inspect their vehicles, they just want the sale and once they have your money, you do not exist! Initial I was told by service department that it was Damen that made the call, when I asked to speak to Damen they pretended that they never heard of Damen and that Debbi made the decision but then when I read some customer reviews his name was mentioned by a customer. Shady, shady, shady. The people that work there totally live up to the stereotype of dealership-slimy !!!! I worked hard for my monies and it's not like bought a $2000 vehicle, I spent $23000 and I don't have air conditioning, if I was the general manager or the owner I would have been embarrassed of this sale especially when your business is ran on reputation. If you value your monies take it somewhere else , there is dealership on ever corner!!!

They were friendly and compassionate. They made the process easy, exciting and they were able to customize their services to my needs. I was previously a loyal customer to another car brand, but working with Mazda of Hamilton was a great decision.- I feel like I am part of the Mazda family now!

Bought a vehicle through Damen. He made the whole experience very enjoyable and worry-free. One of the best car salesmen I've met. He was patient, nice, very informative, answered any and all of my questions. He was very polite, professional, friendly. I never felt pressured, I never felt pushed, I never felt rushed, ignored, non-important, or "too important" if you know what I mean. And (so far) I'm very happy with my Mazda! I would highly recommend seeing Damen, even if you're coming all the way from Mississauga like I was.

I have an old Mazda 323, gone turbo (BPD), and have had it for over 10 years... I have been getting my parts from Paul (the parts manager) for a few years now, and he's always ready to help me out in finding rare parts not listed in the North American index (meaning we actually have to hunt around to even get a part number from outside sources, sometimes it may take a while to find this or that (considering the stock elsewhere in the world is quite limited, if at all available), but he's always come through so far.

As far as sales or service is concerned, I've never had any done at MM, so I cant comment, I just deal with parts.
